Abstract

Education is considered a key pathway to prepare a generation expected to cope with the complexity of the challenges of the 21st century. Literacy and numeracy play a central role in equipping learners with essential skills to face the complex challenges of the modern era. This study aims to provide in-depth insights into effective strategies in improving students' literacy and numeracy skills to face the demands of an increasingly complex era. The research method uses a literature review with three main steps: identification of relevant literature, literature analysis, and preparation of conclusions. The results showed two main strategies, namely integrating technology in learning and contextual learning. Technology integration includes the use of interactive applications, adaptive learning software, and online resources. Contextual learning focuses on the application of literacy and numeracy in everyday life, involving project-based methods, internships, and problem-based learning. The use of technology opens up opportunities to enrich the learning experience of students by presenting material in an interactive and relevant manner. Contextual learning, through real-life situations, allows learners to relate literacy and numeracy concepts to their practical experience. Strategy evaluation involves monitoring student progress, assessment of learning outcomes, and feedback from teachers. By implementing these strategies, learners can develop relevant literacy and numeracy skills, provide in-depth insights into the world of work through internships, field trips, and improve problem-solving skills with a problem-based approach. Through this hands-on experience, learners prepare to face real-world challenges and become productive members of society.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the learning implementation system and independent curriculum assessment at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The initial problem finding of this research was that there were some students who stated that there were no visible changes in their learning outcomes after implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. In order to obtain certainty from the statements made by some students at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak, the researchers conducted more in-depth research regarding the implementation of learning and assessment of the independent curriculum at the SMAN. Thus, a descriptive qualitative research method was chosen to describe the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. Data collection uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The research population is teachers and students of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The research sample was the deputy principal and several students taken randomly. The research results were analyzed using analysis according to Milles and Huberman. The results of the research show that the implementation of the independent curriculum in the learning process by teachers at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak is still in the process of adaptation and often faces problems for which solutions are sought together. Most teachers actively participate in activities such as training, webinars and workshops and the like, which are held both at school and outside school. The problems that teachers at SMA Negeri 20 still face are the challenges of human resources (teachers), the ability of teachers to empower digital-based technology facilities, challenges in strengthening communication networks and partnerships between educational units and related stakeholders. Meanwhile, in the assessment system at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak, teachers increasingly have the freedom to determine the type, form and time of implementation based on the characteristics of the learning objectives.

Abstract

The process of goods movement in distribution channels requires reliable logistics management, to ensure that goods are delivered on time, in the right quantity, in the right quality, and in the right location. Logistics management in distribution channels includes transportation and warehousing. A warehouse is a place to store goods or materials, whether in the form of raw materials, semi-finished goods, or finished goods. Activities in a warehouse include receiving, storing, and shipping goods or materials from one place to the next. The theme taken for this research is related to the storage of goods. The goods stored in the warehouse are numerous and varied. In distributing and storing goods in the warehouse, a tool is needed in the form of a trolley. Currently, the use of trolleys in the warehouse still uses human labor, so it can cause fatigue in humans and lack of time efficiency in the distribution of goods. Therefore, a tool is needed to distribute and store goods in the form of an Arduino-based trolley. In order to meet these criteria, the trolley is able to walk alone according to a predetermined path and can store goods in an empty place.
