Abstract

This study examined the impact of IFRS convergence on the structural model of Market Value of Equity. Determinants tested that affect to Market Value of Equity (MVE) are Earnings per Share (EPS), Equity per Share (EQPS), Price per Share (PPS). The researchers observed the difference of Market Value of Equity models through a comparison of regression analysis results and structural models before and after IFRS convergence. The method used is a survey method using secondary data spesifically of financial statements with quantitative analysis techniques in the sector of trade in goods and services listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The results show that the EPS has a significant influence on the MVE after the adoption of IFRS, whereas before the application of IFRS, EPS has no influence on MVE. In the contrary to these results, EQPS has an influence on MVE prior to the application of IFRS, whereas after the adoption of IFRS, EQPS has no influence on MVE. Furthermore, PPS has an influence on MVE both before and after the implementation of IFRS. However, EPS, EQPS and PPS simultaneously have positive impact to MVE, both before and after the implementation of IFRS. In terms of Goodness of Fit, the structural equation model before IFRS convergence is better than it is after IFRS convergence (based on AICtest, SIC test and Hannan-Quinn criter).

Abstract

When it comes to the learning process, it is not enough for the instructor to just transfer the material, or what is more frequently referred to as the transfer of knowledge. Because there are various components of learning that need to be assessed by teachers on their pupils, including cognitive aspects, emotional aspects, and psychomotor aspects. This is because learning encompasses all of these characteristics. Therefore, in order to realize learning goals with the best possible results, it is necessary for teachers to have an understanding of the peculiarities of each student. We are going to discover that individual variation is typically the result of the simultaneous interplay between hereditary factors and environmental impacts, which finally results in the production of a one-of-a-kind human person. Therefore, in order to be an effective educator, one must have the ability to comprehend the qualities and features of each unique pupil. In a certain manner or approach, and then directly implement it in the learning process, so that they are aware of the differences between their pupils and how to overcome them in ways that are simple for students to grasp or understand.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what counseling communication strategies are used by religious instructors in Gunung District, Aceh Singkil Regency to reduce divorce rates, as well as what follow-up steps they take to ensure the strategy has the desired effect. To conduct this qualitative study, the researcher interviewed a religious figure from Mount Meriah who he considered an expert in his field. Non-participant observations, interviews, and key documents were used to collect information about participants in the marriage counseling program, sakinah family, marriage counseling program, and other factors relevant to this research involved in the counseling process concurrently as priest and teacher. The consultation services provided are also still not effective due to the lack of people who are aware of the duties and functions of BP4 related to marriage consultation and fostering sakinah families. Researchers found that unmarried individuals who had previously been registered with the Office of Religious Affairs in Gunung Meriah Regency were the most likely to attend marriage counseling. Every bride-to-be is expected to feel more secure in their wedding plans after attending marriage counseling and receiving materials on topics such as: planning a wedding with a sakinah family; managing marriage and family dynamics; meet family needs; maintain family reproductive health; prepare the next generation for success; and managing conflict and building family resilience. Participants in the marriage mentoring program felt confident in their ability to continue their marriage, and the program also succeeded in meeting the needs of the bride and groom.

Abstract

This study reveals all stages of the communication strategy by facilitators in community assistance in the Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS). Because the number of uninhabitable houses in Indonesia is still quite a lot, especially the location of many residents' houses in the ring of fire route, this research was conducted with a qualitative approach to understand the facilitators in the BSPS Program. Researchers tried to obtain information by interviewing and describing the documentation and then analyzing the data obtained. In analyzing each stage of the communication strategy described above, the researcher uses Laswell's theory, namely looking at the communicator, message, media, communicant and impact aspects. The aim is to find out every detail of the aspect that affects the communication process carried out by the facilitator in the BSPS Program. In carrying out the socialization carried out by the facilitator to the community, especially the beneficiaries, was carried out following the stages of the program, with direct community involvement at each stage as one of the community empowerment activities. However, it had not been supported in terms of the media used by the facilitator, considering that the program audience was low-income and many people. The elderly. This is because the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing in the BSPS program does not yet have a comprehensive and integrated communication strategy.
