Abstract

Electronic wallets exist because of the fast-paced changes in people's lifestyles. However, some users are still worried about the big consequences, for example the reliability and security of the e-wallet. DANA is an e-wallet with >100 million users throughout Indonesia. With so many users, there is a need for an adequate security system. The operation of the technology should not require much effort. However, there are reviews that the DANA e-wallet still finds difficulties and there is a gap (gap) between perceived benefits, ease of use and perceived risk. The risk of using an e-wallet can affect the user experience and become a barrier to continued use. This study aims to see the existence of "The Influence of Perceived Benefits, Perceived Ease of Use and Perception of Risk on Continuance Intention in DANA e-Wallet in Bandung City ''. The methodology in the research carried out by the researcher is quantitative using a causal descriptive approach, multiple linear regression analysis is used as a technique that is tested through SPSS 25 software. The number of samples used by the researcher is 190 people. The results of the research show that the variables of perceived benefit, perceived ease of use and perceived risk have a positive and significant effect on the variable continuity intention either partially or simultaneously. The influence of the independent variable is 30.2% and the other (100%-30.2%) = 69.8% is the influence of other variables outside of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the RMS (Reading, Mind Mapping, and Sharing) model on students' higher order thinking skills. This type of research is a quasi experimental. The population in this study were students of class XI MIA program at SMA Negeri 1 Sigli, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Class XI MIA 2 as the experimental class and class XI MIA 3 as the control class, this research was conducted with the material temperature and heat. The instrument given to measure students' higher-order thinking skills was tested in the form of an essay totaling 8 questions. The independent t-test was used to determine the difference in students' higher-order thinking skills between using the RMS (Reading, Mind Mapping, and Sharing) model with the conventional model. From the results of the research analysis, it is stated that there are differences in higher order thinking skills between students who are treated using the RMS (Reading, Mind Mapping, and Sharing) model and students who are not given treatment or use conventional models. This is evident from the obtained sig value of 0.000, which means the sig value <0.05, it can be concluded that learning Physics using the RMS (Reading, Mind Mapping, and Sharing) model is quite effective on students' higher-order thinking skills. The effectiveness of the RMS model can also be seen in the effect size test which obtains a value of 2.07 which is included in the high category. It can be interpreted that the RMS (Reading, Mind Mapping, and Sharing) model has a high enough effect on the high-level thinking skills of class XI students of the MIA program at SMA Negeri 1 Sigli in the field of physics subjects.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) obtain a valid mathematics learning tools model cooperative script with realistic mathematics approaches to improve mathematics communication skills; (2) a practical mathematics learning tools model cooperative script with realistic mathematics approaches to improve mathematics communication skills; (3) test the effectiveness of mathematics learning tools model cooperative script with realistic mathematics approaches to improve mathematics communication skills; The research consisted of two stages. The first stage is developing a learning device. The second stage is the implementation of learning using the learning device. The development of learning tolls in this study adapting development model proposed by Thiaragajan, Semmel, & Semmel includes define, design, develop, and disseminate. Disseminate not implemented in this study. The average value of the validation by the experts that developed the device is good. Individual mastery test results showed t calculate  7.3420296 > t table so it can exceed Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning. Average test results the classical completeness showed z calculate  2,4495 is outside the reception area of H₀. So, it can be concluded mathematics learning model of cooperative script with realistic mathematical approaches to effectively help student achieve complete Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning. The result test difference in average value of mathematical communication ability test showed t calculate  6.277818 > t table. This means that the average student mathematical communication ability test experimental class is better than the average test communication ability mathematical student control class. Being two different test results show the proportion of z calculate  2.30551 is outside the reception area H₀. So it can be concluded that the number of students with communication skills math test scores reached the limit of Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning in the experimental class more than the number of students who reach the limit value Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning completed in experimental class. Data were analyzed by SPSS 17 resulted in the regression equation Y ̂ = 51.652 + 6.019X₁ + 5.562X₂, It means each additional character variable independence (X₁) of the unit will add to the value of mathematical ability test (Y ̂) of 6.019. Average each additional variable of mathematical communication skills (X₂) of the unit will occur the value addition of mathematical communication ability test (Y ̂) of 5.561.

Abstract

Onamazu Farm is a company engaged in catfish farming. The product sold by Onamazu Farm is consumption catfish with a size of 110-120gr/head or the equivalent of 7-8 fish per Kg. Onamazu Farm was established in 2018, until now Onamazu Farm can produce around 1,000 Kg of catfish in each period. From the demand data for the past 3 years, a problem was found where the company was unable to meet market demand. From the fishbone analysis, it is known that the main problem lies in the poor facilities and limited land owned. So that the opening of the Onamazu Farm branch by reviewing market, technical and financial aspects is considered to be able to solve the problems being faced. This research uses linear trend forecasting method, single exponential smoothing and moving average. The method with the smallest MSE will be chosen to obtain market aspect data. Furthermore, the straight-line depreciation method is used to obtain the depreciation value on the technical aspects. In the financial aspect, several methods are used such as internal rate of return (IRR), net present value (NPV), and payback period (BPB) to determine whether the business design is feasible or not.

Abstract

There are three (3) backgrounds making this research urgent, namely first the complexity of character education challenges in the society 5.0 era. Second, in the Society 5.0 era, a strategic character education strategy is essential. Third, good character distribution in the education system is able to become a character education strategy in the society 5.0 era. This research is library research aiming to analyze descriptive research. The research finding shows that character education in the education system in the society 5.0 era is a conscious and planned effort to make humans have morals and ethics in personal, social, and national life. Character education implementation in the education system must consider good character component distribution. Good character components are generally classified into three (3) aspects, namely knowledge of character (moral knowing), habits of character (moral feeling), and character-driven action (moral action). Good character values have become urgent to be developed in the society 5.0 era, referring to good character values in the distribution era. The good character values formula, totaling eighteen (18) character values as contained in the National Education System Law Number 20 of 2003, can certainly become the main reference for developing good character values. In general, there are two (2) models of good character distribution in the education system in the society 5.0 era, namely the substantive and reflective models. The term assessment is synonymous with the term evaluation, which includes activities such as gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data about students' processes and learning outcomes that are carried out systematically and continuously to serve as meaningful information data, which is then followed up on.
