Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by a decrease in the marketing performance of pulse and cellphone outlets in the city of Semarang. The next problem is the research gap between market orientation variables and marketing performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of the dimensions of customer orientation, competitor orientation and cross-functional coordination on marketing performance. The population in this study were all owners of pulse and cellphone outlets in the city of Semarang. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study empirically prove that the dimensions of market orientation which include variables of customer orientation and cross-functional coordination have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. While the competitor orientation variable has no effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

Abstraksi Profesi sebagai wirausaha mempunyai kompetensi sendiri. Mahasiswa perlu mempertimbangkan untuk kemungkinan memasuki dunia bisnis atau dunia usaha menjadi seorang wirausahawan, mengingat bahwa kecenderungan persaingan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan semakin sulit. Penelitian bertujuan ini untuk memberikan gambaran potensi diri sebagai wirausaha mahasiswa di STIE Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif, metode statistic deskriptif dan uji beda menggunakan t test. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh mahasiwa STIE Semarang semester V, menggunakan teknik random sampling sejumlah 51 mahasiswa. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini mahasiswa dari prodi akuntansi dan manajemen hanya berada pada tingkatan Cukup Potensial (CP) yang mengindikasikan karakter wirausaha mereka masih rendah. Hasil t test menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan antara mahasiswa prodi akuntansi maupun manajemen dalam hal karakter wirausaha.

Abstract

Abstract The growth of MSME business performance is a prerequisite for developing countries in improving the welfare of their people in the future. This study aims to investigate the ambidexterity adaptive management variable as a solution in realizing MSME business performance. Organizational learning and absorptive capacity become a panacea in improving business performance. The results of previous studies still leave a gap between organizational learning and absorption capacity in increasing business performance growth. so in this study offers a new idea as a solution in closing the gap from previous research. Adaptive management ambidexterity is the agility of the organization to adapt to the ever-changing business environment through learning adapted to the absorption capacity of MSME entrepreneurs. as a mediator of organizational learning and absorptive in improving MSME business performance. Myopia learning is learning to absorb experience and exploit other people's knowledge and explore their own knowledge, become a mediator of organizational learning and have a significant influence with adaptive management ambidexterity in spurring SME business growth. This research is very useful as a solution in solving the weaknesses of the organization's business performance, especially SMEs. The new concept of Adaptive Management Ambidexterity is used agilely and synergistically for the development of SME business performance, both internally and externally through myopia learning and absorption capacity. We suggest that the context of Adaptive Management Ambidexterity can be selected, tested and put into practice both theoretically and managerially, for future practice and research.

Abstract

Abstract Currently the development of cooperatives is quite good. Many cooperatives are established both in the city center and in the regions. The existence of this cooperative is very helpful for its members or prospective members in fulfilling their daily needs. Cooperatives as one of the business entities that carry out activities based on cooperative principles as well as driving the people's economy based on the principle of kinship. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Loan Products, Credit Procedures and Credit Interest Rates on the Satisfaction of Swa Mitra Cooperative Members in Demak. The research population is the active members of the cooperative, amounting to 564 and the specified sample is 85 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that Loan Products, Credit Procedures and Credit Interest Rates have a positive and significant influence. This is indicated by the positive value of the regression coefficient, t count which is greater than t table and the significant value for loan products, credit procedures and credit interest rates is less than 0.05. As a suggestion, one should be careful not to go too far from the interest rate set by Bank Indonesia, considering that interest rates have a major influence on the satisfaction of cooperative members.

Abstract

Abstract Since the issuance of the regulation, every company is required to distribute part of its profits back to the community, which is known as the CSR Program. CSR is one of the company's responsibilities to society. The community directly or indirectly, a little or a lot, sooner or later will be affected by the company's activities. So that the community is slightly entitled to the company's profits. The implementation of CSR programs must be managed effectively and efficiently, for that it is important to monitor and evaluate the implementation of GCG principles in the implementation of CSR programs. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional VI Semarang. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Respondents in distributing the questionnaires were community beneficiaries of the 2019-2020 Partnership and Community Development Program. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, to calculate the index value. The results show that the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness/fairness have been applied in the CSR program of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional VI Semarang. However, there are still shortcomings in the implementation of the principles of accountability and independence. The CSR program has been implemented well, but its distribution is still not optimal.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out; 1) the production process in the sewing section of PT. Rodeo Prima Jaya; 2) the factors that cause defective products in the production process based on the six sigma stages, namely define, measure, analyze in the sewing section of PT. Rodeo Prima Jaya; 3) solutions that can be taken to reduce the number of defective products based on the six sigma stages, namely improvement and control in the sewing section of PT. Rodeo Prima Jaya; 4) the design of a garment product quality control system using the six sigma method in the sewing section of PT. Rodeo Prima Jaya. Sampling in this study used a sampling study approach. Sampling study approach is a research in which data is collected from some elements of the population. The samples used in this study were defective and recorded by the Quality Control section for 3 months, including: 1) June as many as 4867 defective products; 2) July as many as 5600 defective products, and 3) August as many as 5087 defective products.The results show that hypothesis 1 (H1) which states the level of product damage that occurs in the production process at PT. Rodeo Prima Jaya is still within the limits of the average sigma value. The dominant factors that cause defective products are machine factors, namely improper machine settings, inaccurate human factors and raw material factors, namely the presence of fabrics and threads that are not up to standard. Thus hypothesis 2 (H2) that the dominant factor that causes defective products at PT. Rodeo Prima Jaya is a factor of machines, people and raw materials. The improvement phase is related to the determination and implementation of solutions based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out in the previous stage, the solutions used to overcome the problem of defective products in the Sewing Section are applied to all the factors that cause the defective product. Thus hypothesis 3 (H3) that the solution used to overcome the problem of defective products in the sewing section is applied to all the factors that cause defective products. The sample is outside the control limits, the management must re-examine the fix solution that has been determined. Deviations occur because the solutions applied are not appropriate, both in terms of humans, methods, machines, raw materials and the environment. Thus hypothesis 4 (H4) that the level of product damage that occurs in the production process in the Sewing Section is still within the control limits.

Abstract

Abstract Tourist perception is important for tourism, where tourists can assess a tourist attraction and provide feedback that can be informed to other tourists. The main purpose of this article is to determine the effect of tourist perceptions and the completeness of tourist attractions on the level of tourist visits to a particular tourist site. The research that is used as the basis for writing this article uses Gunung Payung Cultural Park located in Kutuh Traditional Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali as a case study. Data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, linearity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The study found a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, between the independent variables (Tourist Perception and Completeness of Tourist Attractions) and the dependent variable (Tourist Visits Rate), which clearly indicates that the higher the Tourist Perception and Completeness of Tourist Attractions on a particular tourist site, the more the level of its tourist visits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana optimisme pemulihan ekonomi dapat mendorong pertumbuhan pasar saham pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Metode Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk melaksanakan penelitian ini, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan sumber data sekunder yang berasal dari hasil penelitian, berita online, serta referensi lain yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan topik penelitian ini. Pasar saham menjadi sektor yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Namun, di penghujung tahun 2021, terdapat optimisme pemulihan ekonomi berupa pertumbuhan tahunan ekonomi Indonesia yang diproyeksi dapat mencapai 3,5 – 4%. Didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa pemulihan ekonomi tersebut didorong dari adanya peningkatan pada PMI (Purchasing Managers Index) Manufaktur Indonesia dan Indeks Keyakinan Konsumen (IKK), dimana pada akhirnya berdampak pada pertumbuhan pasar saham Indonesia. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada jumlah perusahaan di BEI yang terus meningkat secara berturut-turut dari Januari 2021 sebesar 716.00 hingga Oktober 2021 sebesar 751.00. Volume serta nilai transaksi dan indeks saham cenderung berfluktuatif pada awal tahun, namun mengalami peningkatan berturut-turut dari bulan Juli 2021 hingga Oktober 2021. Indeks Harga Saham Komposit juga mengalami peningkatan berturut-turut dari bulan Mei 2021 sebesar Rp5947.46 hingga Oktober 2021 sebesar Rp6591.35.

Abstract

Digitalization that occurs also has an effect on banking services. Banks must be able to be in line with technological developments and the digital world. With this, banks bring up new innovations to be able to compete with Digital Banks and also digital payment systems that have already helped the wider community. This research shows that the Bank continues to move along with the development of the world, as now banks are moving along with the development of the digital era. And also in this study it is shown that banks that have an important role in economic growth continue to create innovations according to people's behavior so that banks are not left behind.
