Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest, independence and learning resources of students' learning achievement in mathematics. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study were all students of class VII MTS Ar-Ridha Tanjung Mulia. The sample of this study uses a saturated sample, the saturated sample method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as the sample. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire with written techniques. The results of data analysis on the influence of interest in multiple regression, namely through the t test, the amount of 0.014 <0.05, it is known that the t count is 3.2k10. The result of independence thus, it is known that the value is 0067> 0.05 t count 1.927 <t table 2.07387. The coefficient of determination to determine the R square of independence (X2).

Abstract

Acquiring Basic Knowledge Multiplication is one stage of skill trainings. The activities associated with skill development are designed to acclimate students to thinking quickly and precisely about facts, concepts, formulas, and problem-solving techniques. One technique for skill coaching is to employ the Mathematical of Fingering System. These writings are a type of library research in which the author discusses the importance of basic multiplication in the education of Islamic elementary school teachers. Correspondingly, the researchers examine how the concept of the basic multiplication knowledge acquiring based on mathematical of fingering system, and the application of the education of Islamic elementary school teachers are incorporated into the basic multiplication knowledge acquiring based on mathematical of fingering system.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 or better known as COVID-19, has hit all countries in the world. It can be said that this pandemic is a human tragedy since a lot of people suffer and are seriously ill. The global economy and social institutions are struggling, which adds to totalitarian and oppressive regimes in many nations. In the household sector, COVID-19 has caused vulnerability to family resilience, where the pandemic of a family head has lost his job and income, which impacts the family economy. This will cause various further impacts, such as disharmony, leading to Domestic Violence (KDRT). Therefore, the government needs to make a policy breakthrough in dealing with Domestic Violence (KDRT). Therefore this study aims to discuss government policies, especially local governments, in handling domestic violence due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to provide an overview of the object studied. The results showed that domestic violence increased along with the development of the COVID-19 pandemic. Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the elimination of domestic violence is not capable of being the only way to deal with these acts of domestic violence. This is due to the implementation that is not running optimally because several regions have high patriarchal culture and have regional policies that contradict the law. This research also encourages local governments to make a policy that involves third parties such as NGOs and organizations dealing with discrimination against women and children. This policy can be more pro-domestic violence victims while being monitored with protocols that apply during the COVID -19 pandemic of this.

Abstract

This study aims to test and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), Balancing Funds, and Regional Expenditures on Regional Financial Independence in Central Java Province in 2014-2018. The number of observations in this study were 35 cities/districts in the province of Central Java. The data used is the visualization of APBD data, namely the realization of PAD, Balancing Funds, and Regency / City Regional Expenditures in Central Java Province from 2014-2018. The data is sourced from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance of Indonesia. Testing is done by analyzing panel data. The results of the panel data regression model on the Hausman Test show that the probability of a random cross-section in the Hausman test is 0.0000 <0.05, then H0 is accepted and the model selected in the Hausman test is Fixed Effect. Fixed Effect ResultsThe model shows that statistically the probability value (F-statistic) is 0.0000, meaning that the value is < from the alpha value of 0.05 and it can be said that the FEM regression model simultaneously independent variables (PAD, Balancing Fund, and Regional Expenditure) have a significant on the dependent variable (Regional Financial Independence). The R-squared value of 0.9874 indicates that the independent variables of PAD, Balancing Fund, and Regional Expenditure together are able to influence Independence by 98.74 percent and the remaining 1.26 percent is influenced by other variables not included in this research model
