Abstract

AbstractDalam dunia politik praktis, terkesan tidak ada etikanya. Karena yang dikejar adalah tercapainya tujuan politik dengan segala cara. Namun dalam Islam, ada etika politik yang telah dibangun oleh para pemikir muslim, seperti Ibn Abi Rabi’ al-Farabi al-Mawardi Ibn Taymiyyah, dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan renungan, acuan, dan evaluasi terhadap kehidupan politik yang ada, tak terkecuali kehidupan berpolitik di Indonesia, sekaligus diterapkan secara riil dalam panggung politik, dengan multi-interpretasinya. Abstract

AbstractThis discussion aims to answer two problems, namely (1) is there any effect ofsupervision, compensation, and competency to work’s motivation? (2) is thereany effect of supervision, compensation, and competence on the teacherperformance either directly or indirectly ( through the work motivation)? Theresults of the path analysis testing phase I can concluded that supervision,compensation, competencies significantly effect to work’s motivation. Throughmultivariate regression analysis resulted in a significant influence. Competencyeffective contribution of 14.4 %, amounting to 1.5 % of compensation, andsupervision by 0.8 %. While the results of the partial regression test producessome conclusion, (1) the supervision effect but not significant with a score of0.029 and β scores sig 0.673 ( greater than 0.05 ), (2) the compensation effect is not significant with a score of 0.123 and β scores sig 0.075 (greater than 0.05), and ( 3 ) a significant effect of competence with a score of 0.380 and β sig score of 0.000 ( less than 0.05 ). The result of path analysis of phase II can be cocluded that supervision, compensation, competencies, and motivation together to significantly affect to the performance of Islamic religious teachers. While explaining the partial regression test, supervision and competence have asignificant effect, while compensation and motivation but not significant effect.Furthermore, after the model test found that supervisors supervise directly affect performance. Supervision has a direct effect score is greater than the indirect effect scores. Compensation does not affect the performance directly, but through motivation. Because scores directly effect compensation is smaller than the indirect effect. Competence directly effect performance significantly. Because the direct influence competence scores greater than the indirect effect scores.Effective contribution of each variable is different. Supervision effectivecontribution by 4.81 %. Compensation effective contribution of 0.1 %.Competency effective contribution by 64 %, and the contribution of effectivemotivation of 0.7 %. Based on the results of the study found, the elementaryteacher PAI’s performance can be improved through the supervision,compensation through motivation, competence, and other variables that are notincluded in the study.Keyword: motivasi, kinerja guru PAI, supervisi, kompensasi, kompetensi

Abstract

AbstractReligious Education given to children with intellectual challenges are di? erent from normal children in general. Th e di? erence is not in its subject matter, but in terms of the extent and development of materials of religious education tailored to the child’s ability. A Mentally dissabled child is not easy to be educated about the teaching of religion, because the limitations in capturing the religious instruction and behavior di? erent from normal children. Teachers have an important character such as a motivator. Teachers should be able to increase or stimulate activity, provide encouragement, as a good example, as well as providing facilities for students to have a passion in studying religion, especially in the process of learning in children with intellectual challenges who have mental conditions that are di? erent from normal children. Th erefore, it is important for teachers to give encouragement or stimulus that they have a passion and interest in the study of religion.Keywords: Teacher, Motivation, Mentally disabled.

Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai sebuah sistem untuk proses perubahan individu memiliki nilai penting di dalam kehidupan setiap manusia. Untuk mewujudkan perubahan yang mampu menjangkau semua aspek dalam diri manusia dibutuhkan kurikulum yang mampu rnenunjangnya. Kurikulum perlu didesain agar proses kehidupan yang ada mendapat porsi yang imbang, antara aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Globalisasi merupakan sebuah keniscayaan dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, hal ini sebagai bagian dan adanya proses neo-liberalisme, dimana perlu disikapi dengan kepala dingin. Globalisasi membawa pengaruh dalam berbagai lini kehidupan baik yang negatif maupun positif, termasuk di dalamnya adalah dunia pendidikan. Untuk menunjang dan menghadang globalisasi, maka perlu adanya strategi dalam pendidikan. Strategi itu dimaksudkan sebagai sebuah langkah yang harus dilakukan.

Abstract

Konsep kepemimpinan dalam Islam memiliki dasar-dasar yang sangat kuat dan kokoh yang bukan saja dibangun dari  nilai-nilai ajaran Islam, namun telah dipraktekkan sejak berabad-abad yang lalu oleh nabi Muhammad SAW, para Shahabat dan al-Khulafa' al-Rosyidin. Bersumber dari al-Qur'an dan al-Sunnah, Berkembang  dinamis karena dipengaruhi oleh kondisi sosial, politik dan budaya. Ketika di Madinah Nabi Muhammad SAW mempunyai peran ganda, sebagai kepala pemerintahan  sekaligus sebagai hakim  yang merupakan manifestasi beliau sebagai Rasul utusan Allah SWT. Syari’at Islam menjadi dasar tata pemerintahan  pada waktu itu, yang selanjutnya sistem khilafah Islam dipegang oleh seorang  Khālifah, termasuk di dalamnya yang dikenal sebagai al-Khulafa al-Rasyidin. Masa khilafah Islam ini berakhir bersamaan dengan runtuhnya system kekhalifahan yang dihapus oleh Majelis Nasional Turki (1924 M) yang pada waktu itu dipegang oleh Kemal at-Taturk.[1]Sebelumnya dia juga telah sistem Kesultanan Turki (1922 M). Hal ini ternyata menimbulkan dampak yang begitu besar pada sistem pemerintahan negara yang secara struktural dan konstitusional berubah secara radikal

Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to draw the conceptional relation among library, research, and scientific work. Library is traditionally considered as a place of book collection, a reading room, or 'a small waste room’, which show ’a narrow vision’. However, as learning source, library is a place of study, which requires good facility such as providing reading room, complete collection, clear light, good air circulation, etc. It should also be supported by friendly and helpful staff.The relation between research and scientific work is that the report of research should be academically written in national or international journal as a scientific work. In the relation to this, library is a reservoir of collection (printed and non printed collection), including scientific works. In other word, scientific work, like journal or book, should be made as a report of research. Library, research, and scientific work are different from each other, but they can not be separated to each other.

AbstractHadits yang merupakan manifestasi perkataan (qouliy), perbuatan (" ’liy) dan dan pengakuan (taqriri) dari bagi baginda nabi Muhammad saw 14 abad yang silam mengandung kajian sainti" k yang sangat mendalam dan bermanfaat bagi kehidupan, memiliki rahasia-rahasia yang baru bisa diketahui pada abadmodern ini. Hadits yang dimaksud adalah hadits yang berkaitan erat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari (a’malul yaumiyyah) meliputi: makanan, minuman, kesehatan, dan tidur. Rahasia-rahasia tersebut coba dikaji dari baerbagai sudut, sanadnya, kitabnya, dan rahasia sains yang yang terkandung di dalammnyameliputi " sika, kimia, biologi, dan kedokteran. Rahasia yang ditelaah meliputi: puasa, khasiat yang terkandung dalam makanan, siwak, gandum, kurma, larangan meniup minuman, cara yang terbaik dalam tidur.Keywordi: hadits, sains, rahasia

Abstract

AbstractThis study provides Abdullah bin Nuh and his struggle on Da’wah to reveal his contribution in the Da’wah of Islam particularly in Islamic education. In methodology, this paper used in-depth literature review and an analysis to highlight his noble works in order to increase prestige of Islam in Indonesia through education field. This study finds that Abdullah bin Nuh has great contribution in Indonesia, he very concerned in education with continually Islamic teaching and discourses to his students. This concerning were evidenced with the founding of two Islamic centers in Bogor both al-Ghazaly and al-Ihyaa with Islamic programs and discourses for public society and students (santri) as well. Moreover, in the regard to make good intellectual foundation among students of university, he also held several special discourses about Islamic teaching frequently. Therefore, in order to support his da’wah on Islamic education his consistently translated several classical Arabic books particularly al-Ghazaly’s works to Indonesia and Sundanese language to make easier his students understanding. Finally, this paper presents the aspect life of Abdullah bin Nuh which did not covered yet by Indonesian Muslim today and to promote his struggle and contribution in da’wah of Islam in Indonesia.

Abstract

Each discipline of Sciences has a scope of discussion on the basis of epistemology which is the reference in the discussion. Something particular epistemology may be a reference from some science or may be di erent epistemology. . However, the message to be conveyed by a particular science, should be di erent, at least in terms of the speci€ cations and provisions applicable in that science, including in terms of the terminology used. If this is ignored, it will cause confusion of understanding and in turn the message to be delivered discipline does not reach the target, even it raises the problem. Moreover, between Philosophy and Science, there is clearly a signi€ cant epistemological di erence. If Philosophy departs from the spirit of contemplative thinking that is not legitimated with the involution of any discipline, in a free and underserved discourse. While Science departs from certain rules, even depended on a particular discipline.  is means that speaking of Philosophy must be independent of any discipline, speci€ cation and legitimacy context.  is paper attempts to describe some of the terms applicable in Philosophy of Sciences which should not have happened and is legitimate to be corrected, otherwise it can be interpreted to straighten understanding. Namely the use of the term “Philosophy” which is quali€ ed by the term “Science” and the term “ontology” on the book Philosophy of Science (A Popular Introduction), by Jujun S. Suriasumantri published by: Pustaka Sinar Harapan, Jakarta, 1996.
