Abstract

The laboratory as a place to carry out practical activities is no longer limited to the meaning of a real room that can be seen directly, but in its development many virtual laboratories have emerged that utilize digital technology in their use. This study is intended to determine the effect of using a virtual laboratory with laboratory reality, and learning styles on students science process skills. This study is designed using a factorial design where the research sample was taken from the population with cluster random sampling technique. The research sample amounted to 144 students in SMA Negeri 2 and 4 Probolinggo. The research instrument used tests to measure science process skills and questionnaires to determine students' learning styles. The results of the students' science process skills test are research data that were analyzed using the two-way ANOVA test which had previously met the prerequisite tests for normality and homogeneity. The result of this research is that Fcount = 15.018 with Sig . = 0.000 < 0.01 in the method used, while in the learning style section Fcount = 10.326 with Sig. = 0.000 < 0.01. The results of the two-way ANOVA test on the third hypothesis obtained Fcount = 5.301 with a Sig value. = 0.006 < 0.01. From these results, it can be concluded that the three hypotheses (Ho) are rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of using virtual laboratories and laboratory reality on science process skills. Likewise, learning styles have a significant influence on students' science process skills. Based on the results of the third hypothesis test, it is also concluded that there is an interaction effect between the use of virtual laboratories with laboratory reality and learning styles on students' science process skills.

Abstract

The components of the necessities of life that are used as a reference in determining the minimum wage in Indonesia have changed 4 times. This change occurs because adjusting to the development of needs was previously considered less important but has now become important. In Islam there are 5 basic elements of human needs that must be met or known as maqasid shari'ah. The five main elements of maqasid shari'ah are divided into 3 categories, namely:Daruriyyah, Hajjiyah, andTahsiniyyah. This study examines how the components of the necessities of life in the regulation of minimum wages in the maqasid shari'ah perspective. This study concludes that the development of the necessities of life which is used as a guide in determining the minimum wage has taken into account the level of living needs. Most of the components of the Decent Living Needs (KHL) are in the daruriyyah and hajjiyah areas, very few are classified as tahsiniyyah. The addition of the component quota and the improvement in the quality of the components are evidence that there is attention to the level of need starting from the daruriyyah first and then the hajjiyah and then the tahsiniyyah. This change indicates a change in the law in accordance with the development of the situation.

Abstract

The Indonesian nation aspires to realize a just and prosperous national life for that it is necessary to understand and implement the values of Pancasila. The current swift current of globalization has eroded the understanding of future generations about the values contained in Pancasila. This problem of understanding has resulted in the abandonment and oblivion of Pancasila. National identity must be rebuilt by actualizing the values of Pancasila so that it can be a guide in responding to various challenges now and in the future. If we do not succeed in re-actualizing the values of Pancasila, then Pancasila will be alienated from the life of the Indonesian nation. The national values contained in Pancasila are religious values, kinship, harmony, democracy and justice. This paper will discuss the implementation of the value of justice in improving the quality of life in society, nation and the state.
