Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and location on customer satisfaction. The object of this study is the consumer of PT AHASS SIAP Motor Bandung. This study was conducted on 73 respondents using a quantitative approach. Data analysis used is regression analysis that is processed with the application of SPSS 26. The results of this study showed that the description of service quality variables (X1), price (X2), location (X3) and purchase decision (Y) are very good categories. Then in the T test (partial) there is a significant influence between the quality of Service (X1) to customer satisfaction (Y), price (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y), and location (X3) to customer satisfaction. likewise, the test f (simultaneous) both independent variables, service quality (X1), price (X2) and location simultaneously affect the dependent variable customer satisfaction (Y). then, from the value of the coefficient of determination, shows customer satisfaction (Y) 91.4% influenced by service quality (X1), price (X2) and location (X3). Meanwhile, 8.6% were explained by variables outside the study.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of brand equity, price and promotion on the purchasing decisions of Starbucks consumers in Jakarta by mediating the role of lifestyle. The research method used is a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through a survey with structured questions distributed to 100 Starbucks consumer respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out in June 2023 using the purposive sampling method. Data was collected online via the Gform survey platform, and data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method via SmartPLS 3.00 software. The research results show that brand equity, price, and promotion influence purchasing decisions differently. As a mediator, lifestyle is proven to positively contribute to the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. This research contributes to understanding the factors that influence cafe consumers' purchasing decisions by highlighting the critical role of lifestyle as a mediator. The managerial implications of this research finding can help Starbucks and similar companies to optimize their marketing strategies, maintain brand image, and accommodate changes in consumer preferences.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of customer reviews and trusts on purchasing decisions in the marketplace, with convenience as an intervening variable, especially on the Tokopedia platform in Jakarta. A quantitative research design was adopted with data collection through a structured questionnaire survey. The research population includes Tokopedia consumers in Jakarta who have made purchases within the last three months, with 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out in August 2023 to evaluate research variables, including customer reviews, trust, convenience, and purchasing decisions. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques with the help of SmartPLS 3.00 software. The research results show that customer reviews and trust play an important role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. Customer reviews provide valuable information and create a bond between buyers and sellers through transparency. Trust, a critical element in online transactions, provides a strong foundation for positive business interactions. However, ease of use was not proven to affect purchasing decisions significantly. A platform's success in building trust and providing comprehensive information from customer reviews is a more significant factor in influencing shopper preferences on Tokopedia

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of parental education and student learning style on English speaking ability (Expose Facto on Easy English Course students). The research method used is the expose facto method. Samples of 75 students were selected randomly using a simple random technique. In this case, the research was continued with (2x2) parametric analysis, namely two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research results show, there is a significant influence of parental education inability to speak English—students' English Course. The acquisition of the Sig value proves this. = 0.001 < 0.05. Moreover, Fcount = 11.574, significantly influences learning style and ability to speak English in English courses. The acquisition of the Sig value proves this. = 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount = 9.180. There is an interaction between education and learning styles towards the ability to speak English Easy English Course. The acquisition of the Sig value proves this = 0.127 > 0.05 and Fcount = 2.131. It is known that parental education and independent learning styles influence students' English-speaking abilities, so teachers should pay attention to each student's level of education and learning style in learning English.

Abstract

The development of information technology has an impact on several aspects of government in South Kalimantan Province by looking at ASN management which prioritizes the use of technology to serve the community more transparently, effectively and efficiently, especially in terms of easy access to information in order to realize a concept of good governance. . The gap in this research is seen from the limited use of SIMPEG in apparatus resource management. This research focuses on the South Kalimantan Regional Government, namely SIMPEG (Personnel Management Information System) as an embodiment of E-Government. SIMPEG is carried out centrally and functionally by the Provincial Civil Service Bureau/Regional Personnel Agency. In SIMPEG, it is explained that there has been no update of personnel data to help leaders carry out job mapping. The aim of this research is to examine the use of personnel management information systems in personnel resource management and inhibiting factors in SIMPEG management. Using a qualitative approach and the data is then processed based on interview data, observation and documentation through data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the research are that the quality of human resources is not sufficient to manage SIMPEG, the budget is not sufficient for the realization of several devices, the facilities are not ready, such as a special room for servers that does not yet exist. The SOP indicators, data maintenance, evaluation and final report are considered good so that employees are helped to utilize SIMPEG. The main obstacle in using SIMPEG as personnel resource management is that the availability of human resources in managing SIMPEG is not sufficient for application development every year so that there are still old data from each employee that is not up to date.

Abstract

Early childhood between 4 and 6 years is known as pre-school age which experts call the golden age, because intelligence during this period increases by 50%. There are many ways that can be done for premature children. One of them is playing. Learning while playing or playing while learning can be fun and entertaining for children, including educational games to provide an understanding of Biology learning concepts. This research aims to explore and analyze the role of educational games in increasing understanding of biological concepts in early childhood. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This research shows that the use of educational game tools specifically for early childhood provides positive results. These play equipment, which are designed according to the child's age, have succeeded in improving sensory skills, helping children recognize their surroundings, and developing children's thinking abilities. Group play also helps children learn together, while the use of language in play supports the development of speaking skills. Apart from that, educational games can foster children's interest in science, especially biology, in an interesting and fun way. This research shows that educational games are not only a learning tool, but also an effective means of forming the basis for children's understanding of biological concepts.

Abstract

In this research describes the implementation of a water tower control system at Klabat University to control the filling of water in the reservoir. The implementation of this research was made to solve water problems that often occur at PDAM Tirtanadi These problems arise because the control is still done manually. This system can replace the role of officers in controlling the filling of reservoirs so that the water problems that often occur are avoided. The method used in this research is the Software Engineering (RPL) method and uses the Prototyping model process. The design of this system is implemented using several tools, namely a microcontroller, using a water level float sensor switch to detect the availability of water in the tub, and also using Sim900 to allow the system to send SMS notifications to officers. The final result of this research is the implementation of the Klabat University Water Tower Control System using a microcontroller.

Abstract

Converters are widely used in electric power systems, converters consist of several types, one industrial world and power electronics so that engineers conduct research and development to find out the quality of the power produced because power quality is one of the important parts in the electric power system. This research includes simulating the AC-DC buck boost converter using Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) control, from the simulation results show that the PID control on the AC-DC buck boost converter shows that it is able to maintain the power factor (PF) on the input side of the AC-DC buck boost converter obtained from the display of the calculation of the power factor value in the simulation circuit but there is still overshoot, rise time and peak time. the greater the reference voltage given will produce a greater rise time and peak time.of which is the AC-DC converter, the use of AC-DC converters will continue to increase both in the
