Abstract

Public services by government officials today still have many weaknesses so that they cannot meet the quality expected by the community. The government as a provider of public services is responsible and continues to strive to provide the best service to the community. The low quality of public services provided by government officials has become a bad image of the government among the community. Customer satisfaction is a function of the difference between perceived performance and customer expectations using one of the company's performance levels. The Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) is data and information about the level of public satisfaction obtained from quantitative and qualitative measurements of public opinion in obtaining services from public service providers by comparing their expectations and needs. The implications of good or bad service quality depend on the ability of the service provider to consistently meet customer expectations. Quality provides a special impetus for customers to establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with the company. Consumer satisfaction is the difference between what consumers expect (expected value) and the situation given by the company in an effort to meet consumer expectations. Basically, consumer satisfaction is a condition where consumer needs, desires, and expectations can be met through products consumed or services received.

Abstract

In this study, a mini control timer system was analyzed in PDAM water treatment using the Control Wave method. In a water treatment system, timely control is very important to ensure optimal operational efficiency and water quality. The Control Wave method is applied to regulate and optimize the water treatment process more efficiently through automatic timer-based control. This system allows more flexible adjustments to variations in workload and operational conditions, thereby improving the overall performance of the water treatment process. which involves the development of a simulation model that describes the water treatment process with the integration of a Control Wave-based control system. The simulation results show that this method can improve energy efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase the stability of water treatment operations. In addition, the implementation of Control Wave in this mini control timer system has also been proven to be able to adjust to changes in operational needs dynamically, without sacrificing the quality of the processed water. The findings of this study provide a basis for further improvements in the control system in PDAM water treatment, especially in the use of automation technology to improve process reliability and efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of quality and cost on tenant satisfaction and loyalty. In an increasingly competitive business environment, retaining loyal customers is a major challenge, especially in the rental property industry. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, collecting data from tenants in the Bakrie Tower building. The Effect of Quality and Cost on Tenant Satisfaction, the results of the study indicate that quality does not have a significant effect on tenant satisfaction, while cost does not have a significant effect on tenant satisfaction. The Effect of Quality and Cost on Tenant Loyalty, The study found that quality does not have a significant effect on tenant loyalty and cost does not have a significant effect on tenant loyalty. However, the results of the study indicate that satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on tenant loyalty. The implications of these findings indicate that tenant satisfaction is a key factor that has a significant effect on tenant loyalty. Tenants who are satisfied with the quality and cost provided are more likely to extend their rental contracts and recommend the building to others. Meanwhile, quality and cost, although not showing a significant direct effect on satisfaction or loyalty, still play an important role in shaping the overall tenant perception and experience. This means that even though tenants are not directly affected by quality or cost, these two factors must still be managed well in order to meet or even exceed tenant expectations.

Abstract

Power losses that occur in transmission lines result in various impacts that arise, including a decrease in voltage on the transmission line, low power factor that occurs. To reduce the occurrence of power losses that occur in transmission lines, capacitors are installed. In installing capacitors, attention must be paid to the channels that use them, the location of the capacitor and the size of the capacitor used. This is done so that the placement of the capacitor can be optimal in reducing the power losses that occur. This analysis is applied using the fast de-coupling method on a 20 kV power system.with applicationMatlab 7.0, after analysisknowntotal P loss – loss = 76,025 kW, and Q loss = 216,077 kVAR. After optimization by adding a capacitor to bus 2, it was found that the power losses were smaller, namely total P loss – loss = 46,438 kW and Q loss = 125,307 kVAR.
