Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss household waste management in Buluh Cina Tourism Village Area Public Health Center Pangkalan Baru District, Kampar Regency, 2022. This research uses qualitative research with phenomenology design. This research is conducted from June to July 2022. The main informants in this study are the Head of the Buluh Cina Village, Village Cadres, and the Buluh Cina Village Community. The key informant in this research is the Acting (Pj.) of the Environmental Health Program, the Technical Implementation Unit of the Pangkalan Baru Public Health Center. Supporting informants in this study are the Head of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Pangkalan Baru Public Health Center, the Environmental Service and the Tourism Office. The data is processed using the triangulation method and analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, categorization, and data verification. Based on the results of the study, household waste management in Buluh Cina Tourism Village Area Public Health Center Pangkalan Baru District, Kampar Regency, 2022 is not optimal. Therefore, there is a need for support from the Government of the Environment Service, the Tourism Office and the Regional Government in fostering environmental health in Buluh Cina Tourism Village Area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction, as well as the impact of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior and the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable on the impact of organizational citizenship behavior on PT. Jasamarga Ngawi Kertasono employees. This study employed a cross-sectional study approach and a quantitative descriptive research design. There were 63 permanent employees used as samples in this study, out of a total of 123 permanent and contract employees at PT Jasamarga Ngawi Kertasono. With the help of SmartPLS 2.0 software, the data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that organizational justice has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, as well as a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the findings suggest that, via job satisfaction variables, organizational justice has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the quality of financial reports in Baznas throughout North Sumatra. This is related to the large number of Regency/City Baznas in North Sumatra that provide financial reports only on revenues and expenses. This study uses a quantitative method using SmartPLS 3.0. The research sample is all BAZNAS in North Sumatra registered in the 2019 National Zakat Index, which amounts to 12 Regency/City Baznas. The sample of this study were 52 people. From the initial data processing, it is known that the loading factor in this study is not below 0.7. The results of the study using boostraping are known that Human Resource Competence has an effect on the quality of financial reports with t table greater than  t count 2.106 > 1.76, Computer Technology has no effect on the quality of financial reports because t table is smaller than  t arithmetic 0.501 < 1.67, the application of PSAK 109 has no effect on the quality of financial statements because t table is smaller than  t count 0.679 < 1.67.

Abstract

Men have started to realize the importance of facial care. As a result, various male-only skin care products and services are increasing being distributed and demanded by the general public. Ms Glow ranks first in sales in May 2021 with the sales of MS Glow facial treatment category reaching 74.82 billion Rupiah. In mid-2021, MS Glow for Men announced that Marshel Widyanto became their brand ambassador. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how much influence Marshel Widyanto as a Brand Ambassador has on the MS Glow Brand Image in Indonesia. This study uses the independent variable, namely Brand Ambassador with sub-variables Visibility, Credibility, Attraction, and Power. The dependent variable is Brand Image with Strength, Favorable, and Uniqueness sub-variables. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive research type. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling, with simple random sampling technique, and the analysis technique uses normality test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using T test. Based on the results of the study, Brand Ambassador Marshel Widyanto has an influence on the Brand Image of MS Glow by 86.1%, and the remaining 13.9% is influenced by other factors which are not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss about analysis of resources in achieving the healthy family index at the Selatbaru Public Health Center, Bengkalis Regency in 2021. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The research informants are 12 people consisting of 1 key informant, namely the Head of the Public Health Center, 8 main informants, namely the Manager of the Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach, Manager of the Maternal and Child Health Program, Manager of the Nutrition Program, Manager of the Tuberculosis Program, and Program Manager of Non-Communicable Diseases, Mental Program Manager, Environmental Health Program Manager, Health Promotion Program Manager, and 3 supporting informants namely the Health Service Section of Primary Health Services, District Secretary, and Village Head. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, and document review. The data analysis technique used content analysis. The results show that cross-sectoral integration in supporting achieving the healthy family index at the Selatbaru Public Health Center, Bengkalis Regency in 2021 is still not optimal and needs to be improved.

Abstract

BPJS is an agency that administers the National Health Insurance (JKN). BPJS Health developed a BPJS Primary Care (P-Care) that is accessed using the internet that integrates data into the BPJS server covering the patient registration process, diagnosis, therapy to laboratory services. So that it can make it easier for the medical team to provide treatment. The application of the Pcare BPJS information system in Mukomuko Regency has been used since 2015 and is always experiencing system development and updates. This information system cannot be used for the public, meaning that it is used only by health facilities that have officially registered with the BPJS who have been given access rights and passwords to access them. This study aims to analyze operator acceptance of the BPJS P-Care information system at the Mukomuko District Health Center using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method which consists of 5 variables, namely Perceived Ease of Use (perceived ease of use), Perceived Usefulness (perceived usefulness), Attitude Towards use (attitude towards use), Behavior Intention to Use (interest in usage behavior) and Actual Usage (actual use). The results of this study are the identification of the acceptance of 16 puskesmas operators in Mukomuko Regency to the BPJS Health P-Care information system which will later become input for the BPJS in improving the system they have created.

Abstract

The Kartini Muda activity in literature is a poetry reading activity held by Hima PBSI FKIP Muria Kudus University which was attended by seventeen high school students in Pati Residency, Central Java Province. The background of this research is that there are many literary activities or poetry reading competitions held by institutions or communities in the community, but not many analyze and describe the poetry skills of the participants in detail. Even though the analysis and description are important to be known by participants, the community, teachers, and also students because they can be used as references for poetry reading assessments. The purpose of this study is to describe poetry reading skills in young Kartini videos with literature. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used are poetry reading videos sent by participants. The results showed that reading poetry in the Kartini Muda Bersastra activity in terms of appreciation, expression, pronunciation, intonation, and appearance were very good, good, adequate, and lacking; while for the appearance of all students have shown a pretty good poetry reading.

Abstract

The competition in the education business in Samarinda is getting more intense day by day, this is indicated by the increasing number of private schools in Samarinda, so the right strategy is needed to win the competition. Many factors can affect business success in the service sector, one of which is crucial is the service quality factor. SD Al Azhar Syifa Budi Samarinda wants to measure the satisfaction of the guardians of the students with the services they have provided, so that they have information on what service factors are still considered unfavorable by the parents, and based on that information they will be able to develop strategies for improving the services that are expected will be able to increase student satisfaction. The survey was conducted on the parents of Al Azhar Elementary School Syifa Budi Samarinda, involving 125 respondents where the survey was conducted online, from 227 parents who received the online questionnaire link, there were 125 people who wanted to participate. The data collected were analyzed by means ofimportance-performance analysis (IPA). The results of data analysis showed that the level of satisfaction of the guardians of students was 84.05%, and from science it was known that there were several factors that urgently needed improvement, namely the teacher understood each student individually (E1) on the Empathy dimension, Learning was running according to the school curriculum (RL2), School have a good reputation (RL3), and the academic department is always ready and disciplined in providing services (RL4) on the Reliable dimension, Teachers and the academic department are quick to respond to student guardian complaints (RS3) on the Responsiveness dimension, Students have excellent academic and non-academic abilities good (TQ1), students have a disciplined attitude both at school and at home (TQ2), and students have good communication skills (TQ5) on the Transformative Quality variable

Abstract

The quality of health services is essential in health service organizations in increasing public awareness about health and health services, encouraging every organization to be quality conscious in providing services to service users of health service organizations, Total Quality Management (TQM) is a customer-oriented approach that introduces changes in management that systematic and continuous improvement, which is suitable to meet the quality needs of customers, which is simply a quality product or service if it can satisfy its customers. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) for BPJS inpatients at Royal Prima Hospital Medan. The sample in this study were 133 nurses, data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis.with the level of relationship with the category enough,Respondents' assessment was based on the teamwork variable, the majority of respondents answered satisfactorily, the results showed that there was a relationship between the teamwork variable and the satisfaction of BPJS inpatients at Royal Prima Hospital Medan with a relationship level with a strong category,Respondents' assessment was based on the variable of periodic system improvement, the majority of respondents answered satisfactorily, the results showed that there was a relationship between the variable of irregular system improvement on the satisfaction of BPJS inpatients at Royal Prima Hospital Medan with a relationship level with a strong category.

Abstract

This research aims to understand whether social media marketing, online advertising and brand awareness as a mediator are positively related to purchase decision through Shopee. The target population are customers who lived in Jakarta and use Shopee. The data was collected using questionnaire sampling method. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling approach of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that not all hypothesis were positively related to purchase decision. In addition, online advertising and brand awareness are positively related to purchase decision, while social media marketing is not
