Abstract

This study aims to analyze and see the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT Prima Karya Teknik. And to see which of the organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline have the most significant effect on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale measurement level, interviews and observations. The population in this study are all employees at PT Prima Karya Teknik, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique, namely taking or determining the sample if all the population is used as a sample. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed using SPSS Version 22 software. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the analysis results show that organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline have a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees. And the most significant variable on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees is the organizational culture variable.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine its impact Employee Engagement, work environment, organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior and intervening effect of job satisfaction at PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk, Sidoarjo. This type of research in the researcher uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 142 respondents of production employees PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk, Sidoarjo. Using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique, with a data analysis approach using structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and analysis tool using AMOS version 24.0. The results of hypothesis concluded that the employee Engegement and organizational culture, with organizational citizenship behavior showed significant results. While the work enviroment does not significantly effect the organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reward (X1), workload (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) on employee performance (Y) through job satisfaction as an intervening variable (Z). This research has a causal concept with the aim of obtaining truth results whether proven or not through the formulated hypothesis and using data analysis. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis technique with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for the social science) version 25 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested using validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that (1) reward has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) rewards have a positive effect and significant to employee performance, (5) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (7) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (8) reward has an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, (9) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, (10) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether the internal control system variabel is able to moderate the ability of budget management on organizational performance. The population used were several employees of the Sidoarjo transportation service office who understood the management of the budget and who carried out or made work plans for the Sidoarjo transportation service whit a total of 50 respondens. The sampling technique used the slovin formula by distributing questionnaires through manuals, namely using paper and distributing them to those concerned so that they got 44 respondens. The data analysis technique used the outer model and inner model and SmartPLS version 3.0 as a tool. Based on the results of this study proves that the ability to manage budget is able to significantly influence organizational performance. In moderation, the internal control system is abel to strengthen the variabel of budget management capability. As a result, it can be concluded that there is quasi-moderation, which means that the variabel that strengthens the correlation of the dependent variabel with the independent variabel and at the same time becomes the independent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, leadership style, and work discipline on employee motivation at PT. Mapan Putra Sentosa Sidoarjo. The population used in this study are employees of PT. Mapan Putra Sentosa Sidoarjo, totaling 55 people. By using the sampling technique Quota Sampling, where in this technique the emphasis is on taking samples based on the total population. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22 for windows. The results of this study indicate that, Competence does not have a partially significant effect on employee work motivation, leadership style has a partially significant effect on employee work motivation, work discipline has a partially significant effect on employee work motivation. Competence, Leadership Style, and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on employees' work motivation. Leadership style is the most significant variable on employee motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture . competence and employe welfare on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) partially or simultaneosly at PT. Ekadharma international Tbk. in this study the researrcher used Quantitative research. The data in this study used tabulated data from respondents trough both observation and the questionnaire results. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were sixty employees at PT. Ekadharma Internasional Tbk. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and classical assumption test using SPSS version 25 software. The results of thisstudy indicated that : (1) Organizational Culture, Competence and welfare partially affected organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (2) Organizational Culture, Competence, and Welfare simultaneously affected organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). based on the finding results, the researcher concluded that competencevariable had the most significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Ekadharma Internasional Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and work stress on job satisfaction of radiology installation employees at RSUD Sidoarjo.This study uses a type of quantitative research. The technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample, which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as research samples. The sample size in this study were 77 employees of the radiology installation at RSUD Sidoarjo.The results of the study found that organizational commitment partially and simultaneously positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment partially and simultaneously positive effect on job satisfaction and job stress negatively affects job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work family conflict, organizational climate and organizational support on burnout at PT. Welirang Tirta Mandiri. The analytical tool used is tabulating the questionnaire, collecting data in the form of validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis in this study is that there is the effect of work stress, work family conflict, organizational climate and organizational support on burnout. To test this hypothesis used data analysis tools in the form of multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that work stress, work family conflict, organizational climate, and organizational support has a positive effect on burnout. And simultaneously work stress, work family conflict, organizational climate and organizational support have a positive effect on burnout.
