Employees are one of the most important elements in an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of rewards on employee performance through job satisfaction of non-PNS employees at the Kediri District Transportation Office. This research is included in qualitative research with 3 variables which are Reward, Performance, and Job Satisfaction. The sample used was 48 people with a sample determination using saturated non-probability sampling technique. The measurement scale used is the ordinal scale through the Likert scale with the respondent's answer score 1 to 5. The hypothesis testing in this study uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) statistical analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of the study concluded that reward had no significant effect on employee performance. However, through job satisfaction, rewards have a significant influence on performance.

Pada era digital saat ini banyak membawa perubahan dalam segala aspek, terutama pada aspek ekonomi. Untuk dapat berkembang agar menjadi usaha yang sukses dan ekonomi yang meningkat, maka diperlukan banyak faktor guna pengembangan usaha. Untuk itu diperlukan pendampingan serta dukungan dari berbagai pihak untuk memberikan pelatihan serta pengembangan kemampuan SDM dari nasabah BTPN Syariah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM nasabah BTPN Syariah yaitu kurangnya edukasi mengenai pengetahuan dan kemampuan berwirausaha. PT. Bank BTPN Syariah telah berkomitmen untuk membuka akses, memberikan pendidikan, melayani, dan mendampingi pelaku segmen ultra mikro untuk menjadi produktif melalui berbagai langkah tepat berkelanjutan. Pada program kegiatan ini PT. Bank BPTN Syariah melibatkan peserta magang dari Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) sebagai fasilitator pendamping. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu melakukan pendampingan serta pelatihan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT. Tujuan kegiatan program pendamping ini adalah sebagai mentor atau pemandu dalam mengembangkan keterampilan dan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan peserta program untuk mencapai kemandirian finansial dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka sendiri. Hasil kegiatan yang dicapai adalah pelaku UMKM nasabah BTPN Syariah dapat memahami dan mengimplementasikan hasil yang telah didapat dari pendampingan serta adanya peningkatan dari penjualan usaha.

This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment and compensation on the performance of employees of the Surya Market Regional Company, Surabaya City. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of the Surya Market Regional Company, Surabaya City, totaling 43 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used SEM PLS with Smart PLS software. The results of this research indicate that the work environment has a contribution to the performance of employees of the Surya Market Regional Company, Surabaya City. This is demonstrated by the work environment variance having a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Surya Market Regional Company, Surabaya City. Meanwhile, compensation does not contribute to the performance of employees of the Surabaya City Surya Market Regional Company. This is demonstrated by the compensation variable which has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Surya Market Regional Company, Surabaya City.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee work discipline (case study of CV Pelita Offset Jombang). The population in this study were all employees of CV Pelita Offset Jombang with a total of 53 people. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample method. The questionnaire method used for data collection in this study. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) as a data analysis technique. The results show that work discipline is positively influenced by work motivation and work environment as seen from hypothesis testing where work motivation has a t-statistic of 2.879, the work environment has a t-statistic of 10,823. This shows that work motivation and a good work environment will increase the work discipline of CV Pelita Offset Jombang employees

Performance is a measure of the company's goals and the comparison of the work of an employee to the company's standards. This study aims to determine the effect of competency, training, and career development on the performance of PG Lestari employees in the Installation Section. Motede's research uses quantitative research meteodes and sampling techniques are nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling techniques. The measuring scale used is the likert scale 1-4. The sample of this study was 39 people in the Installation section of the Lestari Nganjuk Sugar Factory with the stipulation that only employees have the status of permanent employees and have attended training at least once. Data processing and hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square (PLS) assistance. The results of this study were 1) employee competency (X1) had no significant effect on employee performance (Y), 2) employee training (X2) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y), and 3) employee career development (X3) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y).

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how employees of PT Surya Segara Safety Marine's performance is affected by work ethic and work competence. Quantitative research employing the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) method is included in this category. Techniques for gathering data through the distribution of questionnaires and documentation 41 PT Surya Segara Safety Marine employees provided responses to this study. The saturated sampling technique was used for the sampling method, and the entire population was used as the research sample in this study. The SMARTPLS 3.0 program was used to calculate the hypothesis testing. This study found that PT Surya Segara Safety Marine employees' performance is significantly and positively influenced by the variables work ethic and employee competence. This means indicating that PT Surya Segara Safety Marine employees will perform better if they have a better work ethic and are more competent. Keywords: Competence; Performance; Work ethic.

This study looks into how learning motivation influences the relationship between self-efficacy, competence, and employment preparedness among Generation Z students. The study focuses on twelfth-grade accounting students at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo in the academic year 2023/2024. The study intends to investigate how self-efficacy and competence influence job preparedness, as well as how learning motivation acts as a mediator in this relationship. A quantitative approach was used to collect data from a sample of 60 pupils from a population of 108, as calculated by Slovin's formula. A questionnaire was utilized to collect data, and the findings were assessed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The findings show that self-efficacy and competence have a favorable and significant impact on students' work preparation, with learning motivation successfully moderating the link. These findings indicate that promoting self-efficacy, competence, and learning motivation in vocational education can improve students' preparedness for the workforce

Finding an harmonious balance between work and personal life is a challenge for company management but also a competitive potential. This study investigates the effects of work-family conflict on work-life balance is mediated by work stress as an intervening variable in permanent and married female employees at BRI Kuta Branch. Conducted with a quantitative approach, this study involved 51 respondents using saturation sampling to determine the sample. The data in this research was gathered by a questionnaire and examined using SEM-PLS method with the assistance of Smart-PLS software. The findings proved that there is a negative and significant effect of work-family conflict on work-life balance. Furthermore, Work stress is able to mediate work-family conflicts that have a negative and significant effect on work-life balance of female employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Kuta Branch.

The significance of having human resources within the company is one of the most important elements in order for a business or company to run well: The aim of this research is to identify the effects of: (1) Emotional Intelligence, (2) Spiritual Intelligence, (3) Stress related to emotional intelligence, (4) Stress related to spiritual intelligence, to the nurse performance. The samples taken for the research are the entire nurses in "Bunda Hospital" - Kandangan Surabaya. The research requires samples the total of 76 nurses. Data collection was carried out using the instrument of questionnaire shared to the respondent. Partial Least Square using the method of Smart PLS software was used for data analysis technique. The result of the research has shown followings: (1) Emotional Intelligence haven’t given positive contribution to the nurse performance, (2) Spiritual Intelligence have given positive contribution to the nurse performance, (3) Working stress has contributed to the impact of emotional intelligence, (4) Working stress has contributed to the impact of spiritual intelligence.

Dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang organisasi, aspek sumber daya manusia menjadi masalah dasar yang terdapat dalam setiap aktivitas. Mengingat sumber daya manusia adalah aspek strategis dan integral pada suatu organisasi, maka diharapkan setiap organisasi dapat meningkatkan potensi sumber daya manusianya dan bekerja secara maksimal sehingga dapat mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisa pengaruh beban kerja dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Metode dalam penelitian menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Populasi yang tertera mewakili sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 orang. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwasannya : (1) Workload berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan pada kinerja perawat di RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung; (2) Perception of organizational support memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung
