Abstract

The success of an educational organization in achieving its intended purpose can not be separated from the service quality and management of price or cost to achieve one goal is to give satisfaction to the academic.. This study aims to analyze the influence of quality of service to academic satisfaction college student, the influence of price on students 'academic satisfaction, and influence jointly between quality and price sevice on students' academic satisfaction. Techniques analysis of the results of studies using dekspriptif, Based on this study suggested satisfaction of students' academic needs to be improved because there are still some students who are not satisfied with the service quality and price or cost they have paid. Positive effect that if the quality of service and better pricing management in then increasing students' academic satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstrakIslam agama Rahmatan lil ‘alamin yang mengajarkan sikap wasathiyah sesuai dengan metodologi Al-Qur’an, yaitu lembut, santun, ramah, berlapang dada, dan mengandalkan kekuatan doa. Wajah Islam Nusantara yang dibawa oleh para mujahid sufi wali sanga adalah  sangat kental diwarnai oleh corak Tasawuf, yaitu corak keIslaman yang lembut, santun dan toleran. Para Ulama’ dari kurun waktu ke waktu yang lain telah memposisikan dirinya sebagai obor umat, yang senantiasa membimbing umat agar menjadi sebatang pohon yang indah. Akar keyakinan yang kokoh; batang, dahan, ranting dan dedaunannya adalah istiqomah; sedangkan buah pohon keIslaman adalah integritas akhlak, etika, dan moral.Ajaran Islam memiliki tiga pilar; iman, Islam dan ihsan, kemudian berkembang menjadi akidah, syari’ah, dan akhlak atau tawhid, fikih dan Tasawuf. Ihsan merupakan essensi Tasawuf dan sebaliknya, keduanya merupakan pilar utama untuk membangun pribadi Muslim yang saleh, yaitu pribadi yang tercermin pada diri dan perilaku Nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai Al-Qur’an hidup.Indonesia telah masuk pada abad ke-21 atau abad global, banyak masyarakat muslim yang berhasil menduduki posisi strategis di segala ranah kehidupan; politik, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya, yang seharusnya mewarnai Indonesia dengan nilai-nilai keIslaman semisal etos kerja, produktifitas, professional, dan integritas yang berujung pada kemaslahatan umat manusia. Akan tetapi, moralitas mereka kotor karena hanya menunjukkan simbol-simbol keIslaman saja. Ihsan (Tasawuf) dipahami secara inklusif; terbatas pada ranah perilaku peribadatan saja, sehingga Rekontekstualisasi nilai-nilai Tasawuf pada seluruh ranah kehidupan manusia akan menjadi wujud perilaku nyata sebagai representasi dari nilai ajaran tasawuf itu sendiri untuk mewujudkan maslahah bagi manusia yang dinamis seiring perkembangan zaman.Kata Kunci : Representasi, Tasawuf, masyarakat, globalAbstract Islam Rahmatan lil 'alamin religion that teaches attitude wasathiyah accordance with the methodology of the Qur'an, that is gentle, courteous, friendly, diledang chest, and rely on the power of prayer. The root of firm beliefs; stems, branches, twigs and leaves are istiqomah; while the fruit of Islamic trees is the integrity of morals, ethics, and morals.Islamic teachings have three pillars; faith, Islam and ihsan, then developed into aqidah, shari'ah, and morals or tawhid, fiqh and mysticism. Ihsan is the essence of Sufism and vice versa, both of which are the main pillars for building a pious Muslim personality, a person who is reflected in the self and behavior of Prophet Muhammad as the living Qur'an.Indonesia has entered the 21st century or the global century, many Muslim societies have succeeded in occupying strategic positions in all spheres of life; political, economic, social and cultural rights, which should color Indonesia with Islamic values such as work ethic, productivity, professional, and integrity that lead to the benefit of mankind. However, their morality is dirty because it shows only the symbols of Islam. Ihsan (Sufism) is understood inclusively; confined to the domain of religious behavior only, so that Rekontekstualisasi the values of Sufism on the entire realm of human life will be a manifest behavior as a representation of the value of the teachings of Sufism itself to realize the maslahah for human dynamic as the times.Keywords: Representation, Sufism, society, global

AbstractThe majority of Indonesian Islamic . In Javanese society, Walisongo designation is a very well known name and has a special meaning, which is used to refer to the names of the characters are seen as the beginning of broadcasting Islam in Java. The role of the mayor is very big on the course of administration of the empire, especially the Sultanate of  Demak. Method development and broadcasting of Islam which is taken for the Mayor prioritizes wisdom. Closing the rulers and the people directly to show the goodness of Islam, giving examples of noble character in everyday life as well as adjusting the conditions and situation of the local community, so it is not the slightest impression of Islam was developed by the Mayor with violence and coercion. Abstract

AbstractOne of the forms of worship to draw closer to Allah SWT related to property is donated. waqf istismari also called productive waqf, waqf property that is used for investment purposes, whether in agriculture, industry, trade, and services. This endowment is growing problems in the village Longkeyang, where the youth of Longkeyang attempted endowment for the welfare of citizens. In 2006, approximately 10 people from the youth of the Longkeyang together activists AMM (Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah) began a new initiative is to create a new institution that was later (in 2010) was named after the Badan Pekerja Pengembangan Ranting Muhammadiyah (BP2RM). (1) The first step movement endowment productive Muhammadiyah Youth in Longkeyang namely (a) the anxiety of citizens and youth of the organization is stagnant and also go hand in hand some scholars who died, so no worries "if shortly Muhammadiyah in Longkeyang will run out" as the scorn of other people. (B) Establish Badan Pekerja Pengembangan Ranting Muhammadiyah (BP2RM) Longkeyang village. (C) Movement Endowments Endowments coins For Productive. The two (2) Management of communal ownership of productive Youth in Longkeyang namely (a) From the collected coins donated land and then bought 1,500 m maximized as initial capital. (B) The existing endowments worked together to reduce the cost of key crops albasia timber, then the cost of treatment using the results of intercropping banana plants. The third (c) In the future, earning endowment will be managed by the sharing system, since from 2006 to 2010 the endowment of productive trees used for the expansion of land. (3) The Role of Waqf Productive Youth Welfare Citizens For The Longkeyang namely (a) The results of this productive endowments, are not significant, but citizens can already feel as waqf land managers and also from the results of the banana crop intercropping. Abstract

This study aims to introduce the AUD Learning Model with Modification of Congklak Games that are Effective As a Child Development Stimulation Facility. This type of research is Development Research. Subjects were children of group B in RA in RA Perwanida Wonosobo. Research data collection method uses: Observation, Interview and Documentation. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis with percentage validation data.The results showed: AUD learning model with Congklak Game Modification was delivered through stories with the help of posters, singing together, question and answer, mentioning, drawing and playing Congklak according to the theme of using learning models with effective Congklak Game Modification. This effectiveness is indicated by a significance value greater than 0.05. This is supported by the results of calculationst. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menemukan Model Pembelajaran AUD dengan Modifikasi Permainan Congklak yang efektif Sebagai Sarana Stimulasi Perkembangan Anak. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Pengembangan (Research and Development). Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok B di RA di RA Perwanida Wonosobo. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan:  Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi .Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan data validasi persentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Model pembelajaran AUD dengan Modifikasi Permainan Congklak ini diantarkan melalui cerita dengan bantuan poster,menyanyi bersama,tanya jawab, menyebutkan, gambar dan bermain Congklak sesuai tema  model pembelajaran menggunakan dengan Modifikasi Permainan Congklak efektif. AbstractThis work is of the historical discourse about the constitution Medina of law with the Medina Charter of The Prophet Muhammad as the content analysis and tends to find out moral massages, values, and principles therein to be implemented for the development of highly-plural Indonesian people. The history of the establishment of the Medina Law is closely related to the discourse about the charter of Medina which is still relevant to speak about. To sharpen the analysis of this work, I quote words from both western scholars and moslem ones and then understand them in the context of social life of the citizens of Indoenesia, especially in resolving social conflicts among peoples and ethnics. In additions, it may be suggested to be a resolution of religious conflicts at local, regional, and international levels. This work has, of course, relevance for the values in the Medina charter as a principle of the establishment of law-based nation are very important to be applicable in Indonesia. The human right, the unity of citizens, religion-based community, the protection for the minority, the politic of peace, etc. are fundamental basic of the values of civilization once practiced by the Prophet Muhammad through the charter of Medina as the fondation of the state law.Key words: history, state law, the Medina constitution, ummah, the charter of Medina.

Abstract

AbstractThe term of takaful originates from Arabic verb ”kafalah” which means ”to help one another” or ”mutual guarantee”. Now takaful can be defined as an Islamic insurance concept which is grounded in Islamic muamalat, and regulations of Islamic law. This concept has been practiced in various forms. Theoretically, Takaful is perceived as cooperative or mutual insurance, where members contribute a certain sum of money to a common pool. Takaful is invited since commercial/conventional insurance is prohibited in Islamic law. Commercial/conventional insurance is strictly disallowed for Moslem because it contains the elements of gharar (uncertainty), maysir (gambling), and riba (usury).Islamic Insurance or Sharia Insurance is based on mutual cooperation, responsibility, assurance, protection and assistance between groups of participants. Sharia Insurance gives members the opportunity to benefit in two ways ; from the financial security of a risk sharing arrangement, and from the spiritual benefit. Indonesia Islamic Insurance Association (AASI) said the growth of Takaful industry in 2013 reached 30-40 per cent. This year is expected better than before because Indonesia has prospect for the insurance industry to grow.Keywords: Islamic Law, Risk Sharing, Mutual Cooperation

Abstract

AbstractThe World Health Organization (WHO) has indeed adopted the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) in the 56th World Health Assembly in 2003. The FCTC provides reference to the importance of worldwide tobacco control. The impact of this resistance is the tobacco farmers of Temanggung Regency. Tobacco planted on the slopes of Sindoro and Sumbing mountains, Temanggung Regency, is the number one tobacco producer of tobacco srinthil. Srinthil Tobacco has been listed as Geographical Indication No. ID G 000 000 027 at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Srinthil is located in the village of Legokari Tlogomulyo District has a high quality has placed it as a green gold title. Cultural heritage has left the custom of ritual in obtaining the quality of tobacco. But behind the success of tobacco as one of the commodities that have a large contribution to state revenues, the government actually issued several policies against the development of marketing. The government’s appreciation of the tobacco leaf lately seems half-hearted. For farmers, tobacco is not just a commodity. Tobacco is an important part of the spiritual life. Elements of tobacco in the form of chopping, clove or cigarettes in offerings that symbolize fire, water, air and soil. Thus tobacco is considered as a balance between man and nature. The way to see the tobacco issue from a health standpoint by negating this other perspective is not only inappropriate but rather misleading. The reason is that tobacco is a legal and superior commodity that has a vital role with the linkage of economic, social and cultural interests. Therefore, the government can not yet accommodate the human rights of economic, social and cultural rights.AbstrakWorld Health Organization (WHO) memang telah mengadopsi Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) dalam Sidang Kesehatan Dunia (World Health Assembly) ke-56 pada 2003. FCTC ini memberikan rujukan tentang betapa pentingnya pengendalian tembakau di seluruh dunia. Dampak yang dirasakan adanya resistensi ini ialah petani tembakau Kabupaten Temanggung. Tembakau yang ditanam di lereng gunung Sindoro dan Sumbing, Kabupaten Temanggung, sebagian adalah penghasil tembakau kualitas nomor satu, yakni tembakau srinthil. Tembakau Srinthil telah terdaftar sebagai Indikasi Geografis No. ID G 000 000 027 di Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual. Srinthil berada di Desa Legoksari Kecamatan Tlogomulyo ini memiliki berkualitas tinggi telah menempatkannya sebagai sebutan emas hijau. Warisan budaya telah meninggalkan adat berupa ritual dalam mendapatkan mutu tembakau. Tetapi dibalik kesuksesan tembakau sebagai salah satu komoditas yang memiliki sumbangsih besar terhadap penerimaan negara, pemerintah justru mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan yang menentang terhadap perkembangan pemasaran. Apresiasi pemerintah terhadap daun tembakau belakangan nampak setengah hati. Bagi para petani, tembakau memang tak sekedar komoditi. Tembakau menjadi bagian penting dari kehidupan spiritual. Unsur tembakau berupa rajang, kretek atau rokok dalam sesaji yang melambangkan api, air, udara dan tanahal. Dengan demikian tembakau dianggap sebagai penyeimbang antara manusia dan alam. Cara melihat persoalan tembakau dari sudut pandang kesehatan dengan meniadakan perspektif lainnya ini bukan hanya tidak tepat melainkan justru menyesatkan. Alasannya, tembakau adalah barang legal dan komoditi unggulan yang mempunyai peran vital dengan pertautan kepentingan ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. Oleh sebab itu pemerintah belum bisa menjadi mengakomodir hak-hak manusia (human rights) hak-hak ekonomi, sosial dan budaya.
