Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product design, product quality, brand image, and product prices on purchasing decisions on Honda PCX motorcycles in Generation Y in Salatiga City. This study uses a quantitative approach with the data used using primary data through a questionnaire. The questionnaire was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 118 respondents who were taken from Generation Y consumers. This research was conducted by using multiple regression analysis method and tested using SPSS. The test results show that product design, product quality, brand image have no effect on purchasing decisions, while product prices have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Honda PCX motorbikes in generation Y.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to test the influences of spiritual leadership, Islamic work ethic, and normative commitment, on employee performance moderated by work monitoring. Using these variables, the usage of these variables are able to solve the arising problem within employees KSPPS Kabupaten Semarang. Statement of this problem is how increase employee performance?. The samples size of this research is 106employees KSPPS Kabupaten Semarang. Using the Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS). The results show that spiritual leadership, Islamic work ethic, and normative commitment on employee performance moderated by work monitoring. The effect of spiritual leadership on employee performance are significant; The effect of Islamic work ethic on employee performance are significant; normative commitment on employee performance are significant; The effect of Islamic work ethic on employee performance moderated by work monitoring are significant; and The effect of normative commitment on employee performance moderated by work monitoring are significant.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of retail mix which consists of service, pricing, location, products, promotion, communication, and product variants on buying interest in Bollymart, Bima Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This type of causal associative research with quantitative methods. The population in this study are all consumers who have ever come and shopped at Bollymart. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique with a sample of 100 people. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. Based on the calculation results, it is known that the marketing mix has a significant effect on buying interest at the Bollymart Supermarket with a significance level of P-Value 0.000 <0.05 and product variants have a significant effect on buying interest with a P-Value significance level of 0.004<0.05. Retail mix and product variants simultaneously or jointly have a positive and significant effect on buying interest at the Bollymart Supermarket, Bima Regency with a calculated F value > Ftable, which is 25.891> 3.09 at a significance level of P-Value 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of employee performance at the Ujung Padang District Office, Simalungun Regency. This research belongs to the descriptive type of qualitative research. The unit of analysis in this study consisted of 6 people, namely the Head of Ujung Padang District, the Head of the Nagori Community Empowerment Section, the Head of the Economic and Development Section, one Ujung Padang District Staff and two people from the Ujung Padang District. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness of employee performance at the Ujung Padang District Office, Simalungun Regency was effective. The assessments are quality, quantity, integrity, cooperation, time, service orientation, discipline, cost, commitment, and leadership.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding of financial literacy and inclusion as well as the business performance of respondents who are members of cooperatives in Kopeng village. Data obtained by survey through a questionnaire given to 37 respondents. While the research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Where the survey results obtained the category index of financial literacy, financial inclusion and the performance of the respondent's business. The results of financial literacy were obtained by an average of 3.85 or a sufficient literate category scale with a percentage of more than 75% understanding, financial inclusion was obtained by an average of 3.71 or sufficient category financial inclusion because the respondents on average had access to banks and institutions financing, while the respondent's business performance obtained an average of 3.86. Suggestions for respondents to further improve financial literacy and inclusion which are expected to have an impact on improving business performance. For further research, a quantitative research method can be used, the effect of the three variables and other research objects.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to find out. disclosure of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018. The population in this study were 24 mining companies. The variables in this study were managerial ownership of institutional ownership and CSR on firm value. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.The results showed that the regression coefficient value of managerial ownership was 0.304, tcount (3.847)> t table (1.66) and sign (0.000), institutional ownership was 0.337, tcount (3.375)> t table (1.66) and sign (0.001) and CSR of 0.341, the value of tcount (4.110)> ttable (1.66) and sign (0.000), the coefficient of determination R2 is 62.8% in the F test of 38.231. This is managerial ownership, institutional ownership and CSR. has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Mining Company. mines that have disclosed managerial ownership and institutional ownership properly should carry out CSR activities. So that companies need to develop policies to guide implementation, this must be done so that the company's vision and mission can run well.

The results showed that career development has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty, job stress has a significant negative effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

Abstraksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian perencanaan pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Slukatan Kecamatan Mojotengah Kabupaten Wonosobo dengan perencanaan pengelolaan keuangan desa menurut Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 113 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer dan juga sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menganalisis data dengan langkah mengumpulkan, mereduksi dan menyajikan data hingga cukup untuk ditarik kesimpulan. Keabsahan data penelitian ini diuji menggunakan metode trianggulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah analisis kesesuaian perencanaan pengelolaan keuangan desa menurut Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 113 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Hasil Analisis kesesuaian perencanaan pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Slukatan belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 113 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Abstract. This study aims to determine the suitability of village fund management planning in Slukatan Village, Mojotengah District, Wonosobo Regency with village financial management planning according to the Minister of Domestic Affairs Regulation Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management. This research is descriptive qualitative research using primary and secondary data collected by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. In this study, the authors analyzed the data by collecting, reducing, and presenting data until it was sufficient to draw conclusions. The validity of the research data was tested using the triangulation method. The result of this research is an analysis of the suitability of village financial management planning according to the Minister of Domestic Affairs Regulation Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management. The results of the analysis of the suitability of village financial management planning in Slukatan Village are not yet fully in accordance with the Minister of Domestic Affairs Regulation Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to empirically examine: 1) the effect of liquidity and efficiency ratios on financial performance in banking companies listed on the IDX; 2) the effect of liquidity and efficiency ratios on stock prices in banking companies listed on the IDX; 3) the influence of financial performance on stock prices in banking companies listed on the IDX; 4) the influence of liquidity on stock prices with financial performance as a mediating variable in banking companies listed on the IDX; and 5) the effect of the efficiency ratio on stock prices with financial performance as a mediating variable in banking companies listed on the IDX. The research sample is in accordance with predetermined criteria as many as 27 banking sector companies that go public, using the pooling data method or a combination of time series data and cross section data for 2012-2016, so that if you add up there are 135 samples (n). The results of the study show that: 1) Liquidity has a significant effect on financial performance, so that hypothesis 1 is accepted; 2) The efficiency ratio has no significant effect on financial performance, so hypothesis 2 is rejected; 3) Liquidity has a significant effect on stock prices, so hypothesis 3 is accepted; 4) The efficiency ratio has a significant effect on stock prices, so hypothesis 4 is accepted; 5) Financial performance has a significant effect on stock prices, so hypothesis 5 is accepted; 6) Liquidity affects stock prices with financial performance as a mediating variable, so hypothesis 6 is accepted; and 7) The efficiency ratio has no effect on stock prices with financial performance as a mediating variable, so hypothesis 7 is rejected.

Abstract

Abstract Purchase decision is a form of consumer behavior in using a product. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price and Promotion on the Purchase Decision of TOA Brand Paint on CV. Semarang Primary Award. The population in this study were consumers of CV. Anugerah Pratama Semarang in Semarang City in semester 1 of 2020. The sample in this study used accidental sampling so that a sample of 60 consumers was obtained. The dependent variable in this study is Purchase Decision, the independent variables are Product Quality (X1), Price (X2) and Promotion (X3). The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Price has no effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.217 > 0.05. Promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The value of the coefficient of determination is 68.4%. Suggestions that can be given to producers are to pay attention to product quality and promotion because these two variables influence consumer purchasing decisions. For further researchers to add independent variables so that the value of the coefficient of determination increases further.
