The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia has caused major changes in the legal world. The enactment of social distancing/physical distancing rules and Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) ultimately forced the Supreme Court to make a legal breakthrough by issuing PERMA No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Administration and Trial of Criminal Cases in Courts Electronically, the purpose of which is to fill the legal vacuum in the Criminal Procedure Code and guarantee the right of the accused to immediately obtain legal certainty for the crime he is accused of through trial without undue delay, with fair treatment. and impartiality (fair trial) , which is a guarantee for the protection of the rights of everyone in the judicial process. PERMA No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Administration and Trial of Criminal Cases in Courts Electronically guarantees a fair and impartial electronic trial that meets the principles of justice and legal certainty, by clearly stipulating the rights of defendants in electronic criminal case trials, namely the right to obtain legal assistance, the right to defend, the right to be tried in a court session which is open to the public, and the right to immediately receive an examination in court for legal certainty. Then to fill the legal vacuum in the Criminal Procedure Code, and in the future, electronic criminal case trials must be strictly regulated to become the new norm in the revision of the Criminal Procedure Code.

This study aims to determine the condition of the river Kundur with a view the community structure of macrozoobenthos which include: species composition, abundance, diversity, uniformity and dominance as well as the physical and chemical parameters of water as a paremeter supporters. Based on the results of observations, macrozoobenthos were found during the study in the river Kundur consists of 3 phylum, 4 classes, 17 family with 11 species. The composition of the class of macrozoobenthos in the whole of the observation station consists of a Gastropod (37%), Insecta (23%), Malacostraca (20%), Polychaeta (10%) dan Malacostraca (20%). The value of an abundance ranged from 325,7 - 3309,6 ind/m3. With the value of the total abundance at Station I which is equal to 3690,1 ind/m3, Station II 3723,1 ind/m3, Station III 3692,3 ind/m3 can be categorized diversity are light polluted with the value of the index of uniformity (E) that describes the spread of the individual tends to be uniform or relatively the same. Abstract

This Study aims to find out science concepts according Syed Hussein Nasr. The methodology of science in Islam is based on an epistemology that is fundamentally different from the epistemology that is dominant in modern Western science. For him, faith in the revelation of the Qur'an will reveal all the possibilities that exist in human reason. Submission to revelation, at every level makes sense capable of actualizing these possibilities. The development of Muslim reason is based on a complete awareness of this principle. In this perspective, in solving philosophical and scientific problems. Hence, it is understandable why purification of the soul is seen as an integral part of the methodology of knowledge. The purification of the soul is the main concern, for the protection and proper use of human reason. The religious and spiritual atmosphere created from the Koran at the same time removes obstacles to the development of a normal and optimal mind in the right way. Intellect here, is used in the sense of origin, intellectus (Latin) or nous (Greek).

This study uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method and the assistance of Super Decision software. ANP is carried out in three stages, namely: first, in-depth interviews with Islamic banking experts and practitioners to identify the factors that influence the minimum amount of musyarakah mutanaqisah. Second, the results of the first step are used to create an ANP framework and a questionnaire addressed to Islamic banking experts and practitioners; and third, ANP analysis to determine the best priorities, solutions and strategies for implementing Musyarakah mutanaqisah financing in Islamic banking. The results showed that: (1) The constraints faced by Islamic banking in implementing Musyarakah Mutanaqisah financing for Islamic banking KPRS financing can be divided into two, namely internal and external problems. Internal problems stem from internal banking, banking human resources, and musyarakah mutanaqisah financing products. External problems originate from customers, authorities, and Islamic banks. The most priority problem faced is internal problems, namely human resources (HR) associated with low knowledge and skills about the MMQ contract. Meanwhile, the most dominant external problem is Islamic banking with a lack of insight into the MMQ contract. (2) The solutions given in determining the financing strategy for the musyarakah mutanaqisah are divided into two, namely internal and external solutions. The most priority solution comes from internal solutions, namely product solutions in the form of Islamic banking that must vary the contract, especially for the MMQ contract; and (3) The alternative with the most priority in determining the financing implementation strategy with the musyarakah mutanaqisah contract in Islamic banking is the Socialization and Education Program, followed by Contract Optimization, Portfolio Development, Image Strengthening, MMQ Segmentation Mapping, and MMQ financing market segmentation.

The objective of this study is to examine the financial performance's impact. Sukuk Ratings in the Islamic financial industry, namely Islamic Commercial Banks, as a sample based on purposive sampling with particular criteria for credit risk, return on assets (ROA), and firm size. The data in this study is derived from secondary sources and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. According to the findings of this study, the ROA variable has a substantial influence on the Sukuk rating. By contrast, the factors Current Ratio and Firm Size have no discernible effect on the Sukuk rating. This is demonstrated by the t-test, which indicates that the ROA variable has a significant value, but the Current Ratio and Firm Size variables do not.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are many industrial wood processing factories that have a lot of waste or sawdust that has not been utilized. One solution to the utilization of sawdust waste is to use it as a construction material. Wood sawdust is waste obtained from the results of wood craftsmen who use machines or manually. Utilization of wood waste is now used as material for making cabinets and gardening. One solution to the utilization of sawdust waste is to use it as a construction building material. Food industry waste can cause problems in handling because it contains carbohydrates, proteins, fats, mineral salts and also chemical residues used in processing and cleaning. Waste that is increasing and piling up will smell and become a source of microbial development which in the end will also cause various kinds of diseases, so that food industry waste needs good handling. Coffee grounds are also food industry waste produced from processing coffee beans. As with other food industry waste, coffee grounds waste has the potential to be used as a substitute material for cement.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is a contagious and airborne disease. Over the decades, psychiatric morbidity in patients with MDR-TB has become increasingly recognized. Resistant tuberculosis is currently a serious health problem worldwide. This chronic disease takes a long time and causes various side effects, often causing symptoms of depression and anxiety in patients with Multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) and pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). However, there are still relatively few who focus on psychiatric disorders in patients with MDR-TB. To find out the total score differences of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale - Depression (HADS-D) in patients with Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) based on gender. This study is an Unpaired Two Group Numerical Comparative Analytical study with a cross-sectional approach, namely by describing and analyzing a situation at a certain time using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale - Depression (HADS-D) instrument. The results of the analysis with the Pearson test obtained a p-value <0.001 (p <0.05). There is a difference in the total score of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale - Depression (HADS-D) in patients with Multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) based on gender at the H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan.
