Abstract

CV. Oilfindo is a company engaged in the supply of oil and gas industry spare parts. CV. Oilfindo works routinely in carrying out mutually supportive assignments in the delivery of spare parts to several consumers in several cities. Based on the interview, the constraints that are found are on time efficiency and slow employee performance. The purpose of conducting this research is to create an Industrial Parts Distribution Information System on the CV. Oilfindo Using Rational Unified Process Method. The methodology used in system development is Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology which includes 4 stages of work, namely the inception phase, the elaboration phase, the construction phase, and the transition phase. In designing the system, 3 diagrams are used, namely class diagrams, use case and activity diagrams. The results of the application of the Information System The distribution of industrial parts is expected to help employees in facilitating the process of distribution to consumers. Abstract

Generation transformation be inline with the evolution and technological revolution that also contributes to a change in various fields. Digital generation, with their characteristic of be connected 24 hours per day, is comfortable with technology and prefers to communicate using technology services, rather than through conventional ways. Based on that, this generation can easily make an adjustments in the Industrial Age 4.0 where information availability is accessible fast and precise with the support of Information Technology. Located in one of Bali's well-established universities located in the center of tourism destinations of Jimbaran Bali, this study is applied to their newly accepted student candidate. Practically, the university itself has a proven E-Learning system in place. Given the opportunity to expand their English, before being officially registered on that system, these new learner, have no media to engage with their lecturers or classmates. Therefore, there is a need for educational technology that offers communication platforms, collaboration, and training. Applying descriptive analysis method, this research data is done with pre, post and evaluation scheme which is combination of conventional class learning, E-Learning, including obtaining a survey at the end of course, to get feedback from learners.Keywords-Blended learning, digital learning, native digital, industrial revolution, generation characteristic.

Abstract

General administration bureau has the main task and function of preparing a plan, coordinating, directing and evaluating the implementation of activities in it as well as formulating technical policies in the fields of administration, governance, staffing and equipment based on legislation that applies as work guidelines. The General Administration at STMIK & Politeknik LPKIA is not only a center for administrative services, but also includes seven other important functions. Seeing the many functions that are so vital, the existence of a reliable information system service becomes inevitable. In developing and planning information systems in the General Administration. This study uses the Enterprise Architecture Planning method to document every part that focuses on business processes, data, applications and technology. The application of the User Generated Content method is also expected to reduce repetitive processes that cause waste of resources. The final result of this study is to produce an Integrated Information System that suits the needs of the institution, can contribute to the efficiency of costs and resources used, and produce an integrated information system service plan master plan that can be a reference for developing the current system.Keyword — General Administration, Enterprise Architecture Planning, User Generated Content, Masterplan.

Abstract

Abstract Increased desire of Muslims in performing Umrah, sometimes making prospective pilgrims not selective in choosing a trusted umrah travel agency, consequently it causes regret and loss for prospective worshipers, besides that there is an alternative choice of various Umrah travel agencies, it takes time in determining a trusted Umrah travel agency. Therefore, information is needed that is fast and up to date, and able to provide recommendations in supporting the decisions of prospective pilgrims to determine the choice of a trusted Umrah travel agency. This study uses the Entropy and Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in generating ranking. The criteria used in this election are service, security, facilities, existence, price, travel package, trust. Data from the Umrah travel agency were obtained from the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) of Palembang City. The final results of this study are in the form of recommendations for the Umrah religious umrah travel agency in the form of website-based ranking. Abstract

Abstract Slamet Outdoor Adventure is one of the camping and outdoor equipment rental service providers in Tambak. In this discussion the author explains in the background that slamet outdoor adventure still uses a manual system, starting from processing customer data, goods, packages, recording rental transactions, recording returns transactions and recording reports on all transactions. Then we need a specially designed program using Visual Basic 6.0 for the interface and the database uses MySQL which aims to store the data. With computerized camping equipment rental at Slamet Outdoor Adventure Shop this will make it easier for all transactions, so the system will run faster and more accurately and better than the previous system. Abstract

The National Hero is a title given to Indonesian citizens who fought against invaders who died in defense of the nation and state of Indonesia, or produce extraordinary achievements and works for the development and progress of the nation and state of the Republic of Indonesia. This research is motivated by the development of multimedia technology in various fields including in the field of education. The problem is that education in Indonesia still uses many conventional methods, namely by listening to teacher explanations and using books. This method makes students easily bored. Therefore, a learning media is made using interactive multimedia technology based on Android, so students are more enthusiastic about learning. Along with the development of information technology, there are now many devices have been created to facilitate access to information. Information systems about the history of Indonesian Heroes today are still dominated by books. Therefore, researchers will create a learning application for the introduction of national heroes use the development of android-based technology that is growing rapidly nowadays. The purpose of making this learning media is to help students get to know National Heroes in Indonesia to improve memory and nationalist feelings of Tanjung Morawa SDN 104238 students which was developed with Adobe Flash and Android Smartphones.

Abstract

With the advancement of information technology today, especially in the process of writing words and sentences where a person will be easier in the process of writing using hands and neat but the writing process carried out at this time also cannot be abandoned. Some activities require us to use handwriting manually such as making statement letters or other important documents. In the implementation that will be carried out on the system of letter pattern recognition in words using handwriting will produce a lower level of accuracy compared to the introduction made on systems that is in computers such as Times New Roman, Calibri, and so on. By using Hybrid Features extraction and backpropagation algorithm, it is expected to reduce problems in the process of recognizing one's handwriting pattern. To get a feature pattern, Hybrid Features extraction used from diagonal features, x and y axis gradients and averages are used. The feature will be used is artificial neural networks with the backpropagation algorithm. The test parameters used are the accuracy of the number of written images recognized by the system. Based on models' performance tests, the highest accuracy was 93.86% for uppercase letters with 45 datasets, 80.46% with 30 datasets for lowercase letters and 78.205 with 45 datasets for all letters. The testing of the program made obtained an accuracy value of 72.92% for the image of the new word, 83.33% for the image of the new letter and 82.56% for the image of the letter that had been studied.

Abstract

Computer-Based National Examination (UNBK) also called the Computer Based Test (CBT) is a system of implementing national examinations using computers as the test media. The implementation of UNBK is still not optimal, especially in district cities or remote areas. SMK PGRI 1 Giri is one of the schools in Banyuwangi Regency with a low graduation rate. Some of the causes of the decline in the value of computer-based national exams in Banyuwangi is the panic of students because they are not accustomed to working on the questions in the time listed on the monitor that makes students nervous, the other cause is some students are not accustomed to working on computer-based exam questions. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to develop a computer-based exam application that is designed to have a work principle and appearance that is almost the same as the computer-based national examination system (UNBK). In this study, the Online Test Application (ATOS) was designed using PHP and MySQL with the waterfall development method, so that it can be used by Teachers to train students computer-based exams.

Abstract

Satisfaction is the level of consumer feelings obtained after consumers enjoy something. Student satisfaction is the level of difference between what students expect about employee service, lecturer competencies supported by facilities and infrastructure with the actual situation and conditions given by the university. Students are consumers or customers of a college so the concept of student satisfaction can be equated with customer satisfaction, namely the level of one's feelings after comparing performance or results which he felt compared to his expectations. To improve the quality of service quality both academically and non-academically, STIKOM PGRI Banyuwangi is committed to making a digital-based student satisfaction questionnaire system. This system is designed web-based using PHP and MySQL using the waterfall method. With the existence of this system, it is expected that it can be seen the percentage level of student satisfaction with the service and availability of facilities and infrastructure at STIKOM PGRI Banyuwangi.

Abstract

In this technological advancement, information is needed on soil fertility for agricultural entrepreneurs. This information is carried out using the E-Soil application in identifying soil color and web information for spatial rice fields and soil fertility. The usefulness of this application is to regulate the utilization of agricultural land appropriately and optimally. To find out how much influence the use of E-Soil application is made, an analysis is carried out by collecting data using questionnaires and the data is processed using validity and reliability tests. The next step is checking using classical assumptions, and analysis using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The study was conducted in Singojuruh Subdistrict towards farming businesses. The results of this research are farm business and information technology variables that have a moderate and strong relationship to the ease of use of E-Soil applications. This variable also has a significant effect on the ease of use of the E-Soil application.
