Abstract

Micro and small enterprises (UMK) are businesses that absorb the most labor in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of the MSE sector (UMK investment variable, UMK digitization variable, and UMK entrepreneurship variable) on the variable for the employment of MSEs and the variable for MSE actors. The analytical method used is the simultaneous analysis method using panel data sourced from BPS North Sumatra Province. The results of the first equation study of the MSE investment variable have a significant positive effect on the absorption of MSEs in North Sumatra. The results of the second study indicate that the digitization of MSEs has a positive and insignificant effect on the welfare of MSEs in North Sumatra. The MSE entrepreneurship variable has no significant positive effect on the welfare of MSE actors in North Sumatra. The variable of employment of MSEs has a significant positive effect on the welfare of MSEs in North Sumatra. The results show that Pappas and Mark Hirshey's theory applies, namely the demand for MSEs in North Sumatra is proven to be a derivative labor demand because it is based on the development of micro and small businesses in North Sumatra.

Abstract

The history of the network growth between knowledge claimants from Gayo and scholars in the Aceh Coast, West Sumatra and Bangil, East Java, involves a very complex historical process-The network of students and teachers was created to change the mindset of knowledge claimants which later gave birth to a renewal of Islamic education in Gayo during the Era 1900-1986 years. There are two network models that occur, namely the network of figures and institutions. In order to accurately understand the form of interaction and relationship between these three areas and the historical dynamics depicted in Gayo Islamic education, it is described and presented in this paper.

Abstract

The Covid-19 phenomenon in Indonesia has had a very big effect, especially on small traders in Labuhanbatu Regency, the main reason for this study to measure the extent to which possible aspects affect the welfare of small traders in the Glugur Rantauprapat Market amidst the Covid-19 storm. This research was conducted in Glugur Market, Rantauprapat City, Labuhanbatu Regency, a sample of 130 traders using purposive sampling technique with survey data collection techniques both from primary data and secondary data. The primary data source uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire containing statement indicators that are distributed to respondents who are determined based on criteria. Meanwhile, data analysis used IBM SPSS & AMOS path analysis. Based on the coefficient value of the trading hours variable path to the income variable is --0.724 with a p-value (0,469) > 0.05, which means it is not significant. Based on the path coefficient value of the capital variable on the income variable, it is 0.701 with a p-value (0,001) < 0.05, which means it is significant. Based on the path coefficient value of the trading experience variable on the income variable, it is 0.281 with a p-value (0,033) < 0.05, which means it is significant. Based on the path coefficient value of the income variable to the welfare variable, it is 0.388 with a p-value (0,000) < 0.05, which means it is significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance management and mathematical disposition of students through the problem posing approach. This research uses quasi experimental research. The population in this study were 149 students of SMK Sumber Mulyo. The research sample was the cluster random sampling technique (random group sample), that is, one class was selected as a sample subject to treatment through random selection, namely students of class XI SMK TSM totaling 30 students. The results showed that the level of influence between the problem posing approach variable on performance management and students' mathematical dispositions had a high effect. The results of testing the research hypothesis testing problem posing approach to performance management can be seen that the tcount value is 7.560 and ttabet is 1, 781 so that tcount ≥ ttable then Ha1 is accepted, that is, there is a positive and significant influence between the problem posing approach to performance management. Furthermore, the results of the research hypothesis test of the problem posing approach to mathematical disposition, it is known that the tcount value is 6.630 and the t table is 1.981 so that tcount ≥ ttable then Ha2 is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between the problem posing approach to mathematical disposition.
