Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate and leadership style on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Bengkel Rama Motor. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study was carried out by saturated sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 72 employees of Bengkel Rama Motor. The data analysis technique used in this study uses path analysis using the Smart PLS version 3.3 program. The results of this study prove that organizational climate affects turnover intention, leadership style affects turnover intention, job satisfaction affects turnover intention, organizational climate affects job satisfaction, leadership style affects job satisfaction, organizational climate does not affect turnover intention through satisfaction work as an intervening variable, and leadership style has no effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership, motivation, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study was carried out by saturated sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 56 respondents, employees of CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used in this study used the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Democratic Leadership has a partial effect on job satisfaction of employees of CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo, Motivation has a partially insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction of employees of CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo, Compensation partially significant effect on job satisfaction of employees CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo, and Democratic Leadership, Motivation, compensation have a simultaneous effect on Employee Job Satisfaction CV. Bina Teknik Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of democratic leadership style, work productivity and career development partially and simultaneously and to determine the most influential variables on work motivation in CV employees. Himpunan Abadi Surabaya. The research method used a quantitative approach with questionnaire data collection techniques distributed to 100 respondents. Respondents were taken based on one of the Non Probability Sampling by using the Saturation Sampling technique (Sample Saturated) this technique is used when the entire population is used as a sample. Because the existing population in the company CV. As many as 100 of the Surabaya Abadi Association, the population will be used fully as a sample, namely 100 respondents who were tested for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests, multiple correlation coefficient tests and multiple determination tests. The results showed that the partial test showed Democratic Leadership Style, Work Productivity and Career Development partially on work motivation at CV. Himpinan Abadi Surabaya, Simultaneous test shows that Democratic Leadership Style, Work Productivity and Career Development have a simultaneous influence on work motivation and Democratic Leadership Style is the variable that has the most significant influence on work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether the Effect of Transformasional Leadership on employee Job Satisfaction, to find out and analyze whether Work Discipline has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, to determine and analyze whether Work Motivation has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. This study used a sample of 42 respondents. This research method uses quantitative. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling techique. The result of the t test (partial) show thaht the variables of Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Employee Work at PT Sarana Nikoteknik Surabaya the result of the coefficient of determination test is known that the value of r square is 0,463, this shows that the contribution of Transformational Leadership (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) is by 46,3% while the remaining 53,7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of loyalty on employee performance, and the simultaneous influence of leadership style, work motivation, and loyalty on employee performance at Alfamart Buduran branch. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population used is all Alfamart employees, totaling 40 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. This study concludes that leadership style has an effect and is significant on employee performance, while work motivation has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, and loyalty has an effect on employee performance. And simultaneously Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Loyalty affect the Employee Performance of Alfamart Buduran branch.

Abstract

This study aims to identify how the role of the head of SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Sidoarjo in maintaining the sustainability of the institution in the covid-19 era. In maintaining the sustainability of the institution in the covid-19 era, the principal must also have a role as a manager, which is conceptual by planning, solving problems at school, organizing and collaborating with school internal parties and the wider community. leader, leader or leader must be able to show himself as a leader and be able to give confidence to teachers and employees in carrying out their duties properly in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. Innovators, school principals must provide new ideas to school residents in order to maintain the sustainability of the institution. The motivator for the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the principal hopes to always provide encouragement to teachers and employees in order to foster enthusiasm in helping the principal. Types of field research with qualitative research methods. The main sources and types of data are data taken directly from school principals, vice principals (wakasek), public relations, treasurers, teachers, and administration (TU). The data collection methods are observation, interview, interview and documentation. Researchers conducted data analysis with the stages of data reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing and the validity of the data. So, the conclusion of this study shows that the role of the head of SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Sidoarjo in maintaining the sustainability of the institution in the Covid-19 era is quite good because nothing is sacrificed.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of leadership styleauthoritarian, work motivation, and discipline partially and simultaneously to loyaltyemployees at PT. Jayaland Hills Rays. This study uses a quantitative approach with questionnaire data collectiondistributed to 185 respondents. Samples are taken based on o`ne of the techniquesnon-probability sampling , the type of which is purposive sampling. Technical analysis of the data using the test instrument statement on the questionnaire (test validity,and reliability), classical assumption test (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity) and multiple linear regression (multiple correlation test, multiple determination test,partial test and simultaneous test). The results obtained from this study are that there is an influence of leadership styleauthoritarian, work motivation, and discipline partially and simultaneously to loyaltyemployees at PT. Jayaland Hills Ray.

Abstract

The purposed of the following study are to analyze and describe the impact of transformational leadership variables, workload, and entrepreneurial motivation on organizational commitment in IKM tas UD. Suwarlandono Tanggulangin. In this study, using quantitative research methods, data collection was distributed through a questionnaire/questionnaire, with a sample using a saturated sample, where there were 170 respondents in IKM bag UD. Suwarlandono Tanggulangin. The data analysis used multiple linear regression test, asumsi classic test, , and also hypothesis testing, namely partial and simultaneous tests, and data management using SPSS version 22 software. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were measured using an interval scale, the testing used Validity and Reliability Test. This study proves that transformational leadership, workload, and entrepreneurial motivation have a partial or simultaneous influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study applies a quantitative method with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 55 employees UD. Ratu Kencana Pangan Cabang Ngerong Kecamatan Gempol. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that leadership style democratic partially has a positive effect on employee performance. Compensation partially has a positive effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a positive effect on employee performance. Leadership style democratic, compensation, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
