Abstract

Indonesia has various types of plants that have the potential to be developed into modern medicines. The main source of antioxidants comes from plants. Antioxidants can be defined as compounds capable of delaying, slowing down, or inhibiting oxidation reactions. An antioxidant group that has great potential has the ability to prevent the occurrence of premature aging, inflammatory diseases, and degenerative diseases. The availability of antioxidants in the body must be maintained and increased to be able to ward off free radicals. The purpose of this study was to determine or study the nature of the activity of flavonoid compounds from the ethanol extract of melinjo leaves (Gnetum gnemon Linn.), which can be used as antioxidants using the DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-pikrilhidrazyl) method. The sample used in this study was melinjo leaves obtained from Kutacane, Southeast Aceh. Samples were extracted using ethanol solvent, and antioxidant activity testing was carried out by visible spectrophotometry using the DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhidrazyl) method. This method uses an analysis of the Inhibitory Concentration of 50% (IC50) as a determination of free radical scavenging activity; this value describes the concentration of the test compound that can trap free radicals by 50%. The results of this study indicate that the IC50 value of the ethanol extract of melinjo leaves has a very strong effect, with an IC50 value of 28.92 μg/mL. In this study using quercetin as a reference solution, which has a very strong effect with an IC50 value of 6.2933 μg/mL, so it can be concluded that the ethanol extract of melinjo leaves has activity asan antioxidant using the DPPH method.

Abstract

Machinery and equipment is one of the production factors that affect the smooth production process. With a maintenance system can help so that the machine or equipment can work in accordance with its function. Electrical manufacturing companies currently do not have a scheduled maintenance system so that if the machine is damaged then there is no repair. Repairs made after damage occurs can incur maintenance costs which result in the cessation of the production process. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the company's profit/loss if it applies corrective maintenance with profit and loss account calculations. Based on the results of calculations using the profit and loss account method, it is obtained that the company has a net profit that increases every year after implementing the corrective maintenance system, with the profit value in the 5 years being 2018 amounting to IDR 1,922,000, 2019 amounting to IDR 2,722,440, 2020 amounting to IDR 3,529,000, 2021 amounting to IDR 3,686,640, and 2022 amounting to IDR 3,850,400.

Abstract

The success of health development in the future will include factors such as ease of access to health and continuous improvement in the quality of health services. With a fairly densely populated city, of course, the level of health is quite low, where Bogor is a city with high rainfall. where there are many types of diseases that appear in the rainy season, for example: Acute Nashoparyngitis, Essential Primary, Acute Respiratory Tract, and others. Therefore, it is necessary to make a map of the distribution of diseases in Bogor City using the Geographic Information System method. The use of a geographic information system (GIS) involves presenting data and information in the form of a map which can be used as an attractive and varied presentation tool according to needs. The main function in using GIS in this modern era is that maps are no longer the end result in an activity because GIS can facilitate the output of the resulting maps. The results obtained in this study are the distribution of the top five types of diseases in Bogor City from January to June 2020, namely Acute nasopharyngitis [common cold], Essential (primary) hypertension, Upper respiratory tract infections, Dyspepsia, and Myalgia, The total number of infected The top 5 diseases are as many as 210,626 people from 6 sub-districts in Bogor City.

Abstract

In this paper discussed about operates in all sectors regarding electricity such as generation, transmission and distribution, maintenance of installation facilities plays an important role in supporting the quality and reliability of electricity supply to consumers. Maintenance of installation facilities is one of the activity processes that aims to maintain the condition of electric power equipment, so that in operation the equipment can always function properly according to the standards set by PT. PLN (Persero). Based on IEV (International Electrotechnical Vocabulary) 441-14-20 it is stated that a Circuit Breaker (CB) or Power Breaker (PMT) is a mechanical switch / switching equipment, capable of closing, flow (within a certain period of time) and break the load current in specific abnormal/interference conditions such as short circuit conditions. As the duration of the operation of the circuit breaker (PMT), it is very necessary to check and measure one of the contact resistance.

Abstract

This study aims to study the phenomenon of priority customer satisfaction and loyalty in the banking industry, especially at a branch office of a state-owned bank in Indonesia. This research studies and identifies the reasons for priority customers to transfer their funds to other banks. Researchers used the Grounded Theory analysis method, as an instrument for qualitative analysis. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews with six customers who had transferred their funds to the bank. The analysis performed consisted of open coding of the data to identify categories and themes; axial coding to link categories and themes; and selective coding to identify core themes. The findings show that service quality is the main factor that constructs customer loyalty and satisfaction. Analysis of categories and themes based on axial coding shows that the theme of service quality is connected to all other themes across the range of dimensions. In addition, researchers found from interviews that service features are a core category of service quality and a factor of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Thus, Service Quality acts as a central theme in this study. Good service quality will create a feeling of security and comfort for customers to continue making transactions so they will not move to other banks.

Abstract

This study aims to test the expected research model and be able to obtain the results of the influence of the technology acceptance model on digital banking services livin' Bank Mandiri on trust and its impact on customer loyalty. Questionnaire respondent data was obtained from Bank Mandiri customers who had used digital banking service livin' Bank Mandiri' and then distributed questionnaires online through the "Qualtric" platform to 150 respondents. In this study, 5 hypotheses were tested based on variable indicators that had been compiled using SEM PLS (partial least squares) analysis with the SmartPLS method. The test consists of the Outer Model, namely: Convergent Validity Test, Discriminant Validity Test, Average Variance Extracted (AVE) Test, Composite Reliability Test, Cronbach Alpha Test. Then testing the inner model, namely the results of Bootstrapping. Testing the hypothesis which shows that there is a relationship that has a direct positive and significant effect includes: H1: Perceived Usefulness on Customer Loyalty, H2: Perceived Ease of Use on Customer Loyalty, H3: Perceived Usefulness on Customer Trust. H4: Perceived Ease of Use on Customer Trust, H5: Customer Trust on Customer Loyalty. This research is expected to provide good implications theoretically and for further research. In addition, the implications of this research are also expected to provide input to other banking companies to create better customer loyalty.
