Abstract

PT Sun Rise Mill is a company that is part of the SUNRISE GROUP domiciled in the Mojekerto area. PT Sun Rise Mill is a manufacturing company that has been established since 2018 which is engaged in the production of hot rolled pickle oil or HRPO rolled steel. PT Sun Rise Mill in every production there are still problems regarding defects that occur such as Under Pickle, Bad Trim, Protuding and Wavy Edge which affect the quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the presentation of the most dominant defects, the factors causing the defects, and the effects they caused, as well as to propose the appropriate improvements to improve the quality of hot rolled pickle oil rolled steel products. The methods used are Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). SQC tools are check sheets, stratification, histograms, paretto diagrams, scatter diagrams, control charts, and cause and effect diagrams. Meanwhile, FMEA is used as a proposal to improve the results of the cause-and-effect diagram. Based on the results of research on SQC, the most dominant defects were Under Pickle (50.86%), after that Bad Trim (22.63%), Wavy Edge (18.76%), and Wavy Edge (7.73%). Based on the results of analysis and calculations on FMEA, it is known that the problem causing disability with the highest RPN value of 294 is the human factor with the cause of the operator being less careful in the washing steps when mixing HCL is not appropriate. Recommendations for improvements that can be made are by conducting periodic monitoring when mixing HCL.

Abstract

Business competition is inevitable when a person or group of people decides to carry out business activities, including banking business. With the formation of Himbara (Association of State-Owned Banks) as an association of banking business actors consisting of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), State Savings Bank (BTN), and Bank Mandiri can be a threat to banking business actors and customers banking. This can happen when the association has entered into a pricing agreement, payment period agreement, cost compliance, honor/wage agreement; tan profit agreement, business strategy agreement and regional, consumer, or production division agreement which if such a thing is achieved, it will be possible to practice kartel which is anti-competition in nature.  In this study, it will raise the issue of Himbara's p eran in the Indonesian economy as a form of SOE Synergy and analyze the activities of himbara cooperation in terms of the Law of Perrivals Indonesian business.   The cooperation carried out by Himbara needs to be monitored even more closely by the KPPU as an Independent Institution independent of the influence and power of the government and other parties to avoid unfair business competition in the banking world.  The public is also given an open space to make complaints to the KPPU if indeed the activities carried out by Himbara are indicated to be detrimental to customers (service users banking).

Abstract

Water is a very vital natural resource and is needed to determine the sustainability of the life of all living things on this earth. Along with the increase in human population, clean water is increasingly becoming a scarce resource and there is no substitute. This is the main problem faced related to the availability of clean water. The gap between demand and supply of clean water infrastructure is not easy to fulfill, making it a very heavy burden for the government to overcome. Public goods provided by government agencies using the state revenue and expenditure budget and/or regional revenue and expenditure budgets are intended to support the programs and tasks of the agency. As a product of public goods, it needs to be distributed in a younger way to the public. In relation to the concept of justice, the word justice can be interpreted as follows: The quality to be righteous; honest (honesty) Not taking sides (impartiality); fair representation of the facts. The quality of being right Retribution as revenge (vindictive); reward (reward) or punishment (punishment) according to achievements or mistakes. The research method used is a normative juridical approach, namely legal research that uses secondary legal sources, carried out by emphasizing and adhering to the juridical aspects. This type of research used a descriptive approach. As part of public goods whose availability for all Indonesians is guaranteed by the state, the government needs to intervene in order to avoid open and direct competition for these types of goods. The clean water supply policy must have a long vision that is integrated in water supply and management. The efforts that can be done are to improve the performance of PDAM as a regional company that is responsible for providing clean water services in urban areas and increase the PAMSIMAS program in providing clean water services in rural areas.

Tambaruni market is a traditional market that has been used by the people of Fakfak district after the damage and fire of the Tambaruni market resulted in the weakening of the economic system in Fakfak district which was quite long from 2020 to 2022, this had an impact on the people's economy. The results of the study show thatThe test results obtained a t-count value of 0.879. In this study, hypothesis testing was carried out with a one-sided test because the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was a directed hypothesis. The value of the t-table on the degrees of freedom (dk) = 46 on the one-sided test, was obtained at 1.680. Based on the t-count value of 0.879 < t-table of 1.680, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected so that it is concluded that trading experience has no effect on the income of convection traders. Conclusion Trading capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of convection traders. Because capital is a very important factor for convection traders, the more capital used, the more diverse the merchandise and the more income will be obtained.

Abstract

Implementation of the Code Blue System in the Hospital Inpatient Room. Mitra Medika Bandar Klippa is still being found. Constraints that occur are related to human resources (HR), facilities, response time, and Standard Operating Procedures (SPO). This study aims to determine the factors related to the implementation of the Code Blue System in the Hospital Inpatient Room. Mitra Medika Bandar Klippa. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The population in this study was the entire Code Blue team in the Hospital Inpatient Room. Mitra Medika Bandar Klippa and a sample of 9 people. Collecting data with primary and secondary data and analyzed by three interrelated sub-processes, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that Human Resources (HR), facilities, response time, and Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) were related to the implementation of the Code Blue System at Mitra Medika Hospital Bandar Klippa. The response time factor that is not always on time is due to the distance of the room being too far and the busyness in the ER/ICU at the same time as the code blue activation incident.
