Abstract

Research has problems such as the ever-increasing number of unemployed, as well as the inflation rate. Therefore, the aim of this research is to (1) find out the picture of economic growth, inflation and unemployment in the city of Tangerang. (2) determine  of  the effect of the minimum wage on unemployment .3) determine effect of education level on unemployment. (4) knowing the effect of understanding digital literacy on unemployment. Survey method with quantitative descriptive analysis. Sampling used simple random sampling technique with a Guttman, Nominal, and Likert scale measuring instrument and an error rate of 5%. The sample in this study is the community in the Karang Tengah District, Tangerang City. The results is the minimum wage has a positive on unemployment, education level has a negative but significant effect on unemployment, and understanding of digital literacy has no and insignificant effect on unemployment. The novelty is namely using primary data such as a questionnaire besides using secondary data that comes from BPS

Abstract

In the current era, the Internet and marketing in a business have become the backbone of the world economy; the Internet has proven to be an effective marketing tool for many different sectors. The decline in unwilling and inactive customers in 2021, namely 17,282, which is 18.54%, proves that telemarketing needs to be improved. This study aims to identify the effect of marketing through telemarketing at PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta on customers to improve services amid consumer needs. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques by interview. The results of this study indicate that the proposed "LINNECT" program at PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta can improve marketing services by presenting product information on one website. This program utilizes the theory of persuasion, the concept of consumer purchasing decisions, to influence behavior. Telkom hopes this program can increase customer satisfaction and achieve target points with attractive rewards. The practical implication is the positive contribution to the Company and customer relationship and the proposed program to improve service quality and sales.

Abstract

The development of learning media is carried out as an effort to solve student learning problems, this learning media can be used as an alternative to reduce problems in learning. This study aims to produce products in class XI economics subjects and determine the quality of the validity and practicality of the products developed so that they are suitable for use. This type of research is development research known as Research and Development (R&D), using a 4-D development model. Development of learning video media using the Inshot application on economics subjects in SMA UNP Laboratory development. This development is carried out in accordance with the development procedure that produces learning media in the form of videos. This product has gone through the validation stage, the result of media carried out by media experts are categorized as “valid”. While the validation results form two material experts, namely the final validation results from material experts were categorized as “very valid”. Furthermore, the results of the practicality test conducted by 26 students and one of the subject teacher were obtained in the “very practical’ category practicality and the results of the “very practical” teacher practicality test results.

Abstract

The fashion industry is experiencing rapid development and innovation. This thrives thanks to the creative contributions of Indonesia's diverse young generation, shaping the country's fashion landscape trends in 2023.  The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of brand trust, brand love, self-esteem, and susceptibility to normative influences on brand loyalty in the fashion industry among Generation Y & Z.  Purposive sampling was the method used for sampling in this study by distributing questionnaires electronically and obtaining 150 respondents for the main research. Researchers added the Brand Trust variable as a novelty. Social Identity Theory is used in this research as a grand theory. This research was analyzed with IBM SPSS 29 and using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on AMOS 24 software.  The study's findings indicate that brand trust significantly influences brand loyalty which is mediated by brand love. Brand love positive and significantly influences self-esteem. Meanwhile, self-esteem has insignificant effect on brand loyalty. The implication of this research is a contribution to fashion industry decision-makers regarding consumer behavior in Generation Y & Z.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of bank health level ratios on profit growth of state-owned banks listed on the IDX between 2008 and 2021. This study employs a quantitative approach to examine samples and populations through data analysis using panel data analysis and the statistical software Eviews version 12. Four State-Owned Commercial Banks used as research samples in this study. The results of this research is (1) the independent variables of banking health (NPL, LDR, GCG, ROA, and CAR) have no effect on the dependent variable of profit growth of state-owned bank companies for the 2008-2021 period, (2) the Non Performing Loan (NPL) variable has no effect on profit growth at state-owned banks for the 2008-2021 period, (3) the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variable, has no effect on profit growth at BUMN banks for the 2008-2021 period, (4) the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable has no effect on profit growth at BUMN banks for the 2008-2021 period, (5) the Return On Assets (ROA) variable has no effect on profit growth at BUMN banks for the 2008-2021 period, (6) the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) variable has no effect on profit growth at BUMN banks for the 2008-2021 period.

Abstract

This study's goal is to determine how students in Padang State University's Faculty of Languages and Arts Visual Communication Design Study Program perceive the impact of creativity and family history on their aspirations to pursue entrepreneurship. This study uses a quantitative method to investigate causal relationships. 560 students from the 2019–2022 class made up the study's population.   Both primary and secondary sources of information were employed. An 85-person sample is subjected to a sampling method known as proportionate random sampling. Using the SPSS V.21 software,  The method used for analysis is multiple linear regression analysis.  To assess the research hypothesis, data were gathered using t statistical tests at a=0.05, normality testing, F tests, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and validity tests at reliability tests.  The study's conclusions show that: 1) inventiveness significantly influences the desire to start a business. 2) Ambition for entrepreneurship is influenced by family background 3) The desire to start one's own business is greatly influenced by one's ingenuity and family background.

Abstract

This research objectives to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and perceived reputation on the initial trust of lenders on P2P lending platforms. The population under study consists of all Generation Z individuals residing in the city of Malang who have previously invested in P2P lending platforms. A sample of 180 respondents was selected through purposive sampling, with criteria including residency in Malang, aged between 17-26 years old, and having previous or current investment experience in P2P lending platforms. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The findings of the research reveal that perceived ease of use, perceived security, and perceived reputation significantly influence initial trust.

Abstract

This research objectives to determine the influence of negative ewom on brand image and brand trust and its impact on  interest ini buying Lion Air airline tickets. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Sampling in this research used a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires as a data collectiom method. The samples researched in this study were 120 respondents who used airline. Based on the  results of research testing, it shows that: 1) Negative ewom has a negative effect on the brand image of Lion Air airline 2) Negative ewom has a negative effect on the brand trust of Lion Air airline 3) Brand image has a positive effect on interest in buying Lion Air airline tickets 4) Brand trust has a positive effect on interest in buying Lion Air airline tickets 5) Negative ewom has a negative effect on interest in buying Lion Air airline tickets

Abstract

Entering the world of work in Indonesia is not an easy thing, because Indonesia is still facing a gap between undergraduate graduates and employment which causes the unemployment rate to increase. Apart from that, character education is important to improve a person's skills at work. This lack of knowledge about character education is what caused the writing team to investigate this case, and hope that the generation of researchers can understand the importance of character education. The literature study research method is the research method chosen to explore the problem of unemployment among undergraduate graduates. The importance of character education in higher education is an effort to integrate the character development of undergraduate graduates who are not only professional but also have integrity and have good ethical values. Apart from being able to reduce unemployed graduate graduates, character education will also create a young generation who have a good identity and good manners for the future. Character education is not just something that is needed for life in the world, but in religion, character education is also very necessary. By discussing the importance of character education, it is hoped that Indonesia's young generation will better understand the essence of character education itself.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate end clarify variations in financial overall effectiveness prior to , all through and after COVID-19, in pharmacological commercial agencies indexed at the Indonesia Stock Change (IDX). Research used is quantitative studies. This studies method is comparative information.  The population in this study was 288 populations. Providing secondary information with a sampling approach using purposive sampling with a sample size of 240 samples. This research technique is comparative statistics. Data testing was carried out only using the anova examination method which was calculated using the Statistical Bundle Social Sciences (SPSS) software program.  The Result of  this research show that there are not any good sized differences in liquidity ratios before, at some point of and after COVID-19. There are not any great differences in profitability ratios before, for the duration of and after COVID-19. The solvency ratio remains relatively consistent before, during, and after the impact of COVID-19, without any significant variations. There are good sized variations in interest ratios before, at some stage in and after COVID-19. So only the interest ratio is one of a kind earlier than, at some point of and after COVID-19. this is due to a lower overall asset turnover which isn't utilized optimally and does no longer make a contribution to earnings. aside from that, there are rules at some stage in COVID-19 which mean that companies cannot manage their property optimally and demand for purchasing strength has reduced.
