Abstract

The significance of mapping the study of democratic parties through the presence of potential leaders as people's representatives in occupying executive positions in regional governments through individual channels. The unique path is a national legal political agreement in the area of elections that allows people who are not members of political parties to nominate themselves as regional heads in the Aceh region's provinces. The theory of political participation and leadership is used as a research mapping in an analytical scheme in this study. The research method employs a qualitative approach to interviewing techniques in order to examine the style of existence and political leadership of regional leaders on a case-by-case basis. The results explain: Individual candidates are more commonly referred to as "independent candidates" in Aceh, according to the findings. The existence of Pilkada became a doorway for former GAM political participation. Almost all GAM regional head candidates from governor to regent/mayor level won in the 2006 Pilkada. And in 2009 the individual candidates’ showed popularity in the Aceh regional elections decreased after former GAM formed a local political party in 2009 and discovered that a new independent candidate can win the pilkada if he possesses three characteristics: personal character, logistics, and political skills.

Abstract

This research shows that in the preparation stage, the implementation does the following things. (a) The implementer conducts socialization to the students of the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra through the Zoom media. (b) Implementers prepare questionnaires, attendance lists and other files for the purposes of activity reports. (c) Implementers re-register students who are actively enrolled in the class. (d) Executors prepare hardware devices in the form of computers/laptops, LCDs and so on. The approach in this research is qualitative (qualitative research). What is meant by qualitative research is to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject holistically, and by means of description in the form of words and language, in a special natural context and by utilizing various scientific methods. From several different samples of students, there was a significant difference in the implementation of independent learning using MOOC-based Kahoot-it media. Therefore, these two different classes must be further improved with several methods that will be given later to students or later, so that the implementation of independent learning itself is carried out properly.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the main public health problems in Indonesia. This disease is caused by the dengue virus and is transmitted through the bite of the Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. DHF has spread widely throughout Indonesia, one of which is Mojokerto and its surroundings. From 2014 to 2021, the incidence rate (IR) of dengue fever in Mojokerto has increased and decreased. However, dengue cases always appear, especially in endemic areas such as Mojokerto. This study aims to analyze the relationship between waste management practices and the incidence of dengue fever in Mojokerto Regency. This research is an analytic observational study with a case control approach. The sample of the case group in this study were DHF patients at the Puri Public Health Center, Semarang Regency and the control group were healthy people or neighbors of DHF patients who lived in Mojokerto. The research sample was 27 cases and 27 controls with consecutive sampling technique. The data were processed by chi-square test. From the statistical test, it is known that there is a relationship between waste management practices (p = 0.003) and the incidence of DHF in Semarang Regency.

Abstract

Green chemistry is material in class X in the driving school curriculum. This material is very closely related to phenomena in everyday life. For that, we need an interesting and meaningful assessment in the form of games that are easy to use. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the "Go Green" education game-based assessment on green chemistry, determine the characteristics of the game education-based assessment and determine the effectiveness of the "Go Green" education game assessment on green chemistry. The research and development method used was adapted from the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation. The research subjects were students of class X SMA Negeri 9 Bengkuku Selatan. The instruments used are questionnaires and quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results showed that material expert validation was 93.42% and media expert validation was 92.86% with a feasible category for implementation. Based on the results of the development carried out, it can be concluded that the assessment developed has met the appropriate criteria. "Go Green" can help educators in conducting assessments effectively and optimally and make students relax in doing questions well.

Abstract

The lease purchase agreement is a new type of agreement that arises in the community. As with the new type of agreement, leasing in Indonesia has not been regulated in the several definitions put forward by the legal experts above and also in the decree of the Minister of Trade and Cooperatives, there is no uniformity. However, if you pay attention, it can be concluded that the lease-purchase agreement is more likely to lead or lead to the form of a sale-purchase agreement, rather than a lease. Because in the lease purchase agreement, the transfer of property rights is the main point. So the purpose of leasing is to sell goods, not to rent or become tenants of goods. In the event that the tenant defaults in the lease purchase agreement, the tenant is fully responsible for the risk. This is in accordance with the contents of the lease-purchase agreement that has been agreed between the two parties. For the problem of resolving disputes in the motor vehicle rental agreement in practice, it can be reached in two ways, namely through deliberation and consensus and through a lawsuit in court. Court is the last resort taken by the dealer, if the tenant really does not want to be responsible for all his mistakes, namely with the intention of transferring the motor vehicle which is the object of the lease purchase agreement.
