Abstract

akat is an obligation for Muslims as the implementation of the Five Pillars of Islam including sadaah and infa. The higher the communitys awareness to pay zakat, the more amil zakat boards establish in the community, one of them is Pertaminass amil zakat body (BAMA) in Palembang. The problem currently encountered is that the determination of the recipient of zakat funds must compare the results of the survey one by one so that it is obtained who is most entitled to receive the zakat funds. This procedure may cause relatively high complexity both of time, the accuracy of the results and may affect the target recipient of zakat. The purpose of this study is to minimize the mistakes of BAMA officers in the distribution of zakat funds, so that a decision support system is needed in determining the recipient of zakat funds where the system has been determined based on criteria. K-Means Clustering is a method that groups data according to each cluster. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a method used for the ranking process by using preference values. In this study, the K-Means Clustering method will divide the zakat recipient data according to the distance calculated from the initial position between the zakat recipient data, then the SAW method will sort the zakat recipient data based on each cluster.

Abstract

In a company that relies on the internet as one of the main supports in running a company's business, it is necessary to have a computer network that is able to support this. The intended computer network must have good scalability and uptime. With the increasing number of ISPs (Internet Service Providers) currently available, this allows a company to have more than one internet source provider and also has a bandwidth that varies from each provider. By having more than one internet source, this can benefit companies in internet management, maintaining uptime and even costs. PCC load balancing aims to prevent overload that will later lead to slow or broken connections. By balancing the traffic load, it will reduce response time and increase throughput. Failover is a technique to move a broken connection to an available connection. In this study, load balancing will be carried out on 2 different ISPs, each of which has a different bandwidth of 50 Mbps and 100 Mbps, and has several routing policies to determine the main and secondary routing in the application of failover.

Abstract

This research is intended to be approved by the Academic Information System database system. The implications of this design can be used to produce a web-based Swakarya Vocational Academic Information System. The database design of this website uses the Database Life Cycle (DBLC) method which produces 34 (thirty four) tables, namely Users, Students, religion, absent_students, absent_guru, teachers, forum_komentar, building, forum_topic, groups, identity_school, schedule_pelajaran, Jenis_Kelamin, Jenis_Kelamin, , Attendance, Class, Basic Competence, Curriculum, subject matter, key values, room, quizzes, quiz test categories, essay questions, essay answers, objective goals, objective objectives, objective topics, forum comments, elearning, elearning answers, elearning categories, desire questions , questions, accountability using conceptual, logical and physical.

Abstract

Information system is a collection of components that work together to process information to assist in decision making. Palembang Ekspres is a company engaged in the daily newspaper. Problems in the company are the unavailability of special software that can help in processing employee data and decision making for employees. The purpose of this research is to build an employee information system that can help Palembang Ekspres in addressing the problem of processing employee data so that it can produce information that can help in decision making. System development methods using Rapid Application Development (RAD), modeling using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The system testing technique uses black box testing and white box testing. This research produces an employee information system website that can process employee data, work scheme, position, work unit, rank, work location, leave application, employee achievement, employee sp, and employee salary.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen pada Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an berbasis web yang berguna untuk menyediakan dan melakukan pengolahan informasi sehingga dapat memudahkan pengurus TPA dalam memanajemen TPA. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan penyampelan. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini penulis menggunakan bentuk pemrograman terstruktur dan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) dengan tahapan yaitu planning, design, coding dan testing. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL.

Abstract

Setiap awal semester, salah satu tugas pokok yang harus dilakukan oleh Bagian Administrasi dan Akademik Kemahasiswaan (BAAK) pada sebuah perguruan tinggi adalah menyiapkan jadwal perkuliahan. Dalam menyusun jadwal perkuliahan, pihak BAAK perlu berkoordinasi dengan prodi untuk menyiapkan data yang sangat penting, yaitu ketersediaan dosen untuk mengajar setiap mata kuliah. Tanpa data ini, jadwal kuliah tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan sempurna. Namun, penyiapan data ini prodi mengalami beberapa kendala. Dikarenakan sulitnya untuk mengontrol dan mengumpulkan berkas peminatan mata kuliah yang ingin diampu oleh setiap dosen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dosen untuk memilih mata kuliah yang diminati. Sistem dibangun dengan memanfaatkan metode object oriented dalam analisis dan desainnya. Sistem disusun menggunakan tahapan pada model FAST. Hasil dari penelitian ini, sistem yang dibangun berbasis web ini, menunjukkan kemajuan yang positif dalam mempermudah dosen dan prodi dalam menyusun peminatan dosen memilih mata kuliah

Abstract

Musi Banyuasin is one of the largest districts in South Sumatra. With the Vision and Mission "Muba Goes Forward 2022", The Government of Musi Banyuasin districts has launched various activity programs to achieve the vision and mission. One of them is the Free Legal Aid Program for the Poor people which is intended to provide legal aid to poor people in Musi Banyuasin districts. The obstacle faced by the Free Legal Aid Program is the difficulty of the community to register and the lack of socialization because it is only done through the distribution of circular letters. With a very large district area of course this Free Legal Aid Program can only be enjoyed by a few rural/subdistrict around the district Capital, and unreachable even known by the people of Musi Banyuasin district which are far away in remote villages/district. Therefore, a Free Legal Aid for peoples in Musi Banyuasin district web-based information system is needed, which is created using the waterfall software development method as a media for sharing information, socialization and registration which will facilitate the people to take part in this Free Legal Aid Program. With this web-based information system people can directly register the problem/legal case and immediately being followed up by the appointed Legal Aid Organization.

Abstract

The high maternal mortality rate in the city of Palembang in 2017 reached 7 maternal deaths out of 27,876 live births largely due to ignorance regarding pregnancy issues and delays in handling. This expert system of diseases diagnosis in pregnant women is made to provide knowledge about diseases in pregnant women and its handling and prevention. The Naive Bayes Classifier method applied to this expert system is a simple probabilistic classification that calculates a set of probabilities by summing the frequency and combination of values from a given dataset. The final result of this study was an expert system of diseases diagnosis in pregnant women that can provide knowledge about diseases in pregnant women and its handling and prevention.

Abstract

Simlimastech (Sistem Monitoring Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Palcomtech) merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dibangun guna memudahkan pemantauan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen. Untuk mendapatkan hasil sistem yang yang baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, maka sistem ini perlu dilakukan pengujian terhadap pengguna (user experience). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana sistem ini sudah sesuai kebutuhan dan memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan monitoring penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengukuran user experience menggunakan aspek usability. Pengukuran usability dilakukan dengan mengadopsi kuesioner USE yang mencakup tiga pengukuran menurut ISO yaitu efiensi, efektifitas dan kepuasan Hasil yang didapat dalam pengujian simlimastech ini adalah kelayakan sistem ini sudah cukup baik untuk digunakan oleh pengguna. Hal ini didapat dari hasil skor akhir yaitu 55,02% yang didapat dari skor observasi dibagi dengan skor yang diharapkan, dimana hasil tersebut berada pada interval 41-60% yang menunjukkan hasil cukup baik.

Abstract

CV.Percetakan Anugerah Ilahi adalah badan usaha yang bergerak dibidang percetakan yang ingin mengembangkan sistemnya yang masih manual menjadi terkomputerisasi. Kendala yang dialami oleh perusahaan saat ini adalah proses penyediaan pendistribusian barang dan informasi bahan bekas arus barang tidak real time, baik antar departemen maupun antar perusahaan, perusahaan dengan supplier serta perusahaan dengan distributornya. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat membantu perusahaan untuk mengelola informasi yang dibutuhkan secara real time, pengiriman barang yang tepat waktu serta mempererat hubungan antara perusahaan dengan manufaktur logistik, supplier, distribusi, produksi dan para konsumennya. Untuk merancang sistem informasi persediaan dan pendistribusian barang bekas pada percetakan Anugerah Ilahi. Fitur-fitur yang digunakan dalam sistem Green Supply Chain ini untuk mendukung proses bisnisnya meliputi : pendataan supplier, persediaan, manufaktur logistik, distribusi dan Produksi, Diharapkan dengan adanya strategi tersebut Percetakan Anugerah Ilahi dapat lebih memperkuat posisinya di dalam pangsa pasar.
