This study aims to find out a description of the implementation of art and culture learning in visual arts based on a scientific approach with a slide presentation of the applied painting method of pointillism techniques at SMP KARTIKA Xii-1 Mertoyudan, Magelang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This is an art and culture teacher at SMP KARTIKA Xii-1 Mertoyudan, Magelang Regency. The data collection technique used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The research instruments used were observation guidelines and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique used is an analytical technique which includes data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. Testing the validity of the data is carried out through credibility testing with triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of student achievement are still found by students who have not reached the KKM. Based on these conditions, the researcher intends to conduct research in the form of Classroom Action Research with the material Efforts to Improve Learning Achievement of Cultural Arts Materials for Applied Painting Using Pointillism Techniques for Class IX A SMP KARTIKA Xii-1 Mertoyudan, Kab. Magelang. The number of students in Class IX A is 25 students. From the results of the implementation of 3 cycles in ptk using the pointillism technique, it is able to increase student achievement by about 56% from the initial conditions of the study. from the initial conditions to the first cycle of 36% (10 students), the first cycle to the second cycle of 20% (14 students), while from the initial condition before the action to cycle II and cycle III of 56% (25 students). The learning outcomes in cycle 2 are: there are no students who score less than the KKM, and 25 children (100%) get a score equal to / exceed the KKM. Cycle 3 (100%).

Educator management is one of the most important parts of education management. Educator management relates to individuals in the institutions/schools that run the system, especially education personnel such as teachers and staff employees who are directly on duty in the field with high demands, namely printing quality and quality output, so that they will continue to support programs that are proclaimed by schools to improve the quality of educational services. To realize quality teacher resources is inseparable from the role of the principal in managing the available education personnel in schools. In this case, increasing productivity and work performance can be done by improving management in the workplace through the application of modern educator management concepts and techniques. Assessment of education personnel is focused on individual achievements and their participation in school activities. An educator must have a good managerial system in order to create quality and qualified educators so that they can print quality outputs. Teachers who have a good managerial system are easier to run the existing system in schools, so that the school's vision and mission can be realized. Teachers must pay attention to things that can support success in learning before learning takes place. Sufficient funds, adequate facilities will not be enough if the educators do not have a good managerial system, because teachers have a very important role to support the achievement of a goal in school.

Abstract The general objectives of this research are to analyze the need for the development of e-module design in grade VI elementary school mathematics learning. Mathematics learning in elementary schools is a learning that requires strategies and media as well as concrete and interesting teaching materials. Moreover, in the era of increasingly advanced technological advances, educators must be able to adjust the situation by presenting innovative methods and media and teaching materials, in order to create an interesting, innovative and effective learning atmosphere. With a qualitative descriptive method, it is hoped that it will be able to analyze the needs in the development of the mathematical e-module design. Teaching materials in the form of e-mathematics modules are a form of adapting media and teaching materials in accordance with technological advances in the world of education. The advantages of e-modules include easy-to-use e-modules that are not limited by time and space, e-modules are more attractive because they can be accessed using Android laptops and cellphones. By using e-modules as teaching materials, students can learn in a guided and independent way both at school and at home. From the needs analysis as a first step in designing and developing teaching materials in the form of e-modules, it can be concluded that 60% of 25 students are happy with the learning model that students do independently, 65% of 25 students are proficient in using laptops and tablets, 80% laptops and tablets. school tablets as school infrastructure facilities are available, 55% of 25 students are happy in learning mathematics.
