This study aims to identify problems related to optimizing the management of parking fees on the edge of public roads carried out by the Department of Transportation of the City of Ternate, to map and describe and examine phenomena related to objects. The research method used in this research is descriptive exploratory with the characteristics of focusing on problem solving, then data is collected, compiled, explained and analyzed. The unit of analysis in this study is the stakeholders related to the management of parking fees and interviews with authorized officials. The results of this study prove that the Ternate City Transportation Service has not optimally implemented parking retribution management on the edge of public roads so that the target for local revenue originating from parking fees does not reach the target. Even the realization of revenue from parking fees on the side of public roads does not show an increasing trend every year but on the contrary is very volatile, this study also finds the cause of the low acceptance of parking fees on public roads because there are still many parking points which are potential revenues that have not been worked out optimally, limited resources and not supported by proper compensation. This study recommends that the Ternate City Transportation Service issue technical regulations for collecting parking fees on public roads including determining new parking points and the urgent need for electronification of parking retribution payments in stages as well as adding new parking attendants as well as building cooperation with other parties in the management of parking fees.

The existence of Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, directly or indirectly, is expected to suppress leakage and irregularities in the state's finances and economy. By anticipating these deviations as early and as much as possible, it is hoped that the wheels of the economy and development can be carried out properly. However, ironically, the more intensive efforts to eradicate corruption have not led to a decrease in the number of corruption crimes in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of criminal sanctions given to defendants of corruption. The research method is carried out by examining library materials or secondary data which includes primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The professionalism of the judge's decision is very decisive in providing a deterrent effect to the perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption so that, only with an effective judge's decision can corruption be stopped or at least reduced. Moreover, the law has very firmly given the threat of the heaviest punishment, namely the death penalty to anyone who commits a criminal act of corruption that is detrimental to state finances, now how judges can implement the existing law through decisions that fulfil a sense of justice.

The issue of corporate responsibility is still a matter of debate even though several laws outside the Criminal Code have listed corporations as the subject of criminal acts. This relates to the principle of error (geen starf zonder schuld), limits of ability to be responsible and forms of criminal responsibility. The research method used is a literature study research system where research is carried out by searching, reading, recording and analyzing findings in the field related to written sources such as books, journals, archives, articles or magazines that have a correlation with the problem being studied. In the socio-cultural field, corporate criminal acts are carried out in the form of actions that are detrimental to copyright holders, brands; not paying attention to the safety and health of workers/laborers; criminal acts that result in damaging education and the younger generation such as narcotics and psychotropic abuse and so on. In the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), there is no known criminal provision that stipulates an artificial legal subject (rechtpersoon) or corporation, as a subject that can be subject to a crime. This can be seen in the general provisions of the Criminal Code which state that Indonesian laws and regulations apply to everyone.

Indonesia has a Muslim majority population and has a fairly large sharia banking business. The existence of the Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI) creates competition between conventional bank managers to identify the strategy of the Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI). The purpose of this study is to see how trust mediates religiosity, profit and loss sharing on MSME financing intentions. SPSS analysis and Sobel test were used in this study to see the role of mediation with a sample of 3 84 SMEs. The results of the study of religiosity have an influence on the beliefs and intentions of SMEs. Profit sharing Profit and Loss has an effect on trust but has no effect on MSME's intention to finance at BSI and Trust has a mediating role. In an effort to increase the factors that influence MSME's intention to finance, BSI Managers must create MSME trust, which provides the possibility for people of the Muslim faith to become financing customers.
