Abstract

The corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has made all activities in human life run at a slower tempo, whereas humans are used to super-fast changes. In the health sector, the pandemic places a huge burden on the health system, including hospitals. While, economically, supply chain and production are disrupted, and the tourism industry dies. From the social side, the existence of social distancing puts psychological pressure on the community. Finally, various ways are used to support human life during this pandemic, including utilizing artificial intelligence or known as AI. One of the popular AI applications to be developed during this pandemic is facemask detection used in public areas. Therefore, in this study, the author tries to develop a facemask detector that could detect the use of masks in real time. The research aims to analyze the role of inceptionV3 as real-time facemask detection in the health, social, and economic fields. As a result, the author got 97% accuracy which is much higher than using vanilla convolutional neural network or known as CNN. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on almost all people in the world, not least in Indonesia where the Ministry of Health and the relevant Government have issued health protocols to minimize exposure caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. There needs to be an inspection of masks, where the role of inceptionV3 as real-time facemask detection is to help monitor social activities such as weddings, celebrations, entertainment, and so on. Implement inceptionV3 as real-time facemask detection which helps the economic process, for example in traditional markets, which are free to transact if they wear masks, and strict action will be taken against those who do not wear masks

Abstract

Arbitrary empowerment of public officials or management of the state is a logical consequence of the concept of the welfare state. This opens the door for officials to commit corrupt acts. According to the provisions of the administrative law, the abuse of power by civil servants is not a crime but only the fault of the management agency. However, with the enactment of the Government Administration Act, judges in the courts dealing with corruption crimes have the power to judge whether there is an element of abuse of position. Better laws and no negative effects or more problems. Reviews and updates need to be made to achieve maximum results and satisfy all parties.

Abstract

Mergers, consolidations, and acquisitions can be a tool for business actors to get rid of their competitors. One of the merger guidelines that can be used to assess whether the consequences of a merger will affect business competition or not is the Merger Review Guidelines (MRG). In Article 29 of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition, it is expressly stated that business actors are obliged to report the occurrence of a merger no later than 30 days after the transaction. A notary is a public official who is authorized to make an authentic deed as long as the making of a certain authentic deed is not reserved for other public officials. From the point of view of laws and regulations, the position of a Notary in the acquisition process is very clear, especially in Government Regulation Number 27 of 1998 concerning Merger, Consolidation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the learning outcomes of the Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara Madrasah students who are taught by the induction method and the analogy method, (2) the learning outcomes of the Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Madrasah students' yellow book learning outcomes. Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara with high and low reading abilities, and (3) the interaction between nahwu shorof learning and students' ability to read on the learning outcomes of the yellow book students of Madrasah Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara. The research was conducted at Madrasah Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara. This type of research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research model. Based on the Cluster Random Sampling technique, one class is taught by the induction method and one class is taught by the analogy method. The research instrument is a test used to obtain data on student learning outcomes. The normality test for learning outcomes data is the Liliefors test and the homogeneity test is the Fisher's test and Bartlett's test. The analysis technique is a two-way ANOVA at a significance of = 0.05, followed by the Scheffe test. The research findings show: (1) the learning outcomes of the yellow book students who were taught by the induction method at the students of Madrasah Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara were higher in the yellow book learning outcomes of students who were taught using the analogy method. This is proven by testing the research hypothesis with statistical results Fcount = 11.78 while the value of Ftable = 4.018 for dk (1.55) and the real level = 0.05, (2) learning outcomes of students with high reading ability are higher from the results of learning the yellow book of students with low reading skills. This is proven by testing the research hypothesis with statistical results Fcount = 26.82 while the value of Ftable = 4.018 for dk (1.55) and the significance level = 0.05, and (3) there is an interaction between nahwu-shorof learning and reading ability on the yellow book learning outcomes at Madrasah Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara. This is proven by testing the research hypothesis with statistical results Fcount = 17.29 while the value of Ftable = 4.018 for dk (1.55) and the significance level = 0.05.
