Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and brand awareness on brand loyalty and brand trust for mediation on BreadTalk. The type of research was survey research and the sampling method used questionnaires. The population in the research is BreadTalk consumers at Mall Cinere. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and a sample of 140 respondents was obtained. The results showed that brand image and brand awareness affected brand trust, while brand image and brand awareness affected brand loyalty, and brand trust affected brand loyalty. So, brand trust mediated the influence between brand image and brand loyalty and brand trust mediated the influence between brand awareness and brand loyalty.

Abstract

Nothing escapes or can escape the law, both in the public and private spheres, especially business activities by corporations, civil partnerships, as well as individuals. With all the problems that exist in society and along with the development of technology, it is a necessity that currently the legal services industry must be able to combine legal services with technology. This research outlines the digitalization plan for VBF Law Firm, which is to create a digital platform that enables customers to consult with legal experts through the firm's website. The objective of the digitalization plan is to improve customer experience and make legal services more accessible and convenient. The plan involves several key stages, including interviews with key persons, company assessment, marketing analysis, operational analysis, finance analysis and risk analysis. The idea is to create a user-friendly interface that enables customers to easily find information about legal services, access legal advice, and communicate with lawyers via chat, email, or video conferencing. In conclusion, the digitalization of VBF can provide a payback period of 9 months with a positive NPV and an IRR value of 200%, so it's worth investing in.

Abstract

In this study aiming to determine PT Gading Prima Perkasa's marketing strategy, researchers used a qualitative approach using Grounded Theory, which aims to explore the extent of Honda Bintaro's marketing strategy. The data used for this research are primary data and secondary data. Taking into account the situation analysis obtained from all external and internal factors, there are several categories and themes that are discussed in this research. From these results it is known that what are Honda Bintaro's marketing strategies through internal and external factors. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT. Indika Energy Tbk and what is the projection of the Development of the state Treasuries for the stipulation of the Coal commodity as a Goods Object subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) before and after the provisions in the Job Creation Law . The method used in this thesis uses a quantitative descriptive research method. From this study it was concluded that the Financial performance of PT. Indika energy Tbk showed good performance. comparison of Financial performance before and after the implementation of the Job Creation Law shows that from the Profit and Loss reports, US well US Profitability ratios have increased. The development of the state treasury experienced a decrease in the impact of this policy. If the government continues to implement this policy, the potential for a reduction in state revenues from the coal sector will have a significant impact, this is certainly inversely proportional to the government's expectation to increase the added value of state revenues from coal commodities from the taxes sector.

Abstract

The Village Credit Institution (known as LPD) is a special financial institution established by Traditional Villages in Bali. In solving the problems encountered, the solution refers to Pararem regarding LPD in each Traditional Village. This study analyzes the Procedures for Granting Credit for the Settlement of Unpaid Loans for Customers Outside Traditional Villages with Mortgage Guarantees through Non-Litigation Channels. This study uses empirical legal research methods on the LPD in the Kerobokan Traditional Village. The Kerobokan Traditional Village LPD disburses credit based on the procedural provisions for granting credit as stipulated in the Pararem Desa Adat regarding LPD. The procedure for granting credit at the Kerobokan LPD is carried out by filling in a credit application form, bringing personal identification, and collateral that is pledged as collateral, and known to the husband and wife. Loan applications are analyzed using the 6C plus 1I principles, namely character, ability, capital, guaranteed business prospects, economic conditions, cash flow, and instinct. The takeover of collateral is carried out if the debtors do not carry the obligation at loan agreements. Based on Pararem it is explained that if a credit problem occurs, initial handling will be given an oral notification, then notification of a warning letter, and by carrying out lengthy coaching to the debtor. Credit settlement is carried out by taking over collateral and auctioning or helping to sell the credit guarantee to resolve the problem of bad credit so that the LPD does not experience losses due to debtor disobedience in the credit agreement at the LPD.

Abstract

Contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model on learning outcomes of bacterial concepts in Class X MA Aliyah alhilal namlea Students This type of research is a Quasi Experiment research that aims to determine the effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on biology learning outcomes of bacterial concepts in class X MA Aliayah Alhilal Namlea students. The sample in this study amounted to 22 students selected using random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a test consisting of 30 items of multiple choice questions pretest and posttest with data processing techniques normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 25. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model on the learning outcomes of the biology of the concept of bacteria in class X MA Aliyah alhilal Namlea students. This can be seen from the total percentage obtained before being given treatment in the excellent, good, sufficient and deficient categories, namely 0% and after being given treatment in the posttest experimental class reached 82% in the excellent category, in the good category 9.09% in the sufficient category 4.54% in the deficient category reached 4.54. The results of the normality test for the experimental class with a Sig level of 0188 while for the control class 0.200%. The results of the experimental class homogeneity test with Sig level pretest 0.352 and posttest 0354. In hypothesis testing using the t test with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, it is known that the t value is 9.909 and the t table is 1.72472, it can be assumed that the effect of the CTL learning model affects student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The position of a Notary, as a Public Official who draws up authentic deeds is very much needed in banking business activities, one of which is in making bank credit agreement deeds involving customers and banks, to guarantee the truth of the contents set forth in the bank credit agreement, so that the truth is not publicly no doubt. This study uses a normative juridical approach, namely legal research conducted by examining and examining secondary data in the form of positive law. While the research method used is analytical descriptive, namely systematically describing the facts and problems related to the role of a notary in a bank credit agreement in the event that a default debtor is linked to Law No. 10 of 1998 jo. Law No. 2 of 2014 concerning changes to the position of a notary. Notaries are very important in helping create legal certainty and protection for the public. This legal certainty and protection can be seen through the authentic deed he made as perfect evidence in court. Whereas the role of a notary in a deed of bank credit agreement made notarized by a notary is very beneficial for creditors if the debtor defaults on the strength of proof. In banking practice, making a credit agreement with a private deed can also provide guarantees for execution, because both notarial and private deeds are always followed by institutions with other collateral institutions whose deeds are executorial.

Obtained also 65% of students including Very happy category, 35% of students including category happy, no There is less students _ happy and not There is students who don't like with new learning just followed. Besides that results test cycle 1 obtained an average result Study student by 84 with standard deviation 17.23, meanwhile results test Cycle 2 obtained an average result Study student by 93 with standard deviation 9,8. Abstract

This study aims to examine Job Assessment, Professionalism and Skills on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at SMEs. The population of this study were employees of the weaving department at SMEs. The sampling method used purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to employees in the weaving department and conducting interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that Job and Skills Assessment had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Professionalism has no significant positive effect on employee performance. Job Assessment, Professionalism and Skills have a positive effect simultaneously on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Advances in increasingly sophisticated technology have created new cultures and phenomena. One of them is the increasingly massive use of virtual communication, especially the Covid-19 pandemic that is happening in the world today which limits direct human-to-human communication activities to avoid the spread and transmission of viruses, as if forcing humans to get used to and make virtual communication, this results in a new phenomenon, namely living a blind date or Virtual Blind Date (VDB). Virtual blind date can be interpreted as a meeting process between a man and a woman who have not been previously known which is done virtually, the goal is to be able to get a partner or lover. But apart from aiming to get a partner, another purpose of virtual blind dates is to meet someone who has never met before for the first time, with the intention of getting to know each other more deeply online, whose initial purpose is also to help someone find their soul mate. , also just for fun. This study is intended to describe how the processes and activities in Virtual Blind Date (VDB) activities. The research was conducted through the pre-field stage as well as the field work stage. This study uses qualitative methods, with the type of descriptive research.
