Abstract

The existence of an ATM location requires a placement evaluation that aims to support business and provide convenience and comfort to customers when using or transacting. This study aims to evaluate the placement of ATM locations using the K-Means method, and research using data obtained from data mining to obtain decisions that lead to not strategic, strategic, and very strategic ATM locations. This study uses data sourced from the BNI ATM database and performance data in one semester or six months, namely January to June 2021, as many as 121 ATM locations spread across the island of Bali. The application of the K-Means Algorithm in this study uses 6 clustering criteria, namely ATMs Usage, ATMs Fee-Based Income/ FBI, ATMs Service Level Agreement/ SLA, ATMs distance, competitor ATMs, and Business Distance. In addition to presenting calculations using spreadsheets, this research also produces implementations in web-based software. The results of alternative classifications based on K-Means on very strategic centroids of 27 locations or covering 22.31%, strategic several 77 locations or covering 63.64%, and non-strategic 17 locations or covering 14.05%. Although the location of ATMs that are classified as non-strategic criteria is quite small, this can be optimized by several strategic steps that can be taken by stakeholders within the company, such as evaluating the bank's business plan in 2022 and improving the supervision of machines at ATM locations.

Abstract

The TSP problem is one where a seller visits multiple destinations at the same time and they are only allowed to visit once. The purpose of this TSP is to shorten the shortest distance, thereby minimizing time and cost. There are various methods to solve the TSP problem, including greedy algorithm, brute force algorithm, hill climbing method, ant algorithm, and genetic algorithm. Each process in a genetic algorithm is affected by several parameters, including population size, maximum generation, crossover rate, and mutation rate. The purpose of this study is to apply genetic algorithms to the traveling salesman problem optimization, calculate the maximum influence of generation, chromosome number, crossover rate and mutation rate on the optimal genetic algorithm, calculate the range of chromosome number, population size, crossover rate and mutation rate for genetic algorithm in the traveling salesman problem and calculate the effect of adaptive genetic algorithm parameters on genetic algorithm results. Based on the results obtained from research and testing, the four parameters of the genetic algorithm are positively correlated with fitness results while negatively correlated with execution time performance where each adaptive parameter applied provides more optimal fitness results than static parameters. The four adaptive parameters that are applied together give optimal results, both fitness which reaches 1.0% and time reaches 38.7%.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-Cov-2) known as covid-19 was detected and caused a very large number of deaths due to a mysterious respiratory disease. With the death toll continuing to rise, the government was forced to take swift action to break the chain of spread and reduce the number of deaths by taking vaccinations. An adequate vaccine against Covid-19 is expected to vaccinate at least 70% of the population. Therefore, this study was carried out as a step to help break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, by classifying the Covid-19 vaccine screening data. The research method applied in this study is the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method, in which there are several processes, namely selection, pre-processing, transformation, data mining, and evaluation. The application of the Naive Bayes method is expected to be able to classify Covid-19 vaccine screening data with vaccine class values, no, and delay. The results of the research on the classification of the Naive Bayes method show that there are 959 data with Vaccine data 695, No 200, and Delay 64. Processed using the Rapidminer application, the accuracy is 96.56%, Precision is 92.46%, and Recall is 92.13%.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is the process of classifying a text dataset as positive, negative or neutral. Youtube is one of the popular media used to provide responses to a problem. In the Jokowi era, infrastructure development was carried out massively and evenly, one of which was in Bali Province, namely the construction of the Mengwi-Gilimanuk Toll Road. The construction of the Mengwi-Gilimanuk Toll Road consumed a lot of people's agricultural land, which resulted in various pro and con responses from the community. From these problems, sentiment analysis is carried out to get community reviews related to the object being analyzed by utilizing algorithms to be able to classify opinions, in the construction of this system the naïve bayes algorithm is used with testing methods namely accuracy, precision, and recall. From the sentiment analysis conducted by utilizing 18 video links on YouTube with 701 comments, it produces positive sentiment as much as 50.64%, negative sentiment as much as 7.70% and neutral sentiment as much as 39.23%.

Abstract

As the number of human populations increases and the economy becomes more advanced, people's awareness of health increases. This can increase the number of patient visits if the community will visit for treatment, therefore it is necessary to pay special attention from the health center to carry out readiness in the fulfillment of facilities and service support equipment, such as services in the outpatient registration place where registration documents must be adjusted to the number of existing patients, if the documents are lacking or have not been made, there can be long queues or accumulation of patients which leads to inadequate service. For this reason, the public health center must carry out careful planning activities, one of which is by conducting forecasting activities in order to overcome these problems. This study compares the best method among the 2 time series methods, then the forecasting results will be compared with the actual data to find which forecasting is the best. The final results showed the MAPE value of the arima method for Direct Patient Visits data was worth 22.55% while the Referral Patient Visits were valued at 47.40% with the Moderate/Feasible category, the Holwinters method for Direct Patient Visits data was worth 7.90% while the Referral Patient Visits were worth 11.90% with the excellent category.can be said that the smallest error value is Holtwinters from Direct Patient Visit data with MAPE 7.90% and from Referral Patient Visit data with MAPE 11.90%. Which is where it is said to be an excellent forecasting category

Abstract

Poor coral reefs rising in eastern Indonesia. The colors have disappeared from the seafloor instead, bleached branches are visible. To recognize the differences between dead and healthy coral reefs, an identification system has been created using the image processing method. Object segmentation is a step in digital image processing to separate one object from another based on specific characteristics. In this study, coral objects with various colored backgrounds and things became a problem to separate, so this study aimed to separate these various colors. This research uses color space segmentation to visualize RGB and HSV colors, Grabcut segmentation to separate the largest corals, and watershed segmentation to separate dead corals. Therefore, from this study, the RGB and HSV color visualizations were clearly visible. From Grabcut segmentation, it is found that the largest fish is detected and can be displayed in the segmentation results. At the same time, the watershed segmentation displays dead coral taken by gray segmentation with otsu.

Abstract

Fish are living things with the highest trophic level in a body of water. Fish are living creatures that live in aquatic environments in fresh, brackish and marine waters. Tilapia is one of the leading commodities of aquaculture and is a widely used freshwater fish, and its production is quite high. Fuzzy logic is a logic that deals with the concept of partial truth, where classical logic states that everything can be expressed in binary terms (0 or 1). Various theories in the development of fuzzy logic show that fuzzy logic can be used to model various systems. A very adaptable and data-tolerant approach is mamdani fuzzy. Therefore, in this research, a mamdani fuzzy model will be developed to evaluate the quality of tilapia. This research uses fuzzy logic to evaluate the quality of tilapia based on its texture, taste, and size. In this study, researchers modeled 4 fuzzy variables, with 3 inputs (texture, taste, and size), 1 output (price), and a total of 4 fuzzy variables. The MIN IMPLICATION function was used in the inference procedure in the fuzzy operator application. Next, the MAX approach is used in the compilation of all fuzzy outputs. Then comes the affirmation, also known as defuzzification which is done using the Centroid method. The results show with 10 trial data it is seen that the higher the input value of size, the higher the output value of price.

Abstract

Currently, the Indonesian nation is in a state of economic crisis, many people are affected by the economic crisis. Social assistance is the provision of assistance in the form of money/goods from the government to underprivileged communities, which aims to improve people's welfare and meet the needs of the community in maintaining their lives during the current economic crisis. The village head is one of the government officials as well as officers from the social assistance distribution with the aim of minimizing the problem. A lot of assistance comes but is not evenly distributed to people in need, it is necessary to have a monitoring system for the distribution of social aid programs so that the assistance distributed remains on target and the quality of budget absorption is optimal. The monitoring process will be carried out by the village head directly to monitor the progress of the distribution of aid and submissions. Therefore, this research will build a web-based monitoring system for the distribution of social assistance. This social assistance distribution system in the form of a website, will contain data on recipients of the family hope program and community submission data. The design of this system uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the development of the system uses the Waterfall method which will test the system. With this system, it will help the Village Head in monitoring the distribution of aid and assist the community in submitting it.
