Abstract

Lontar Gong Besi is one of the referens of Hindus especially mazab shiva. Lontar iswritten a mahakawi, as well as the rajakerta Hindu community in Bali, named Mpu Kuturan.Many teachings can be learned from reading this ejection. Careful scrutiny, descriptions for thedescription of the eons of Gong Gong found, the Concept of Godhead, the omnipotence of BhataraDalem, Hyang Parameswara (ista Dewata) saktiya Siwa. The omnipotence of the soul becomesthe source of creation (utpati), the maintenance (stiti), and the power restores to its origin (pralina).In the tradition of Hindu community life in Bali, the concept of the lontar cadence of Gong Wesiis manifested in the form of worship, both at the village level of pakraman, and at the familylevel. Sanggah/Studio as linggih (stana) Hyang Tunggal, Hyang Atma in Kamulan Tengen (rightroom) is Bapanta, Paratma in Kemulan Kiwa (left room) is Ibunta, and Hyang Siwatma inKemulan Madya (living room) is raganta. Susunatma is meme, father and ragane go back toDalem become Hyang Tunggal. Conclusion, the concept of divinity in ejection Gong Wesi in thereligious social life of Hindu society in Bali.

Abstract

Lontar Aji Maya Sandi is classified as a spoken text. This lontar describes, said, Tattwa, which is conveyed in the form of dialogue between characters. The teacher figure played by Aji Maya Sandhi to four of his students. What is the structure of the character and characterization of the aji maya sandhi text, how do you say, tattwa text is a virtual password? In order to understand the theological vision of the lontar aji maya sandhi text, structural theory is used with a qualitative approach. The results of the study found, the meaning of the speech, tattwa text, lontar aji maya sandhi. A number of tattwa in Aji Maya Sandhi's text, namely, tattwa kandapat, tattwa, death, tattwa, deliverance, punarbawa, and moksa. Conclusion, Lontar Aji Maya sandhi's text with an educational structure, in the form of a dialogue between teacher figures, played by Aji Maya Sandi with four students; discussing a number of words, tattwa as material for dialogue

Abstract

Bali is famous for its high-quality cultural arts, including one of its spiritual nuances. One of the literary works that contains the value of vocal art is Geguritan Satyaning Sawitri. This Geguritan was composed by I Made Suputra, Called Geguritan Satyaning Sawitri because it featured the character of Dewi Sawitri who was very loyal to her husband and was very respectful of his father-in-law King Jamat Sena who had been displaced due to losing the war, so that his country was dominated by the enemy. Geguritan Satyaning Sawitri takes the background of the story in the Mahabrata book, which is about the story of king Agung Aswapati having a daughter named Dewi Sawitri. After a husband who is famous for being honest and very loyal to her husband (pati brata satyeng Laki). Geguritan Satyaning Sawitri consists of 50 pada, using 4 types of pupuh, namely: Sinom 8 pada, Ginada 20 pada, Adri 5 pada, and Ginanti 17 pada. The concept of God in Geguritan Satyaning Sawitri emphasizes sraddha and devotion to God in its manifestation as Sanghyang Titah, Sanghyang yama.

Abstract

Lontar Kala Purana is one of the classical literature in Bali. This Lontar is one of the Hindu texts containing stories about Sang Hyang Kala and Sang Hyang Panca Kumara and its relation to the implementation of the manusa yajna ceremony in Bali which is a sapuhlegernceremony namely pangruwatan ceremony for people born to wuku wayang. Based on a brief description of the background in front, there are several things that can be raised as the following meaning of Lontar Kala Purana?, and (3) what value found in Lontar Kala Purana? Based on the analysis carried out, the results of this study are as follows: (1) philosophically the text of Lontar Kala Purana contains the meaning of time majesty (Kala) which is the  ower/omnipotenceof God Almighty/Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa, (2) symbolically the text of Lontar Kala Purana contains several meanings (teachings of leadership, warning, asuri sampad, and daiwi sampad, (3) values of ethics (respect for parents and tolerance).

Abstract

Aesthetics is essentially a way of looking at a sense of beauty (lango) that is bound by Hindu religious values based on the teachings of the holy scriptures. One of the realization of the teachings of Hinduism in Bali is realized with the implementation of Yadnya ceremony. In Hinduism it is known as Panca Yadnya, namely five kinds of sacred sacrifices offered to Deities, Rsi, Humans, Ancestors, and Butha (lower realms), known as Deva Yadnya, Rsi Yadnya, Pitra Yadnya, Manusa Yadnya, and Butha Yadnya. The emergence of Panca Yad itself is based on human existence which is covered by Rna (debt) which has been carried out since humans were born. The form of the yadnya carried out was outlined in the order of Ceremony and Upakara presented. In the implementation of the Yadnya Dewa ceremony, it was not only poured into an offering in the form of Upakara but was also followed by an art performance in the form of Sidakarya's Mask. This is based on the existence of the Sidakarya Mask which enters the bebali art level, where the existence of the Sidakarya Mask which functions as an accompanist from a Yadnya ceremony procession. Problems at this writing include; 1) What is the form of the Sidakarya Mask performance, 2) what is the Sidakarya Mask Function in the Yadnya Dewa Ceremony, 3) What is the Hindu aesthetic (tattva, ethics, ceremony) in the Sidakarya Mask performance. The conclusion is the form of staging which consists of stories, characterizations, venues, ceremonial facilities and accompaniment accompaniment, the function of the Sidakarya Mask performance is a religious function, a spiritual function and an educational function, while Hindu aesthetics are seen from the three aspects of values contained in the staging of the Sidakarya Mask at the ceremony Dewa Yadnya is the value of Tattva, Ethics, and Ceremony

Abstract

There are some materials needed for the Balinese especially Hindu to do their activities or yadnya ceremony. Can not be mentioned the difficulties of variety in each of their meaning and function. Although there is a simple one but it still has their own importance of meaning and function. One example of the materials is called Kewangen. Why Kewangen still exists and how far the comprehensions of The Hindus about the materials of their yadnya are the questions needed to be discussed. For the overall purposes, this study is presented contextually which isable to describe three importance things which contained their problems and purposes, such as: 1). Is Kewangen categorized as the product of culture, 2). What is the Kewangen looks like, 3) What is the meaning and function of Kewangen from the Hindus perceptions.

Abstract

Village Sidatapa Banjar District Buleleng district is very thick with tradition and culturaltraditions. The village is quite protekted with customs, religious ceremonies from various outsideinfluences. Lately it is in and growing sampradaya Hare Krishna and sampradaya Sai Baba inthe village Sidatapa. Three pertenyaan research that emerged from this phenomenon is How theidentity of sampos sampa village in sidatapa village? How about Sampadaya ritual in a societythat is strong in custom and culture? What is the philosophical meaning of the presence ofsampradaya in the village of Sidatapa? This research uses Phenomenological theory, Religiusitastheory and Value theory. Data collection techniques are observation techniques, interviews,document studies, data analysis techniques, qualitative descriptive. Result: (a) The male devoteeswear white or yellow-orange robe, the ladies wearing colorful sari, dancing and singing to theaccompaniment of traditional music India. (b) Sampradaya Sai Baba is guided by AD & ART.(2) Form of Yajna ceremony sampradaya Hare Krishna and Sai Baba namely: (a) HajamaKrishna Yajna ceremony that is by performing Bhajan ceremony every Thursday and also everydayby offering fruits, flowers and water and cakes. (b) The form of the Sai Baba yajna samrpadayaceremony is the Bhajan system. (3) There is a philosopher's similarity between the ritualsampradaya and Hindu ritual philosophy in Sidatapa, which are both depart from the fiveuniversal pillars of Satya, Santhi, Dharma, Prema and Ahimsa. The five teachings of thisphilosophy are then manifested into different forms and ways of offering by the adherents of thefaith adapted to the conditions of the religious environment.

Abstract

Geguritan Japatuan in the story there are two main characters who have different characters in observing something. Based on this background, there are three formulations to be discussed, namely: (1) what is the teaching structure contained in Geguritan Japatuan?, (2) what is the concept of divinity in the Geguritan Japatuan text?, and (3) how is local wisdom contained in Geguritan Japatuan text? In data discovery used literature study techniques, while in data analysis used descriptive qualitative techniques; while in writing, verbal language is used narratively, with a combination of inductive and deductive techniques. Structurally, the Geguritan Japatuan text can be divided into three parts: introduction, content, and closing. The concept of God in Geguritan Japatuan is the mention of the name of God as a manifestation of God, namely: Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Indra; While Local Wisdom in Geguritan Japatuan is related to Catur Sanak.

Abstract

Balinese gamelan art is one of instrument to complete the worship of the God in the yajña ceremony. Lontar Aji Ghur?nita is one of the reference sources of the artist Balinese gamelan in make and serve Balinese gamelan, because Lontar Aji Ghur?nita contains about the history about Balinese gamelan, centain of the value of Hindu theology and purification gamelan, rules, moral, and abstinence for gamelan teachers. Lontar Aji Ghur?nita is a text about karawitan art or gamelan, depicts a knowledge in creating every gamelan and divinity aspects which serve as basic every sound being produced by every lath. The numbers of lath are undeniably the number of Gods and Goddesses which are explained in the manuscript of Aji Ghur?nita, showing that God comes from everything for real, been everywhere, but it is one. The philosophy of divinity inside is explained into the concepts of Catur Loka Phala and Dewata Nawa sanga.

Abstract

The term "God" is a term taken from the realm of religion and theology. However, in the early development of philosophy, philosophy can never be released from contact to religious areas. This can be seen from the philosophy itself that was born from a change in human habits that explain realities with the help of myths and mythology. These myths and mythologies are an essential part of Ancient Greek religion. Then along with the development of knowledge, humans begin to explain phenomena or reality by using reasoning where this transition is called Philosophy. The philosophy of God itself is a branch of philosophy whose object of study is "God" or various things concerning the appreciation of God. The investigation about God is something interesting to many philosophers. One of them is Plato. Plato was one of the western philosophers who were students of Socrates. Plato's thought about philosophy of God was an attempt to reform the concept of the God found in ancient Greek society. In his view of the God, Plato's thoughts have a common thread with the concept of God in Hinduism. Therefore, this is interesting to study. By using descriptive methods, this paper will systematically describe the philosophy of God according to Plato's thoughts from a Hindu point of view.
