Methods: The Methode of this research is Regional Innovation Capacity (KID) that was developed from the theory of National Innovation Capacity (KIN). The survey was conducted on respondents consisting of policy makers, tourist attraction managers, partner managers, visitors, and creative economy actors. Data processing is done by exponential regression. The innovation-based creative tourism village model developed with KID as the Y variable and the X variable which consists of 37 variables, namely 15 Innovation Public Infrastructure variables, 17 Industrial Cluster variables, and 5 Public Infrastructure Relations between Innovation and Industrial Clusters variables. Finding/Results: The results of partial exponential regression processing with a significance of 5% indicate that: (i) KID will increase e^.386 = 1.47 on the X1.3 variable (Process of socializing the financing mechanism for Intellectual Property / Communal Intellectual Property / (Geographical Indications) ) in Kabupaten West Bandung) because the proportion of changes in X1.7 is 38.6%; (ii) KID will increase e^.362 = 1.43 in the X2.12 variable (Financing Services (Banks, Venture Capital, Crowd Funding, Sharia Financing) for business/industrial goods and services that can be utilized in Innovative Villages in the West Regency Bandung) because the proportion of changes in X2.12 is 36.2%.

The phenomenon of child labor has been a problem in Indonesia. One of the factors most often cited as the cause of child labor is poverty.  The ILO revealed that one of the ways to get out of poverty is by doing a migration. Migration through remittances sent by migrants become an alternative income for households so that children don't have to enter the world of work just to meet their daily needs. Using the 2SLS method and with the help of an instrumental variable, this study found that remittance had a negative and significant effect on children's work participation.

Abstract

This research focuses on field research and the methods used in this study are descriptive of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The data was mainly obtained from respondents with purposive sampling techniques, based on questionnaires and interview results as primary data, while also equipped with secondary data. The results of the research study showed that the policy of drafting a general spatial plan of Pati City in practice turned out to be some differences with normative. The form of community participation is dominated by the form of input / suggestion / proposal and donation of information / data. It can be concluded that the method of community participation in the activities of Kota Without Slums (Kotaku) in Rambung Dalam Village, is an obligation that must be implemented by the government, because of the demands of decentralization in regional autonomy that wants the government to play a role with other stakeholders in development planning. While the goal of community empowerment that wants to be achieved with participation itself has not been realized. So that the goals of development programs involving community participation can be achieved and the resulting planning activities can be used fully as a reference in development, it is necessary to apply the principle of transparency at every stage and improvements are made to the process of implementing government policies, as the ideal concept applies normatively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the earnings response coefficient. This study uses secondary data that applies a multiple linear regression model with a sample period 2015-2018 of the basic chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The test results indicate that capital structure effect negatively to earnings response coefficient and profitability affect positively to earnings response coefficient. While growth opportunity, company size, audit quality and systematic risk partially do not affect the earnings response coefficient. This study provides an insight that growth opportunity, capital structure, company size, profitability, audit quality, systematic risk can affect the earnings response coefficient. This research is expected to assist investors in conducting fundamental analysis in the valuation model to determine the market reaction to the earnings information of a company, so that investors can find out the size of the share price response to the company's earnings information. The limitation in this study is the amount of samples that only take data on basic chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange.
