Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee work productivity at the Research and Development Agency of Lahat Regency. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were employees at the Development Agency Office, totaling 32 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated census technique with a sample of 32 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study was multiple linear regression using the SPSS 24 program. The results showed, a) showing the effect of work discipline on work productivity, obtaining a Sig value of 0.019 <0.05; b) testing the effect of work motivation on work productivity, the value obtained is Sig 0.000 <0.05; c) testing the effect of the work environment on work productivity variables, obtained a Sig value of 0.024 <0.05; d) the results of the F test show a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, the variables of motivation, work environment, and work discipline have an effect on employee productivity either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of organizational learning on employee performance through readiness to change. Quantitative research methods by taking samples with non-probability sampling and purposive sampling technique methods as many as 50 employees. Data analysis technique with Smart PLS software with hypothesis testing using PLS-based SEM. The results showed that organizational learning and change readiness had an effect on employee performance at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya, organizational learning had an effect on change readiness and had an effect on employee performance through change readiness. In conclusion, the higher organizational learning is done, can improve employee performance and change readiness. Thus several existing programs and training related to employee performance need to be improved to improve human resources, so as to reduce customer complaints. Employees are also encouraged to have the ability to implement the desired changes and complete work within the target time through human resource development programs and organizational learning. Abstract

The aim of the research is to facilitate local governments in planning and making development policies for sub-districts in Lahat Regency so that they will be able to maintain and increase the role of the agricultural sector in the regional economy. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Qualitatively, it is an explanation or verbal descriptions. While quantitative is a descriptive discussion using the formula of financial ratios. The results of calculating the average total income earned by lowland rice farmers per production period (4 months) is IDR 2,974,062.13 per hectare, so the amount of income for lowland rice farmers each month is IDR 743,515.53. The results of calculating economic profitability or return assed (ROA) is an average of 75.80% for each hectare once harvested. The conclusions in this study are, a) the income level of rice farmers in Kota Agung District, Lahat Regency is not feasible based on the minimum wage (UMR) in Lahat Regency. Thus the hypothesis proposed can be accepted; b) the ability of paddy rice farmers in Kota Agung District, Lahat Regency to benefit from farming through all available capabilities and resources, shows a very good condition so that the resulting farming results can be appropriate according to the wishes of the farmers. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Pillar Indo Abadi in Surabaya. The research method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance which is acceptable, with path coefficients of 0.432845, and a T-statistic value of 4.560795 which is greater than the Z value α = 0.05 (5%) = 1.96, so Significant (positive), the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance which is acceptable, with path coefficients of 0.335382, and a T-statistic value of 2.90990 which is greater than the Z value α = 0.05 (5%) = 1.96 , then it is significant (positive). In conclusion, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pillar Indo Abadi in Surabaya. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on employee performance. The research method used is systematic literature review (SLR), which is a systematic review of various articles (literature) related to research variables. The results showed that 15 (75%) studies showed a significant relationship between transformational leadership and work performance, 10 (50%) studies showed a significant relationship between transformational leadership and work motivation, 8 (40%) showed a significant relationship between work motivation and work performance, and 2 (10%) indicate that transformational leadership can influence work performance by mediating work motivation. In conclusion, that transformational leadership influences motivation where the better the implementation of transformational leadership in organizations/institutions/institutions, the more employee motivation increases. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial planning and business sustainability on the financial management of young entrepreneurs in North Musi Rawas Regency. Quantitative data type research methods are processed with SPSS For Windows as a tool for calculating data. Sampling method using simple random sampling method. The number of research samples was 31 respondents from young entrepreneurs in North Musi Rawas Regency. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of the study show that financial literacy has a positive effect on financial management as evidenced by the results of the t test which show a significant value of 0.21 <0.05, Financial planning is proven by the results of the t test of 0.25 <0.05 and the sustanibility of financial management is proven with 0.23 <0.05. In conclusion, the better the level of financial literacy, financial planning, and business sustainability, the better the level of financial management of young entrepreneurs. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Board Diversity on IPO Underpricing and Firm Value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research method uses hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing in this research examines the influence of the variables Bsize, outside, AGE_SD, and woman on the underpricing and firm value variables. secondary data is data obtained indirectly. The data sources in this research were obtained from the BEI website (https://www.idx.co.id), investing.com website (https://www.investing.com). There are control variables, namely CAPEX, Age, leverage, ROA, size and new shares. The data used in this research is panel data, namely a combination of cross sectional and time series data on companies that conducted an IPO in 2017 on the IDX with observations for 5 years (2017 - 2021). In conclusion, that Board Size has no effect on IPO Underpricing and Board Size has a significant effect on Firm Value. Keywords : Board Diversity, Firm Value, IPO, Underpricing

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Knowledge Sharing, Work Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Adam Dani Lestari. The research method used was quantitative with the sampling technique being simple random sampling with a sample size of 105 employees. Partial research results: Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Adam Dani Lestari. On top of that, at PT. Adam Dani Lestari, knowledge sharing, work culture, and environment all work together to positively and significantly affect employee performance. Conclusion: Research demonstrates a simultaneous and limited impact of the variables Knowledge Sharing, Work Culture, and Work Environment on employee performance. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of directors' compensation, managerial ownership, company size, company growth, and leverage on earnings management. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis, the population in this study uses manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. The research results show that directors' compensation, managerial ownership, company size, and company growth have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. Meanwhile, leverage has a positive and significant effect on earnings management. In conclusion, investors and creditors should be more careful in investing and lending the funds they have, because companies with low levels of leverage are indicated to be carrying out earnings management. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership as a moderating variable on company size and media exposure on disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in companies in the mining sector. The research method used is quantitative through company financial data. Research results a) The size of the company on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive regression coefficient and the resulting p-value (sig.) is below 5% (sig. = 0.000) or 0 <0.05; b) media exposure to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure has a positive regression coefficient with a p-value (sig.) resulting in below 5% (sig = 0.000) or 0 <0.05; c) institutional ownership moderates the relationship between firm size and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure which has a negative sign with a p-value (sig.) which is below 5% (sig. = 0.043) and the coefficient value is -0.120; d) institutional ownership moderates media exposure and disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility which has a p-value (sig.) which is above 5% (sig. = 0.083) and has a negative coefficient value of -0.162. In conclusion, company size and media exposure have a significant effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. Meanwhile, institutional ownership as a moderating variable negatively affects the relationship between firm size and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosures and institutional ownership as a moderating variable negatively affects the relationship between media exposure and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosures.
