Abstract

Supplier companies have dynamic and complex processes that require qualified human resources. Job satisfaction is important for individuals and companies, because job satisfaction is not only related to work pleasure, this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees who work at supplier companies. This research was conducted at a hotel supply company, namely PT. Exagon. The research approach with quantitative data is processed and analyzed using the SPSS 20 program, data analysis includes validation, reliability and multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. From the results of the analysis and discussion of this study, it can be concluded that organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and organizational commitment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to increase the productivity and performance of employees who work in supplier companies and the results of this study are expected to be a reference in human resource management studies.

Abstract

This study aims to show the bureaucratic apparatus's behavior towards the quality of land certificate services and find new concepts about the bureaucratic apparatus's behavior. The methodology used in this research is the explanatory survey method, following the study's objectives, which will explain the relationship between variables, namely the behavior of bureaucratic officials to the quality of land certificate services. Based on the results of research and discussion of the influence of the behavior of bureaucratic officials on the quality of service certificates at the Land Office of Majalengka Regency, the following can be disclosed: 1) The behavior of bureaucratic officials is oriented towards the dimensions of justice, empathy, discipline, sensitivity, and responsibility. Significantly affects the quality of land certificate services; 2) The height bureaucratic behavior towards the quality of land certificate services is determined by the dimensions of Fairness, empathy, discipline, sensitivity, and responsibility. and 3) Furthermore, from the results of this research, it can be found and developed a new model that "Kharimah behavior" are words for the dimension of caring in providing public services.

Abstract

The regulation of village existence through Law no. 6 of 2014 must be acknowledged as providing opportunities for the growth of village autonomy. A number of pressures in several articles provide discretion that allows village autonomy to grow along with several conditions that must be considered by the village government, village communities. UU no. 6 of 2014 at least encourages its autonomy to make all affairs that have been recognized and respected by the state, plus local scale affairs not just for display, but the accumulation of all assets that allow the village to get richer with the capital it has. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies as a research strategy. Data were obtained from interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) by presenting key informants and also supporting informants from the village government, community leaders and also traditional and religious leaders in Padangsidempuan City. The concept of village development, known as bottom-up development, places the village as a pillar of national economic development. This concept then forces the village to continue to prepare itself in order to achieve village autonomy and independence. Institutional strengthening can be seen from community institutions being given space in planning and implementing development in the village. This shows that Law no. 6 of 2014 has provided space for the community in determining the direction of village development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which restaurants on the southern route of Java in Ciamis district implement standard health protocols for Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. This standard health protocol refers to the health guidebook in hotels and restaurants (CHSE) that has been issued and published by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. This research was conducted as a measuring tool as a control reference in the implementation of the CHSE health protocol, especially in restaurants in the southern route of Java, Ciamis district. This study used a survey research method approach with data collection techniques through interviews; observation, and literature study. The population in this study were restaurants located on the southern route of Java in Ciamis Regency with a non-random sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of general guidelines and specific guidelines for CHSE health protocols is still not going well.

Abstract

Medicine is something that is very important in human life because humans are not always healthy, medicine is something that is consumed by consumers so that human medicine can be healthy and can return to activity because it must be remembered that a body that is physically and mentally healthy can contribute to the State, society and family. This research is a descriptive and empirical normative, where the data collection is carried out by observation, interviews, the results of which are assessed qualitatively and quantitatively so that it can provide an idea of how the actual application of protection to consumers who consume contaminated drugs that can trigger cancer. It turns out that even though there is Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.

Abstract

The process of organizing regional head elections is certainly not without constraints and dynamics. There are many violations found in every stage of both administrative violations, violations of the code of conduct and criminal violations. After several changes and changes in the rules on the election of regional heads (Governors, Regents/Mayors), in the end even though Law No. 6 of 2020 describes the special crimes of elections in it, but in its application can not override the provisions of the Criminal Code. One of them is related to the criminal act of probation contained in Article 53 and Article 54 of the Criminal Code. The research conducted is normative juridical research using secondary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the handling of electoral crimes of regional heads in Indonesia, namely through integrated law enforcement (Gakkumdu) centers consisting of Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu), Police and Prosecutors. Furthermore, criminal liability for perpetrators of Criminal Trials in the General Election of the Regional Head must first meet the criminal elements in Article 187A paragraph (1) Law No.  6 Year 2020 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents and Mayors and Article 53 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. Once both elements of the article are fulfilled, against the severity of the prison sentence and the fine should be reduced by one-third of the maximum penalty in Article 187A paragraph (1) that is to a maximum of 4 years in prison. The last legal analysis of the Pekanbaru High Court's Decision No. 40/Pid.Sus/2021/PT.PBR the judge's decision has been appropriate the judge gave a sanction of 3 (three) years in prison to the perpetrator. It is in accordance with the provisions of Article 187A of Law Number 6 of 2020 Jo  Article 53 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. Because the intention of the act and the nature of harming the interests of others are fulfilled.

Abstract

Jenang Karomah is a business brand that has been established for 24 years to experience the dynamics of sales ups and downs. It is estimated that there is a link between variables of marketing strategy and service quality, especially for women buyers. This variable encourages researchers to research more about marketing strategies which include product, price, place, promotion. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Jenang Karomah in Kudus and their impact on women's buying interest. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, namely observation and interviews as data collection techniques. The results found four strategies developed by Jenang Karomah. First, the product strategy; packing with a good color, shape and brand, although still found packaging that is less tidy or defective. Second, place strategy; Jenang Karomah is located near the Kudus City Center where the majority of the community are also jenang sellers which results in competition to attract women buyers. Third, pricing strategies; Jenang Karomah fluctuates prices, especially during the moments of the big day before Lebaran or celebration which results in women's buying interest becoming very selective. Fourth, promotion strategies; Jenang Karomah has done offline promotions, but lacks promotion based on internet technology, namely social media such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter which are widely used by young women as potential buyers. Four strategies developed by Jenang Karomah have influenced women's buying interest in Kudus City. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach.

Abstract

This study aims to modify the basic motion-based big ball game with a play approach in order to develop basic movement skills and be developed as a guide for sports teachers and learning with game concepts. The resulting product is a CD and a good ball game manual with a playing approach. The research was developed by adapting the Gall, Gall, & Borg educational research and development model. The development procedure used includes several stages: 1) analyzing the content of the developed product, 2) developing the initial game product, 3) expert validation, 4) field testing, 5) product revision of the data analysis techniques used in this study in two ways, namely quantitative and qualitative.

Abstract

Many parties can cancel an agreement or contract during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. WHO Director General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus determined the status of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) as a Pandemic This happened because the government issued Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2020 concerning the Determination of Disaster in the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) as a National Disaster. The covid-19 pandemic falls into the force majeure category or a state of force because it causes the economic sector to experience a decline. The community cannot do work as usual, all activities carried out are very limited. A contract is an agreement made by the parties in written form. An agreement is an act that binds one or more people to one or more people. This event resulted in a legal relationship between the parties, which included rights and obligations. Circumstances compel or force majeure may be earthquakes, fires, floods, landslides, wars, military coups, embargoes, epidemics, and so forth. In the time of the corona pandemic which is currently hitting all parts of the world, of course, it has an impact on the implementation of an agreement / contract. The purpose of this paper is to examine the force majeure in an agreement that occurs during the corona virus pandemic, which cannot automatically be used as a reason for cancellation of an agreement / contract, but can be used as a way to negotiate in canceling or changing the contents of the agreement / contract. The contract / agreement is canceled unilaterally without regard to the sense of justice, in accordance with Article 1338 paragraph (1) of the Civil Code, it is stated that the contract is a law for the parties. So the cancellation of the contract with due regard to aspects in the law and Article 1338 paragraph (1) of the Civil Code cannot be carried out in a covid-19 pandemic force majeure situation. The parties are required to carry out good faith in accordance with Article 1338 of the Civil Code by reviewing the agreement / contract or renegotiating by adding a contract clause to postpone carrying out obligations.

Abstract

The Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Yapen Islands Regency, Papua, as a local government agency is obliged to foster, protect, and pay attention to issues related to industry, trade, cooperatives, and small and medium enterprises. Good employee performance is important in order to support the smooth running of official duties. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work ethic and work environment on employee work performance at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, Yapen Islands Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in this study were 66 respondents. The hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the higher the level of employee discipline, the higher the work performance. Work ethic has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the better the work ethic of the employee, the better the work performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the better the work environment, the better the employee's work performance.
