This study tries to investigate whether Occupational, Health, and Safety (OHS) behaviour and culture can influence the effectiveness of OHS programs and policies. The author used a qualitative methodology where the collection of data is generated through interviews and direct field observations in 40 companies at the City of Garut. This study found that OHS has been implemented both through the diffusion and the adoption of policies and programs, as well as various implementation techniques. However, the background and motivation for implementation were still caused by things that were instrumental, formal, and fragmented in nature. Therefore, OHS value should be intrinsic to each member of the organization and must be agreed as a shared value. Such an argument endorses an important role of a leader in the company, where one of his or her main tasks is to transform individual values into collective values in the form of safety culture.

The policy formulation carried out by the Government in the current reform era is very different from the policy formulation process in the New Order era. Currently, society demands a change in the policy formulation system. The formulation of a good public policy must be based on good and democratic governance. The concept of democratic governance has the meaning of public power or in other words, is a form of government where the public are the holders of the highest power; this concept is used as an institutional framework to strengthen village autonomy. However, the reality is that good governance practices in Indonesia are still not maximized with more village fund practices that have not been directed to the public. The purpose of this study is to understand the form and practice of managing village funds and good governance in the process of managing village funds which will be seen from the process of transparency, accountability, and participation. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. This study uses a qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological approach to describe the application of good governance in managing village funds. The data analysis method used was data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification. The researcher found that the implementation of village fund management in Tlagasana Village was normatively appropriate and quite good, although there were still some weaknesses in its application in the field and the policy implications were not maximized. This study can be used to evaluate good governance implementation, particularly in village government organizations and the administration of village funds.

Foundations are considered as the answer for those who want a forum or institution that can channel their desire to carry out all activities that basically aim to do good deeds, so that their actions are voluntary actions (tabarru) to give wealth. Although the Foundation has been recognized as a legal entity, the Foundation as a legal entity is different from a limited liability company, especially in terms of purpose. The purpose of the Foundation is social and ideal, but there is no law that prohibits the Foundation from running a company. There are Foundation business activities that are carried out not at the time of making profit, such as Foundations that run Polyclinics or Hospitals, or schools (educational institutions). PP Number 2 of 2013 was issued by the government with the aim of reviving foundations that have been deemed to have lost their legal entity status in accordance with the provisions stipulated in Law Number 16 of 2991 concerning Foundations as amended by Law Number 28 of 2004. The formulation of the problem to be addressed The authors discuss are: 1) How is the existence of foundations that have not implemented adjustments to their articles of association with Law Number 28 of 2004 concerning Amendments to Law Number 16 of 2001 concerning Foundations? and 2) What are the legal consequences for foundations that have not adjusted their articles of association with Law Number 28 of 2004 concerning Amendments to Law Number 16 of 2001 concerning Foundations. The research method that the author uses is a descriptive normative juridical method where in normative research it is conceptualized as something written in laws and regulations or laws that are conceptualized as rules or norms that are benchmarks for community behavior towards what is considered appropriate. Finally, based on the results of the research, the authors concluded that with the enactment of Law Number 28 of 2004, existing foundations are regulated in the Transitional Regulation Article 71 of the Foundation Law which stipulates that foundations that existed before the foundation law adjusts their articles of association. Replace according to the writing above within the stipulated time, namely with the provisions, for foundations that existed before the enactment of the law on foundations, the foundation was required to remain recognized as a legal entity. For those who do not meet the requirements as referred to in point 1 a (not recognized as a legal entity), can obtain legal entity status by adjusting the articles of association according to the above and submitting an application to the Minister within 1 (one) year from the enactment of the foundation law.

The government has a role that can contribute negatively to the emergence of food security problems. As in Sen's analysis, undemocratic government is one of the causes of national food insecurity. This statement uses the term Indonesian territory and not the state of Indonesia, and uses the term famine event and not a famine. This is because the biggest event occurred in the 1800s and not on a national scale that Indonesia had several times of famine. For this reason, it is important for state administrators to ensure the availability and equitable distribution of food to individuals. This realization must also include the availability of food that is good in quality and quantity, safe, diverse, nutritious, and affordable and does not conflict with religion, belief, and community culture, and is sustainable.

Agricultural sector is the dominant sector in Lampung Province with a contribution of 29.90 percent to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Lampung Province. The majority of Lampung residents also work in the agricultural sector. As the base sector, the government continues to support this sektor. The government's budget for the agricultural sektor through local government budget, Physical Specific Allocation Fund, and the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) policy continues to increase during 2017-2020. However, the GRDP growth of the agricultural sector in Lampung Province continues to decline. This study aims to analyze the effect of local Government Budget, Physical Specific Allocation Fund, KUR, and labor in the agricultural sector on the GRDP of the agricultural sektor in Lampung Province. This study use secondary data 15 district/city in Lampung Province. By using panel data regression, the results show that the local government budget and KUR in the agricultural sector have a significant and positive effect, while the physical Specific Allocation Fund in the agricultural sector actually has a negatif effect on the GRDP of the agricultural sector. The local government needs to continue optimizing the local government budget and expand the distribution of KUR as support to promote growth of the agricultural sector in Lampung.

Goodness and badness are two terms that are widely used to determine an action done by humans. All forms of human action refer to them views on goodness and badness. The value of goodness and badness will always be a source of reference in carrying out various actions in their life. Goodness and badness values are not only in philosophical studies, but also become the focus of discussion on various religious sources, including the Qur’an and Hadith. Specifically this research is directed to find out the potential in humans, in this case it is closely related to the potential goodness and badness in humans which are explained in the Qur’an and Hadith. In the QS. al-Shams: 8 stated that there is a balance of the potential of goodness and badness in humans, but in the hadith of Imam Bukhari No. 1385 stated that the potential of goodness is the most prominent in humans since being born in a state of nature. Based on these differences, the problem arises in this research that are how the views of the interpreters in interpreting verses and hadiths about the potential of goodness and badness in humans, and how to make the potential of goodness for more involved than bad. This study aims to determine the opinion of the intrepreters and find out the reasons of each intrepreter in talking about the potential of goodness and badness in humans. The results showed that the potential of goodness is the most prominent in humans, also obtained a sign that in essence the positive potential of humans is stronger than the negative potential, it's just that the attraction of badness is stronger than the attraction of goodness, therefore humans are required to maintain the purity of the soul (nafs). So that the potential of goodness is more prominent than the badness, humans should guide this potential with some instructions that have been conveyed by Allah in the Qur’an, and so have been conveyed by the Prophet in the hadith, namely by keeping the heart to remain in nature.
