Abstract

Teacher's Efforts to Improve Student Learning Outcomes by using Picture Media in Christian Religion and Morals Education Subjects Class V Public Elementary School 060908 in the Even Semester Materials for the Holy Spirit My Helper in the 2018/2019 Academic Year The aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in Class V SD Negeri 060908 Medan for the 2018/2019 academic year. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method using 2 cycles, the subjects of this research are students of class V SD Negeri 060908 Medan as many as 16 people, the instrument used to obtain data is by using tests, observing the range of values ​​for the test is Value highest and lowest . The instrument used for data processing is to calculate the number of students' scores that have not reached the KKM and the scores that have reached the KKM. The KKM has been determined, namely 70. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning outcomes using the Role Playing Method with the following results: (1) In Cycle I, students get the highest score of 85, the lowest score of 44 Average score of 64.5 Then (2) in the second cycle increased to the highest score of 95 The lowest score of 70, the average value of 82.5.

Abstract

Improving Learning Outcomes in Even Semester Christian Religious Education and Character Education Subject Matter Humility with Character-Based Example Methods for Class VII.10 Students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan TP 2021/2022 . Objective This research was carried out to improve student learning outcomes in class VII. 10 SMP Negeri 8 Medan for the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method using 2 cycles, the subjects of this research are students of class VII.10 SMP Negeri 8 Medan as many as 21 people, the instrument used to obtain data is by using tests, observing the range of values ​​for the test. are the highest and lowest values. Instrument which is used for data processing is to use the calculation of the total score of students who have not reached the KKM and the results of the scores that have reached the KKM. The KKM has been set, which is 75. There is an increase in the number of students who have completed Reaching the KKM (75), where in the initial test the number of students who have completed only 5 people (23%), increased to 11 people (50%) in the first cycle and then increased again to 17 students (80%) in cycle II. Abstract

Improving the learning outcomes of students in Christian Religion and Morals in Class IX through the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Strategy at SMP Negeri 45 Medan. The purpose of this research was to improve student learning outcomes in Class IX SMP Negeri 45 Medan in the 2019/2020 academic year. The method used in this study is the Classroom Action Research Method using 2 cycles, the subjects of this study were 22 students of class IX SMP Negeri 45 Medan, the instrument used was to obtain data is to use a test, observing the range of values ​​for the test is 1 - 100. The instrument used for data processing is to use the calculation of the number of student scores that have not been completed and the results of scores that have been completed. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning outcomes with using a Jig-Saw cooperative learning strategy with the following results: (1) 80 % of students get a score of 60 Then (2) in the second cycle it increases to a value of 71.2 or reaches 84%.

Abstract

Abstract

Development of an Android-Based Educational Game to Improve Reading, Writing and Counting Skills for 5-6 Year Old Children at the Cahaya Bunda Kindergarten at IT Cahaya Bunda Ketapang. This study aims to produce an Android-based educational game for early childhood. This study uses the Research and Development method with the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of the validation of the development of android-based educational games are suitable for use with the average result of Aiken's V by material experts, which is 3.84 and with the average result of Aiken's V by media experts, which is 3.88. The practical results of android-based educational games are said to be very practical with an average percentage result of 3.83, which is very practical with the educational game Calistung, the android application is very feasible to use. It can be concluded that android-based educational games to improve the reading skills of children aged 5-6 years in Ketapang are valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study was conducted to obtain an overview of the effect of concentration on studying at home on student achievement in class VIII during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period at SMP GKPS 3 Pematangsiantar. The results of this study indicate that students have high concentration. The average value of student learning achievement grade VIII SMP GKPS 3 Pematangsiantar is 83.50 . The correlation between the effect of learning concentration at home on learning achievement is 0.313, which means a high correlation. From the results of hypothesis testing on the t-test, it is obtained t-count = 6.673, and at the level of = 0.05 and df = 58 obtained t-table = 1, 67. So the price of t-count is greater than the price of t-table, so in this case Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of concentration on studying at home on student achievement in class VIII during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP GKPS 3 Pematangsiantar. From the results of the determination test, it was found that the contribution of concentration to study at home on student achievement in class VIII during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP GKPS 3 Pematangsiantar was obtained. Based on the results of data processing, it was concluded that there was an effect of concentration on student achievement in SMP GKPS 3 Pematangsiantar even though the teaching and learning process was online.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between online learning based on google classroom and the learning motivation of STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research design used by the researcher is correlational. The sample in this study were 114 respondents, and the sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The measuring instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that Google Classroom-Based Online Learning was less effective (64%) and student learning motivation was quite good (55.3%). Based on the Chi-square statistical test, p value = 0.000 (<0.05), it is concluded that there is a relationship between Google Classroom-Based Online Learning and learning motivation at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan during the 2021 Covid-19 Pandemic Period. It is hoped that students can improve the online learning process based on online by using google classroom, WhatsApp, google meeting, Edlink, zoom, and Edmodo so that online learning can be further enhanced in online learning motivation.
