Abstract

This study aims to: find out how the harmony that occurs in Kelet Village towards the form of harmony to attitudes and social interactions that occur in Kelet Village, Keling District, Jepara Regency. The data collection methods used are: 1) observation, is the basis of science carried out by making observations and systematic records of the elements seen in an object of study; 2) interviews, is a method of collecting data by communicating which is used to obtain data on the harmony that occurs between Muslims and Christians in Kelet Village; 3) documentation, to document data sources used to complete the research is carried out by collecting data in the form of written sources, images and monumental works that can add information for researchers. The analysis used by researchers is to use a type of field research research, namely research where the researcher directly conducts research in a structured manner and takes data from the field or information directly by visiting respondents. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely as a research method that intends to understand a phenomenon, about what the object of research experiences from behavior, motivation, perception and describe with natural words and language.

Abstract

Ability communication mathematical is Wrong One ability in mathematic Which fundamental Which must mastered by Student. Through communication, there is a process of conveying ideas or ideas verbally or verbally writing so that create something understanding. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning learning model on mathematical communication skills and student learning outcomes in economics mathematics courses. The subjects in this study were third semester students at the Indonesian Community Development University. This study uses quantitative research, namely experiments. The results of the research that has been done show that the use of the model learning Problem based Learning influential to results Study economic mathematics and mathematical communication skills third semester students at Pembinaan Indonesia University. This is indicated by sig price . (2-tailed) is smaller than the alpha price, which is 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05) which means that there is a significant difference between the difference in pre-test scores with post-test on groups control and experimental group.

Abstract

The main reason for a company's financial problems is that it is unable to operate its business to meet its obligations, including short-term liabilities. Examining actual data on the impact of liquidity, leverage, and sales growth on financial hardship is the main goal of this study. Data from companies in the real estate and property sectors that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2016 and 2020 were used in this study. The research sample consisted of 46 businesses with 230 observational data collected over a five-year period. employing multiple linear regression analysis along with the purposive sampling strategy to sample. processing data with SPSS 28.0 for Windows and Microsoft Office Excel. According to the study's findings, financial distress is significantly worsened by sales growth and has a significantly beneficial impact on leverage and liquidity.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the extent of the potential use of origami art in Engineering drawing subject. There are two objectives to be achieved in this study which are to evaluate the students' perception on the importance of origami art in education and also their perception on the application of origami art in engineering drawing learning. This study was conducted at Kolej Vokasional Tanjung Puteri Johor and involved a total of 30 students. A course implementing origami in engineering drawing subject was conducted and the research findings were obtained using survey forms distributed after the completion of the course. The results found that students had a positive perception towards the importance of origami art in education. In addition, for the second objective, students also gave a positive perception towards the application of origami art in engineering drawing learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between self-concept and self-acceptance in adolescents at the Puteri Aisyiyah orphanage. The problem is focused on adolescents in orphanages who lack good self-acceptance which also affects the formation of the adolescent's self-concept. To approach this problem, the theoretical reference from Sheerer (in Utami, 2013) is used for self-acceptance and the theory from Fitts (in Agustiani & Hendrianti, 2006) for the self-concept. The data were collected through a collection process using a Likert scale with the calculation of product moment analysis and analyzed quantitatively. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant correlation between self-concept and self-acceptance of orphanage adolescents where (rxy) is 0.892 with a significance of p = 0.000 < 0.050. The coefficient of determination of this correlation is r₂ = 0.795, meaning that self-concept contributes to self-acceptance of 79.5%. The self-concept in this study is classified as positive because (hypothetical mean = 110 < empirical mean = 149.52), while self-acceptance in this study is relatively high (hypothetical mean = 92.5 < empirical mean 122.48).

Abstract

This article aims to obtain information about the Learning Model of Kitab Al-Jurumiyah at Pondok Pesantren. This research is a library research (Library Research). The literature method is a suitable method in this study. Because in this case library sources such as books and journals both nationally and internationally will be used to collect various data related to instilling tawhid values in Arabic language learning . From the presentation, it can be concluded that there are several methods that can be used to convey knowledge from the book of Al-Jurumiyah, including: Al-Qiyasiyah Model (Analogy), Istiqroniyah Model (Induction), Sample Model, Whole Text Model.

Abstract

The perception of the authority of pharmacists by health workers needs to be understood to increase understanding of the authority of pharmacists by other colleagues in primary health centers so that there is no overlap of authority and prevent conflicts that occur between health workers. This study was conducted to understand the perceptions of other health workers towards the authority of pharmacists in primary health centers in order to provide an understanding of what are the authority of pharmacists in the clinical field and management in primary and secondary health centers.

PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal is a subsidiary of Pelindo III. Terminal operator that prioritizes services with high-tech facilities with the concept of “The first green port in Indonesia. The role and steps taken by BUP PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal in realizing a green port includes: (a) Improving the quality of cleanliness, port environment, (b) Improving service facilities, security, order and public safety. (c) Increasing institutional capacity and human resources for environmental management in the port area. (d) Implementing Regulations and Technical Guidelines that support the management of the port environment for the realization of legal certainty. (e) Increasing the active role of stakeholders in realizing environmentally friendly ports. The role of BUP PT. Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the Influence of the self directed dialogue toward speaking ability of the students eleventh grade in the academic year of 2021/2022 at SMA Taman Siswa Pematang Siantar. This research was conducted on June 2022. This research was classified as a true-experimental study. It involved 66 students from two groups, as the experimental group (30 students) and as the control group (36 students). The experimental group was students taught using self directed dialogue where as the control group was students taught using lecture technique. The data were obtained by using pre-test and post-test. The data of the pre-test and post-test of both groups were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistic. (SPSS 22.0). The result of the research shows that the testing hypothesis of post-test score, it is found that tcount (6,981) > ttable (2,373) at the significance level a = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (df) = 29. H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it means that the self directed dialogue strategy effect significantly to improve students’ speaking ability of the students eleventh grade in academic year of 2021/2022 at SMA Taman Siswa Pematang Siantar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures for permits in and out of ships belonging to PT. Sauh Bahtera Sakti Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods are divided into 4 parts, namely: direct observation in the field, interviews or interviews with branch heads and staff or employees of PT. Sauh Bahtera Sakti Jakarta, the documentary method is related to the documents required during the clearance in and out of the ship, the literature study method related to the procedures for clearance in and out of the ship. From the results of Key's research that in the activities of clearance in and clearance out of ships, the outside service PT. Sauh Bahtera Sakti Jakarta is required to carry out activities correctly and quickly. The procedure has been done well. All activities have been organized to reduce errors when carrying out clearance in and out of the ship.
