In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 where electrical energy has become one aspect of life needs for humans where human electrical energy is progressing very rapidly in various fields of electronic technology. To find out how much the budget must be paid in using electrical energy, PLN made a tool that is able to find out the use of electrical energy, namely Kwh. The function of this research is to eliminate public doubts about the payment of electrical energy used every month that has been obtained. The results obtained are included in the very good category. The technology that is suitable for this problem is the Internet of Things (IoT) based electric power monitoring system technology that is able to provide accurate and real-time results. The method carried out is organized in several stages, starting from data collection, design, configuration, application.

Abstract

To determine the significant influence of leadership style and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance satisfaction. This research shows that leadership style significantly affects work motivation and performance satisfaction. The research data consists of two independent variables, namely leadership style and work motivation, as well as the dependent variable, namely performance satisfaction. The analysis results show that all items in the leadership style, work motivation, and performance satisfaction scales are valid and reliable. The linearity test shows a significant linear relationship between performance satisfaction, leadership style, and work motivation. The t-test shows that leadership style does not significantly influence performance satisfaction, while work motivation positively and significantly influences performance satisfaction. The F test shows a significant simultaneous influence between leadership style, work motivation, and performance satisfaction. Based on the multiple linear regression test, a regression equation shows the relationship between these variables. The variables Leadership Style and Work Motivation influence Performance Satisfaction by 52.3%, while the rest is influenced by other factors that were not studied. This research provides insight into the factors contributing to leadership style, work motivation, and performance satisfaction.

Abstract

In order to provide more realistic and pleasant electrical installation trainer media for more effective practice, researchers have developed media with an extra media height for lab tests. This study makes use of feasibility analysis and experimental techniques. An alternative that was more comfortable and efficient for learning electrical installations was the electrical installation trainer with additional media height, according to research done with students who used the trainer before height was added. The research also revealed that increasing the media height in the electrical installation trainer had an impact on the quality of the lab experiment results.
