Abstract

This research aims to increase the numeracy skill in playground Mutiara Ibu Pasir Tiku Agam. The type of this research is an action class research, that's is the observation of an intentional activity in the classroom. The qualitative and quantitative data analysis technique user percentage approach in order to get the result of the research. On the first cycle of the three meetings, the development of the numeracy skills research fifty-two percent and it does not fulfill the criteria of the minimal exhaustiveness yet. On the second cycle in the research implementation, there is a very well improvement in the numeracy skill, which is eighty-seven percent and it has fulfilled the criteria of minimal exhaustiveness. The result shows that the marble box game is able to increase the numeracy skill in playground Mutiara Ibu Pasir Tiku Agam.

Abstract

This research is aimed to describe the improvement of integrated thematic learning process by using scientific approach. This was a classroom action research which used qualitative and quantitative approaches which is done in 2 cycles. The subject in this research is the teacher and 33 students of 1st grade in SDN 04 Birugo Bukittinggi. The result shows that the improvement: a) lesson plan in the first cycle was 83,33%, second cycle was 91,67%, b) Implemetation in teacher aspect in the first cycle was 81,67%, second cycle was 95%, c) Implementation in student aspect in the first cycle was 81,67%, second cycle was 95%. So, Scientific approach improve study of Integrated Thematic in elementary school.

Abstract

One element of change in the 2013 Curriculum is a process standard that contains minimum standards regarding planning, implementation, and assessment of the learning process. Researchers conducted research on the analysis of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in economics subjects of A Accredited  High School. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum at SMA N 4 Solok in terms of process standards. This research uses a descriptive method. This research was conducted at Solok Public High School 4 in the first semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This study analyzes the learning tool document developed by the economics teacher and the implementation of learning in the classroom. Data collection techniques namely documentation, interviews, and observation. Data analysis techniques use inductive analysis techniques, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed, 1) In general, the learning tools developed by the economics teacher were already good, but the contents still seemed incomplete in accordance with Permendikbud No. 22 of 2016. 2) The implementation of learning in accordance with the 2013 curriculum has not been implemented optimally, especially in using scientific approaches and learning methods. 3) The assessment of the economic learning process has not been carried out in accordance with Permendikbud No. 22 of 2016, because teachers are seen to only conduct assessments based on knowledge, this is due to limitations in the development of assessment instrumeKeyword: Process Standards and 2013 Curriculum

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of the strategy of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office in developing the creative economy in Sawahlunto City. The background of this research is because several problems were found in the development of the creative economy in Sawahlunto, namely, human resource development is not optimal, capital is still limited, product marketing is still limited. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of the strategy of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office in developing the creative economy in Sawahlunto City and what factors affect the implementation of the creative economy development strategy in Sawahlunto City. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. The selection of informants was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and documentation studies. The data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, data verification. The results show that the implementation of the strategy of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office can be said to have been carried out well, although in its development there are still shortcomings and obstacles faced

Abstract

Motivasi belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sangat tergantung pada kederadaan kepala sekolah di lingkungan sekolah sedangkan keberadaan guru kurang memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk belajar. Oleh sebab itu kepala sekolah sangat berperan dalam motivasi belajar siswa. Kehadiran kepala sekolah di tengah-tengah lingkungannya sangat didambakan sebagai motivasi ekstrinsik, baik bagi siswa maupun guru dan karyawan sebagai mitra kerja. Sebagai pemimpin, kepala sekolah harus menjadi pribadi yang motivatif. Dia mampu berperan sebagai motivator, yang menyemangati dan membesarkan hati guru, pegawai, siswa, dan wali murid agar bekerja dan mendukung tercapainya tujuan sekolah. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada peran kepala sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah beberapa orang siswa. Adapun teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi pustaka yaitu meneliti penelitian terdahulu berupa jurnal, artikel ilmiah dan buku agar dapat meningkatkan kredibilitas/kepercayaan data. Kesimpulannya Peran kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa adalah Kepala sekolah melakukan kerjasama dengan orang tua siswa, melakukan kerja sama dengan guru, memberikan penghargaan sertamengadakan program-program menarik. Dampaknya siswa memiliki hasrat dan keinginan berhasil, dorongan dan kebutuhan dalam belajar, harapan dan cita-cita masa depan, termotivasi dengan penghargaan dalam belajar, termotivasi dengan kegiatan yang menarik dalam belajar, dan juga dengan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan menelaah konsep merdeka belajar dari sudut pandangan filsafat pendidikan progresivisme menurut John Dewey. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan hermeneutik guna menjelaskan realitas yang terjadi dengan unsur-unsur interpretasi dan deskripsi. Aliran progresivisme menekankan pentingnya dasar-dasar kemerdekaan dan kebebasan kepada peserta didik. konsep “merdeka belajar” memiliki arah dan tujuan yang sama dengan konsep aliran filsafat pendidikan progresivisme John Dewey. Keduanya sama-sama menawarkan kemerdekaan dan keleluasaan kepada lembaga pendidikan untuk mengekplorasi potensi peserta didiknya secara maksimal dengan menyesuaikan minat, bakat serta kecendrungan masing-masing peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan berbagai sumber yang bisa didapatkan seperti buku, jurnal, majalah, surat-surat kabar dan lain-lain yang berkaitan dengan filsafat pendidikan progresivisme dengan konsep merdeka belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analisis konten dan analisis deskriptif, dengan maksud bahan kepustakaan yang diperoleh dari berbagai referensi dianalisis secara kritis dan mendalam agar dapat mendukung proposisi dan gagasan peneliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan governansi digital melalui aplikasi Mobile JKN di kantor BPJS Kesehatan di kota Bukittinggi, Serta dapat menguraikan hambatan- hambatan yang dihadapi serta solusi yang telah di jalankan. Aplikasi mobile jaminan kesehatan nasional (JKN) merupakan suatu bentuk transpormasi digital model bisnis BPJS kesehatan yang semula berupakegoatan administrasi dalam di lakukan di kantor cabang atau fasilitas kesehatan, di transformasi dalam bentuk aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh peserta dimana saja dan kapan saja tanpa batasan waktu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data digunakan tiga tahapan yakni tekni reduksi, teknik penyajian data dan teknik pegambilan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang telah dilakukan di kantor camat kecmatan pauh duo, ditemukan terdapat budaya organisasi kantor tersebut yang terus menerus dilakukan oleh setiap pegawai kantor yaitu jum’at bersih dimana kegiatan membersihkan kantor oleh semua pegawai dengan goro bersama. Dan sesuai tujuan yang diharapkan budaya tersebut selain untuk menjaga kebersihan an kenyamanan, di samping itu juga dapat menjalin kembali hunungan baik antara sesama pegawai dan meningkatkan keangkrabaan. Sehingga budaya tersebut terus menerus dilakukan.

Abstract

The art of dance is one of the most important activities to be carried out to be able to shape the character of fifth grade students at SDN 19 Silungkang, Palembayan District, Agam Regency. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection was obtained based on the results of observations in class V and the provision of questionnaires and notes while in the field. By introducing and providing understanding and application of learning the art of traditional dance to students, so that they can grow and shape the character of these students, because each of these dances has its own meaning and significance. From the implied meaning of this dance will affect how students behave, behave, and behave so that a really good character is formed from the students themselves. The results of the study prove that the application of traditional dance learning can shape the character of fifth grade students at SD N 19 Silungkang.

Abstract

Indonesia has a variety of cultures and customs that are spread throughout the region so that it has its own local wisdom. Local wisdom is knowledge gained from previous experience based on the surrounding environment that can be used to solve problems and fulfill daily needs. One form of local wisdom in Bukittinggi City is Sanjai Chips with raw material, namely cassava. By utilizing cassava, it can be implemented in biology learning, namely about material on biodiversity. This study aims to analyze the local wisdom of sanjai chips in biology learning. This type of research is descriptive research using the observation method. Based on the results of the study showed that the raw material for sanjai chips used was yam lambao or sweet potato bread, with a harvest age of about 6-7 months. local wisdom Sanjai chips have local wisdom (indigenous science) which contains the concept of Biology so that teachers are expected to be able to use the local cultural context in the Biology learning process.

Abstract

Mathematical communication skills are one of the goals of mathematics learning that must be achieved by students. But learning activities in schools have not been optimal in facilitating students to improve their mathematical communication skills. One effort to overcome these problems is to apply the cooperative learning model Think Talk Write type. The purpose of this study is to describe whether the mathematical communication skills of students who learn by using cooperative learning models Think Think Write type are better than mathematical communication skills of students who learn by direct learning and describe the development of mathematical communication skills of students during the implementation of cooperative learning models of Think Think type Talk Write. This type of research is quasi-experimental and descriptive research design with Randomized Control Group Only Design. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the mathematical communication skills of students who learn using the Cooperative learning model Think Talk Write type is better than the mathematical communication skills of students who learn by direct learning in class VIII SMP Negeri 18 Padang.
