Education is always side by side in life and inseparable for every soul that continues to grow and develop. The quality of education in Indonesia can be seen from accreditation, certification, and education quality assurance. The government conducts accreditation to assess the feasibility of educational programs or units. The classification accuracy of school accreditation assessment is a very interesting topic to study using the classification method. The method to be used in this research is the Multivariate Adaptive Regression Spline (Mars) method for model building. Testing the significance of the model using the F test statistic and testing the model parameters (individual test) using the T test statistic and evaluation of the classification procedure. The purpose of this research is to analyze the misclassification of accreditation data and test the resulting MARS model which is very good at classifying elementary schools in Tebing Tinggi City based on the accreditation rating obtained.

This research was based on an early childhood who showed non-compliance behavior when participating in learning activities at school. The child often avoids instructions or rules given by the teacher and chooses to do activities that are different from the activities in which he is supposed to participate. The child preferred to play alone instead of doing the tasks that the teacher gives. The inconsistency of the application of regulations at school and home makes child confused and uncomfortable so this can form behavior that does not comply with the rules. This research is an experimental study using a single-subject design with reference to pre-test and post-test measurements of the interventions provided. The interventions given to child use a behavioral approach, namely by using the least to most prompting. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there were changes in behavior shown by child before and after carrying out the least to most prompting procedures. The child have begun to follow the instructions given by the teacher and follow learning activities consistently after being given interventions in the form of least to most prompting.

Special teachers face various kinds of children with special needs, such as down syndrome, autism, and other emotional disabilities, causing teachers to experience chronic fatigue and stress. Teachers who teaching students with emotional disorders showed higher fatigue than those teaching students with intellectual disorders. The causes of educator stress in general are problems related to personal and classroom environment such as high workload and poor teaching conditions which trigger to low self-efficacy. Teachers with low self-efficacy show a greater tendency to leave work than teachers with higher self-efficacy. Educators with low self-efficacy influence enhance work stress level. This research aims ti study the effect of self efficacy on work stres in special education teacher. This research used quantitative approach with survey collecting data. The participants in this study were 84 special teachers from three special need schools. 87% female and 13% male teachers. The average age of teachers is 31 years old. Range of the tenure from 1- 27 years with an average of 21 years. The researcher collected data twice, work stress and self-efficacy scale in different time. Data analysis used regression analysis. The results showed a negative and significant effect of self-efficacy on job stress (b = -.39; p <.01) thus research hypotheses is accepted. Self-efficacy is important because it plays a role in how individuals understand themselves and believe in something that may and may not be achieved in their life.

Instagram has been growing rapidly during the past decade. This makes researchers want to know how students' self-disclosure on Instagram. This study aims to see the correlation between self-esteem and self-disclosure in students on instagram. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was students who actively used instagram accounts and the sample of this study was 153 students. sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection uses a self-esteem scale and a self-disclosure scale measured using the likert scale form. Data analysis techniques used to product moment, the results showed that there was a significant correlation between self-esteem and self-disclosure in students. This result is evidenced by a correlation coefficient of rxy=0.462 with a signification value of p= 0.000 >0.05. Self-esteem of students has influenced the emergence of self-disclosure in Man Panyabungam students on Instagram.

Education is the central thing in human formation. The number of crimes involving educated people shows the importance of integrated morality education in the education system in Indonesia. Education is not enough to master the mastery of the material and is purely cognitive. Education must produce integral human beings, be it knowledge, attitudes, and morality. This paper seeks to explore the moral dimension of the education system. The research used studies from various texts and writings related to the theme of morality and education in Indonesia. Moral education has the consequence that humans need training to recognize the truth and the nature of their human abilities, namely free will, conscience, and reason. Education that includes morals makes it possible to synthesize students' consciences in the midst of life's problems that cannot only experience cognitive awareness.

In the construction of high rise buildings, beams and slabs are one of the main elements where both function is as a load distribution element. Using precast beams and half slabs simultaneously for high-rise buildings is a feasible innovation because it is expected that usingo precast elements together will improve project performance. However, in practice there are several obstacles in using of this method so that work pr oductivity becomes less than optimal. Using a questionnaire-based data analysis method, this study examines the application of lean construction to use these materials. The results of the study's result indicate that the application of lean construction to high-rise building structures for precast beam and half slab systems has been proven to have produced 7 variables with 35 waste factors. must be watched out and eliminated in the implementation of the work because all these factors and variables can reduce project performance so that if they can be eliminated it will increase the productivity of project performance.

An understanding of the number base is needed to better understand computer work systems, one of which is the microprocessor contained in the APILL microcontroller control system. This study aims to determine the learning media for number base conversion calculators based on graphical user interface (GUI). In this study, the research location will be used in the development of number base conversion calculator learning media based on a graphical user interface at the Road Transportation Safety Polytechnic and will be tested at Wahidin Vocational School, Cirebon City. The research method used in this study uses Research and Development (R&D) research. The results of this study state that the calculator which includes 12 number base conversions is made using the Graphical User Interface (GUI) programming in the Matlab program with concise algorithms and script code and a user friendly display. And the results of conversions carried out by students manually, with the help of scientific calculators and number base conversion calculators are very significant, namely each of them gets an average value of 28.33 for manual, 48.33 with the help of a scientific calculator and 91.67 with a calculator number base conversion.

Nowadays, The Indonesian Ministry of Education launched nine wedding packages for vocational education in the industrial world. The courses must have an industrial link. English courses for vocational education must be in line with students’ needs. Therefore, it is necessary to have a common perception of the English learning needs of regular students and employee students in a similar study program. This study is a descriptive quantitative that aims to find out and compare the perceptions of regular students with employees majoring in chemical technology that focuses on sugar processing in learning English at Polytechnic LPP Yogyakarta. There were 25 respondents comprising seventeen from the regular class and eight from the employee class. The researcher used online questionnaires to collect the data. The quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The data with the highest percentage are presented in the table. Based on the need analysis, the student found descriptive, narrative, report, and procedure text in their life. The topics consist of measurement tools, instrumentation, sugar fabrication, and analysis process. Grammar and vocabulary become obstacles in learning English. In speaking activities, they want to have a pair for a conversation. The main goal of learning English is to improve their speaking skills. The role of the lecturer should be interactive with students and apply new technology and fun learning methods. They prefer to work in groups. Online media is their favorite learning source. In general, there are some similarities between regular and employee students' perceptions. The results of this study can be used for developing English material.
