Abstract

Weak coordination and communication, the existence of sectoral egos between agencies and the tendency to act independently without acting together have resulted incohesiveness and speed of response handling the state against various threats and violations of airspace becomes weak which ultimately affects the condition of national security. The concept of civil-military cooperation to strengthen the national airspace security system is developed through the formulation of the National Airspace Management Bill, the establishment of institutions that facilitate coordination and cooperation between civil-military agencies and the appointment of a command and control center for operations that integrates and harmonizes the operations of all agencies. This study uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative narrative analysis method, to discuss theories, review policies and analyze expert opinions on the need for civil-military cooperation to strengthen the national airspace security system, to then draw conclusions and recommendations.

Abstract

Shared property in marriage, is a concept derived from customary law in Indonesia. In addition, this is stated in Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage. Not only that, Islamic law also regulates the common property in marriage. However, the joint assets included in the limited liability company's shares, are still a matter of debate. Based on Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, it is known that shares cannot be transferred to other parties, which means, shares are not included in the joint property. This research, therefore, wants to analyze the juridical status of shares as a common property in a marriage. Research is done with descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that the juridical status of shares as a common property in a marriage is expressly not contained in existing laws and regulations, but if viewed in Article 60 paragraph (1) of the UUPT which stipules that shares are moving objects and give rights to their owners, then if the shares are acquired during the marriage period, Research is done with descriptive analysis. Abstract

The Indonesian government's strategy to develop villages to become independent and autonomous is by distributing Village Fund Allocations (ADD). The purpose of this study is to describe the governance of Village Fund Allocation in empowering citizens with the exploration of driving and inhibiting aspects. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed that some of the ADD funds for community empowerment were used for the operational costs in the village government and the BPD. Thus, the use of the Village Fund Allocation is not in accordance with what it should be. The supporting aspect in managing the Village Fund Allocation is citizen participation. However, the inhibiting aspect lies in the quality of human energy resources and the lack of direct supervision from residents.

Abstract

One of the dimensions of logistics performance is the efficiency of customs that evaluate the speed and ease of resolving customs affairs. It can be measured from service time and determined by human resources supported by internet utilization. This study analyzed the role of the efficiency of customs and export activities in supporting the economies of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) by analyzing relevant variables such as export time, number of customs staff, internet users and export value. The research data used is secondary data from various sources starting from 2014 to 2019 which was analyzed with the Fixed Effect Model approach panel data regression method using E-Views 10. The results showed simultaneously export time, number of customs staff, internet users and export values had a significant effect on the ASEAN economy. Partially, the internet users and export values have a positive and significant effect while export time and the number of customs staff have a negative and significant effect. ASEAN governments should focus on accelerating the customs clearance process towards digitalization through application development by utilizing the internet rather than increasing the number of human resources to support exports and improve the ASEAN economy.

Abstract

One of the branches of linguistics that are most actively used and the most widely questioned is Sociolinguistics. Sociolinguistics is a linguistics science that seeks to express the values of life that are revealed in language. Sociolinguistics is stuck in the study of language, which is purely empirical. This assessment can be observed when sociolinguistics only comes to the study of language, which reveals the linguistic system. It is essential to point out the other side of sociolinguistics that has not been explored, namely the aspect of language meaning. In this case, philosophical approach tries to challenge the existence of sociology concerning the role and function of sociolinguistics itself. Through literature study, Hermeneutics and heuristics are consistently and consistently used as the basis for the research method in this case. The research that forms the basis for writing this scientific article begins with a study with literature observations. It can be concluded that sociolinguistics must start to view language as a form of culture that becomes a social system and acts as a tool for human development.
