Abstract

Batik is making motifs on cloth with a coloring system using a wax barrier. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) notes batik as a cultural heritage. Batik is one of the traditional cultural characteristics of Indonesia. Batik work has become a traditional skill for some Indonesian people. Batik is currently produced by many craftsmen in several regions in Indonesia. There are several types of batik, one of which is the stamping technique, namely the technique of making batik motifs by stamping wax on the fabric. The stamp technique aims to produce batik motifs automatically bulk. With a tool in the form of a batik stamp, you can speed up the batik production process. Batik stamp tools generally use tools made of copper metal. This material in the procurement process is relatively expensive. This paper aims to improve the efficiency of batik products by applying quilling paper stamp batik as an alternative tool that is cheap and easy to make to assist the batik production process. Quilling paper stamp batik can provide benefits for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the batik production process. Because batik cap made of copper requires relatively complicated materials and the manufacturing process. In this paper, qualitative methods are used by exploring batik motifs and batik paper stamp quilling tools in one pattern unit, namely applying batik stamp quilling paper tools. Quilling paper stamp batik can be a new alternative as a tool in batik production. Quilling paper batik stamp has the advantage of being more economical and efficient. Production and diversification of batik motifs are more varied. It is hoped that the batik industry will experience an increase in the production of fitas and the economy of the batik industry in Indonesia is increasing.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the study of the choreography creation of Zapin Adab and Budi, starting with the kinesthetic stimulus popularized by Jacqueline Smit. The traditional silat and Zapin of the Malay people of East Sumatra were used as a source of movement development in producing the new choreography by Zapin Adab and Budi. The method used in this study is qualitative by conducting field observations in obtaining data, interviews, documentation, and literature studies related to Silat and Zapin traditions of the Malay community of East Sumatra. The silat movements that are used as a source of development are the praying, stabbing, elbowing and kicking motifs. While the traditional zapin motifs that are used as a source of movement development are the Opener or Worship motifs, Greetings, Alif, Drag, and Broken. Movement development is carried out based on development studies by emphasizing the elements of motion, namely energy, space, and time. After experiencing the development process, movements with new forms and new styles were born, which were different from the original motifs. Meanwhile, of the three elements of motion, namely energy, space, and time, only the spatial element is the most dominant in producing new motifs, different in shape and character from the original motif. While the elements of energy and time are to provide reinforcement in forming the space for movement and the rhythm of movement naturally. From the results of the creation, it can be concluded that kinesthetic stimulation in the creation of dance can give birth to motion with new and unique forms through the development of elements of motion, energy, space, and movement.

Abstract

Technological developments affect fraud detection. Perpetrators hide traces of crime using activities in digital form. Digital forensic skills have become a new necessity. However, the readiness of resources in the field of digital forensics is still very lacking. The number of digital forensic certified auditors is very limited. Digital forensic software and tools require a relatively large allocation of costs. Previous research examined the dimensions of digital forensic support and moral development on fraud detection abilities. This study adds a task complexity dimension to fraud detection ability. This study aims to examine the effect of auditor competence, task complexity and digital forensic support on fraud detection capabilities. Sampling using the purposive sample method with BPK auditor respondents. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and for path causality analysis using Path Analysis. The results of the study reveal that the auditor's competence variable and digital forensic digital support have a positive effect on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. While the complexity of the task does not affect the ability of the auditor to detect fraud.
