Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of attention on purchasing decisions for Zem Silver Demak products. The population in this research is Zem Silver Demak consumers. The sample of this research is 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, simultaneous F-test and coefficient of determination. The results show that Attention, interest, desire and action have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Zem Silver Demak products

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of mergers and acquisitions on the financial performance of publicly traded companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange that conducted mergers and acquisitions from 2006 to 2015. This study uses six financial ratios, namely return on equity (ROA), net profit margin (NPM), quick ratio (QR), debt to asset ratio (DAR), total asset turn over (TATO) and price earning ratio (PER). The analytical method used in this research is nonparametric analysis using the Wilcoxon rank test. The Wilcoxon rank test is a nonparametric analysis that compares two paired samples. This study compares the company's financial performance one year before mergers and acquisitions with one year after mergers and acquisitions. The results showed that there were significant differences in the ROA and NPM values. Then on the values ​​of QR, DAR, TATO and PER there is no significant difference between before and after mergers and acquisitions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance in the BKAD Bantul Regency BPHTB Collection. The population in this study were all employees at the BKAD Bantul District BPHTB Billing Division. Samples taken by all employees of the BPHTB Billing Division were 52 respondents using the census method. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing consisting of the F test and t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study indicate that: 1.) There is no positive effect of job training on employee performance. 2.) There is no positive influence of the work environment on employee performance. 3.) There is a positive effect of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee morale at PT Telkom Branch Bima. The number of samples of 53 people was obtained and is a population study because it uses the entire population to be the sample. with a saturated sample technique (total population). The instrument in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression with correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination and t test. The results showed that the leadership style variable (X) had a significant effect on employee morale at PT. Telkom Branch Bima. From the t-test calculation, the t-count value is greater than the t-table value (4.622> 2.007) with a significant level smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). In addition, the R Square value of 0.543 (54.3%) indicates that leadership style has a strong enough relationship with employee morale at PT. Telkom Branch Bima.

Abstract

Abstract Marketplace is an internet-based (web-based) online media where business activities and transactions between buyers and sellers are carried out. With the growing development of consumers shopping online, researchers are interested in conducting research on the shopping experience with the buying interest of STIE Bima students at the Shopee Marketplace. This study aims to determine whether the shopping experience can increase the buying interest in the Shopee Marketplace for STIE Bima Students. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of STIE Bima. The number of samples of 100 respondents was selected by purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test, regression test and T-test. The results of the analysis show that: the shopping experience can increase the buying interest of STIE Bima students at the Shopee Marketplace. This means that the better the online shopping experience Shopee customers get, who in this study are STIE Bima students, the higher the buying interest of STIE Bima Students at the Shopee Marketplace.

Abstract

Abstract Aqua is a Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) brand that has always been a Top Brand for 5 consecutive years, 2016 - 2019. However, in 2020 it only experienced an increase of 0.5% compared to newcomer products, which rose around 1.1% -1.8%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, brand trust and brand awareness on the brand loyalty of Aqua consumers at Ibu Sendangdawung Store. In this study, researchers used a non-probability sampling technique using a sample of 99 respondents. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test. From the results of data processing, the brand image has a significance value of 0.001 < 0.050. For the brand trust variable, the significance value is 0.047 < 0.050. And the brand awareness variable has a significance value of 0.040 < 0.050. All variables X1, X2, and X3 have a positive and significant effect on variable Y. It is hoped that Toko Ibu will increase brand trust by providing quality products and good service so that customers have a positive value for Aqua products because brand trust has the lowest regression coefficient among other variables.

Abstract

Abstract Work motivation is an encouragement of internal needs and encouragement by superiors in order to achieve optimal agency goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction. The research method used is associative research with a quantitative approach, where variables are measured by a Likert scale. The data collection method was done by using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 42 employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Bima City, and the sample used was 35 respondents. Samples were taken using the SLOVIN formula. The sample technique used was purposive sampling, the data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression and t-test. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.237 which is greater than the significance level α = 0.05. The insignificant influence in this study is due to the fact that the burden of work given to employees is already structured so that employees will automatically complete their tasks in accordance with their duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment on the employees of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati. The population in this study were all 64 people of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The total sample is 64 respondents. The variables in this study are motivation (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and employee work quality (Y). Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used: classic assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test. Multiple regression analysis, t test, F test (Fairness Test Model / Goodness Of Fit Model), test the coefficient of determination (R2), The results of this study are: 1). Motivation has an effect on the quality of work of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The test results show the t arithmetic value of 2.541, and using a significance limit of 0.05, while t table n = 64 is 1.998, then t arithmetic 2.541 > t table 1.998, which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, significant < 0.05 or (0.002 < 0.05). Thus it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence of motivation on the quality of employee work. 2) Organizational commitment has an effect on the quality of work of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The test results show the t-count value is 2.952 and uses a significance limit of 0.05, while t-table n = 64 is 1.998, then t-count is 1.952 > t-table is 1.998, which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, significant <0.05 or ( 0.002 < 0.05). Thus it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence of organizational commitment on the quality of employee work. The suggestions given are: 1) Leaders of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati should motivate their employees to work by providing welfare assistance, providing a sense of security, encouraging employees to interact with each other and work together between subordinates and superiors and fellow co-workers, giving awards 2) Leaders of KSPPS Harapan employees The Pati people should pay more attention to the organization's commitment to employees, because some employees still feel that their work needs have not been fulfilled, and the leadership of the organization to be further improved, instilling in their hearts that employees will lose if they leave the organization

Abstract

Abstract The remaining operating results and special reserves are the determinants for calculating the turnover of capital, both own capital and loan capital. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the remaining amount of operating income would be influenced by own capital and loan capital in the KPRI "SIBUNDA" Cooperative. The sample of this research is financial statements and balance sheet reports from 2018 to 2020 at KPRI "SIBUNDA" located in Bojonegoro Regency. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously or partially own capital and loan capital have an effect on the acquisition of the remaining operating results. The more the amount of own capital, the greater the remaining operating results and conversely the less capital, the less the remaining operating results.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of disruptive innovation and the quality of marketing strategies and their impact on competitive advantage. The problem in this research is how to increase competitive advantage.In this study, the population used were all 100 online shop sellers in Semarang. Regression analysis was carried out with Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) software, which was used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis showed that disruptive innovation and the quality of marketing strategies had a significant effect on competitive advantage.These empirical findings indicate that disruptive innovation and the quality of marketing strategies have a significant effect on competitive advantage.
