Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeskplorasi penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam bidang studi meaning of work atau meaningful work untuk mendapatkan pemehaman kesempatan bagi penelitian yang akan datang terkait peran meaning of work dalam praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dengan bantuan mesin engine Scopus diperoleh 1778 dokumen. Dengan studi bibliometric dan digambarkan dengan Vos Viewer, hasil penelitian melaporkan secara holistik produktivitas bidang studi ini serta peta penelitian yang menunjukkan isu-isu kritis meaning of work yang terbagi kedalam lima kluster utama. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian dapat dipergunakan sebagai agenda penelitian di masa depan untuk mengembangkan konstruk dan teori meaning of work dengan elaborasi konstruk yang lain.

Abstract

The development of the world of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought profound changes to various aspects of human life. These changes are not only limited to the way we communicate or access information, but also include major transformations in industry and other economic sectors. One sector that has been greatly affected by ICT advancements is transportation, tourism and hospitality. These industries are experiencing drastic changes in the way services are delivered and received by consumers.This study aims to analyze the effect of E-Service Quality, E-Wom and Discounts on Purchasing Decisions on transportation and accommodation for traveloka customers. The sample population in this study were all traveloka customers with purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires online and offline by utilizing google form and managed to get 109 respondents. The analytical methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing consisting of f test and t test, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS 30 software. This study concludes that E-Service Quality and Discounts have a positive and significant effect on traveloka consumer purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, E-WOM has no significant effect on traveloka consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Advances in technology, information, and communication, particularly the internet in the 21st century, have created new opportunities for companies to optimize their online marketing strategies. L’Oréal Paris, a leading global cosmetics brand, has transitioned from offline to online sales. Ecommerce platforms provide review and rating features that enable consumers to give feedback on products and services, including details about condition, authenticity, quality, and product suitability. This study aims to analyze the impact of online customer reviews and ratings on the purchasing decisions for L'Oréal products. This research was conducted from June to July 2024, involving 402 respondents using a non probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. Primary data collected through questionnaires and secondary data from literature studies. The data analysis methods employed were descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that online customer reviews and ratings have a significant and positive impact on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sustainability of generations in family firms in Indonesia. The effect of generational ownership on firm performance using ROA and ROE. Using agency theory and there are 522 observations and using unbalanced panel data in 2016-2020 in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis testing uses unbalanced panel data regression tests. The test results for the 1st generation show that go1 has a positive and significant effect on firm performance using ROA and ROE. For the 2nd generation, it shows that go2 has a negative and significant effect on firm performance using ROA and ROE. While the 3rd generation shows that go3 does not have a significant effect on firm performance using ROA and ROE.

Abstract

A person often has difficulty achieving financial stability due to financial problems, especially due to improper financial planning. This study aims to understand how financial literacy and investment understanding affect the personal financial planning of Palopo State Islamic Institute students. This study uses quantitative research methods. From the results of the t test analysis, it shows that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on students' personal financial planning. Investment understanding has a positive and significant impact on students' personal financial planning. The F test results show that if students have financial and investment knowledge simultaneously, they have a positive and significant impact on their own financial planning

Abstract

This study examines the effect of good governance and non-tax state revenue on APBN performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable at the Ministry of Finance in the DJKN Regional Offices of South Sumatra, Jambi, and Babel. The research sample consisted of 55 employees with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using an interval scale questionnaire. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 27 for Windows. The results of the study indicate that good governance and non-tax state revenue partially have a significant and positive effect on APBN performance. Organizational commitment is proven to moderate and strengthen the relationship between good governance and non-tax state revenue with APBN performance. Simultaneously, the variables of good governance and non-tax state revenue also have a significant and positive effect which is further strengthened by the presence of organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of agricultural labour, government expenditure, and domestic investment on agricultural sector growth in West Java during the period 2004-2023. The study used secondary time series data processed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the three variables had a significant influence on agricultural sector growth, with a coefficient of determination of 92,7%. However, partially only government spending had a significant influence, while agricultural labour and domestic investment showed no significant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace well-being and employee engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) through work motivation at PT Pesonna Optima Jasa Jakarta. Workplace well-being is an essential factor that can enhance employee work motivation, ultimately influencing their extra-role behavior within the organization. Employee engagement also plays a crucial role in boosting work motivation, contributing to the creation of a productive and harmonious work environment. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Pesonna Optima Jasa Jakarta. The results indicate that workplace well-being and employee engagement have a positive and significant impact on work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation is proven to be a significant mediator in the relationship between workplace wellbeing and OCB, as well as employee engagement and OCB. These findings affirm that to enhance OCB, companies must focus on improving employee workplace well-being and engagement by fostering work motivation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristic factors influencing career choices among Generation Z, specifically in Lumajang Regency, East Java Province, with a case study at PT LABP. Generation Z, known as digital natives, has unique characteristics in determining their career choices. This research employs a quantitative approach using survey methods and multiple linear regression analysis to identify the influence of factors such as familiarity with technology, work values and attitudes, job flexibility, and the impact of social media on their career decisions. The findings indicate that familiarity with technology has a negative impact on the tendency to choose conventional careers, whereas job flexibility is a key determinant of Generation Z’s career choices. Additionally, social media plays a crucial role in shaping their job preferences. This study provides insights for companies and policymakers to enhance understanding and adaptation of recruitment strategies and career development plans to attract and retain Generation Z talent.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the application of sustainable principles in tower development in Bali. With the increasing development of communication and tourism infrastructure, environmental sustainability has become a major challenge. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method on several towers that have implemented sustainability principles. The results of the study show that the use of environmentally friendly materials, energy efficiency, and harmony with local culture are the main factors in sustainable tower development in Bali. This study recommends improving regulations and incentives for companies that implement sustainable principles in infrastructure development. maximum 200 word abstract in English in italics with Times New Roman 10 point.
