Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model on the ability to analyze the elements of a short story text builder in class XI MAS Project of Al Washliyah University in the academic year 2023-2024. This study used an experimental research design. This research was conducted in class XI at MAS Project Al Washliyah University Medan. There are three classes in class XI. The total population is 30 students. Sampling with simple random sampling technique in sampling. There were 30 students who were selected as samples. The instrument in data collection is multiple choice questions. Data were analyzed using tests. After the data was analyzed, the results of data analysis showed tobserved higher than ttable (13.24 > 2.00) with degree of freedom df = 58 at a significant level α = 0.05. This indicates that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So in conclusion, there is a significant effect of the jigsaw type learning model on the ability to analyze the elements of a short story text builder in class XI Mas Project of Al Washliyah University Medan Academic Year 2023 - 2024.

Abstract

His study aims to explore the factors that support or inhibit the implementation of the Government Institution Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) at the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics of the Republic of Indonesia (BMKG). This study uses the Soft Systems Methodology to ensure a systematic and comprehensive approach to this study. The findings show that compliance with laws and regulations, mutual agreement in compiling Government Agency Performance Accountability Reports (LAKIP), and strong leadership commitment are key factors supporting the implementation of SAKIP at BMKG. conversely, the use of ineffective performance management applications and inadequate organizational capacity are factors inhibiting the implementation of SAKIP at BMKG.

Abstract

In the electrical energy distribution system, power distribution systems, especially in the SUTM network, SKTM, and 20 kV distribution substations, can experience various obstacles that stop the distribution of electrical energy to consumers. In addition, various disturbances also cause damage to electrical equipment. One way to minimize or minimize the outage area and damage to various components that are electrified due to interference, a protection system is needed. More specifically, in avoiding the duration (SAIDI) and frequency (SAIFI) of customer outages, it is necessary to set the protection relay properly as a form of protection or protection so as to minimize the position and place of interference. Coordination of the protection system pattern of a network is said to be good if it can minimize the number of outages as small as possible based on the distance and location of the disturbance. After calculating the protection coordination system with ETAP simulation. In the ETAP simulation, the sequence of protection coordination has run well and the protection works in the correct order according to the calculation settings that have been input. The advantage of good protection system coordination is that if there is a disturbance at one point of the distribution network, it does not interfere with the production process in other distribution networks so that the number of outages can be reduced and the affected area can be localized as small as possible. The results of the coordination of the installed protection system on the distribution network utilizing ETAP can be seen that the existing OCR and GFR settings are still not good, for example, if there is a disturbance in the LH 04 feeder network, the relay sequence that releases the contact is LH 03, causing many customers to go out that should not be included. resetting OCR and GFR protection on the distribution network can be based on the fault current that occurs along the network. Overcurrent disturbances are used for low setting and high setting on OCR and GFR protection, for curve characteristics using inverse time standards combined with instantaneous relays. By resetting the OCR and GFR on the distribution network, the reliability of the protection system coordination and the selectivity of the protection sequence are better than the existing conditions so as to create an ideal protection system coordination.

Abstract

Solar Power Plant (PLTS) is a more environmentally friendly generator, because this generator requires sunlight to be able to produce electrical energy. This PLTS is OFF-GRID so an energy storage place such as a battery is needed. The battery is also used to distribute electrical energy to the load where the load used is charging smartphones. And requires a solar charger controller that functions to regulate the electrical energy produced by the solar panel. This study analyzes the design of a smartphone charging station system as a public facility. In this test, 3 tests were carried out, namely testing how long it takes the battery to charge using solar panels, how long it takes the battery to discharge using a load, namely charging a smartphone, and conducting real-time testing by charging and discharging the battery together. The battery used has a total capacity of 12V 60Ah. In the battery charger testing method with a 100 WP solar panel, it takes 4 days, for the discharger testing using a load, it takes 6 days, and real-time testing shows that the output current fluctuates because the output current is very dependent on the intensity of sunlight that occurs when the solar panel charges the battery.

Abstract

This research aims to compare the financial performance of PT Pegadaian before and after its acquisition by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The data source in this research is secondary data in the form of company financial reports obtained through the PT Pegadaian website. The sample in this research is the profitability ratio of PT Pegadaian in 2018 and 2019 before the acquisition and in 2022 and 2023 after PT Pegadaian was acquired by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The type of research used was quantitative descriptive and different tests and used the Wilcoxon signed rank test and Kruskal Wallis analysis techniques. The research results found that the acquisition strategy policy turned out that PT Pegadaian's financial performance before and after being acquired by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk had no significant differences either partially or simultaneously in terms of the profitability ratio with the Return On Assets (ROA), Return On indicators. Equity (ROE), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Net Operating Margin (NOM), Equity to Paid-in Capital Ratio and Profit Component Performance.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of business strategies using marketing communications in this era of globalization has led companies to carry out direct marketing using Outdoor Media Advertising services. PT Asoka Perkasa Kemala Cipta is a company operating in the field of outdoor media advertising services which is required to face quite tight competition with other similar companies. This research aims to determine the effect of customer trust on customer satisfaction through word of mouth at PT Asoka Perkasa Kemala Cipta. This type of research is quantitative research. The data presented in this research was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. Statistical analysis uses the Smart-PLS method to test models and hypotheses. The results of this research show that customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer trust has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth.

Abstract

Broadcasting technology has change from analog to digital. In 2020, Indonesia government set out the deadline of analog switch off for every television station in 2 years. In change preparation, there are 2 (two) important factors i.e hard factor and soft factor. Both factor is needed to make change implementation successful. Sirkin (2005, p. 100) state that there is aspect has to give attention in the change process i.e hard factor. Hard factor in change management are duration, integrity, commitment and effort. It call DICE Framework. As one of the most famous television channel is Indonesia, tvOne got impact from analog switch off (ASO) regulation. This thesis try to formulate how the assessment of tvOne change projeck for analog switch off (ASO) preparation based on hard factor in change management (DICE Framework). The purpose of the research is to provide assessment of tvOne change project that have been done as analog switch off preparation. The methode in this research is case study and using qualitative approach. Result result has shown that tvOne is ready enough to run change project for analog switch off (ASO) preparation based of hard factor in change management (DICE Framework)

Abstract

Consumer purchasing decisions are important for companies. For this reason, it is important to carry out an analysis of the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions on The Body Shop products. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the green marketing mix consisting of environmentally friendly products, prices, environmentally friendly distribution channels and environmentally friendly promotions on purchasing decisions. The research method used was a quantitative method with sampling using simple random sampling with a sample of 250 respondents, then the data was analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded: (1) The Influence of Green Products on Purchasing Decisions. There is a significant positive influence between green products on purchasing decisions. (2) The Effect of Green Prices on Purchasing Decisions. There is a significant positive influence between green prices on purchasing decisions. (3) The Influence of Green Place on Purchasing Decisions. There is a significant positive influence between green place on purchasing decisions. (4) The Effect of Green Promotion on Purchasing Decisions. There is a significant positive influence between green promotion on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a strategy for implementing Sapta Pesona in an effort to increase tourism development at the tourist attraction in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village, Abiansemal District, Badung. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting data through observation, interviews and literature study. The results of the analysis identify tourism potential and the challenges faced by the destination. In facing potential, this research designs a strategy for implementing Sapta Pesona, namely natural beauty, cultural uniqueness, local wisdom, community friendliness, and security and order. Through this approach, it is hoped that destinations can attract the attention of tourists by utilizing local natural and cultural riches. The conclusion of this research is the importance of formulating a strategy based on the Sapta Pesona concept to increase the attractiveness and quality of tourism at the tourist attraction in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village.

Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in hospitals is an important effort to improve the efficiency of public administration and the quality of health services. However, in practice, the implementation of RME in regional hospitals, such as Wangaya Regional Hospital, Denpasar, still faces various challenges, including limited technological infrastructure, resistance from medical personnel, and unclear regulations. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing RME at Wangaya Regional Hospital from a public administration perspective. The method used is a literature review which summarizes various research in the last five years related to the implementation of RME in hospitals. The research results show that RME has the potential to increase administrative efficiency, transparency and accountability in medical data management, as well as speed up clinical decision making. However, the main challenges are still related to the lack of adequate technological infrastructure and the need for training for medical personnel. Recommended solutions include improving digital infrastructure, providing ongoing training for medical personnel, and strengthening regulations and policies regarding the use of RME. Effective implementation of RME in government hospitals will contribute significantly to improving the quality of health services in Indonesia.
