This study aims to determine, analyze and prove the effect of reward, punishment and work discipline on job satisfaction in inpatient nurses at Myria Hospital Palembang. The theory used in this study is related to reward, punishment, work discipline and job satisfaction. A cross-sectional approach was used as a type of research with efforts to collect data using instruments in the form of questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the IBM SPSS 24 program. A total of 40 nurses at the inpatient installation of Myria Hospital with the characteristics of 32 women and 8 men became respondents in this study. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, F Test and T Test. Based on the tests carried out, the results obtained are that partially reward has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, partially punishment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and simultaneously reward, punishment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mandiangin Batubara, which is located in the Musi Banyuasin District, Tungkal Jaya District, Suka Damai Mandiangin Batubara (MBB) Village. This sample took 50 respondents, using saturated sampling method. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the t test and f test and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 21. The research results obtained based on the regression Y = 1.938 + 0.062 X1 + 0.702 X2 + e. And it was found that simultaneously the variables of the physical work environment and work discipline affect the performance of employees of PT. Mandiangin Batubara, where the calculated F value = 59.128 > F table with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination of 0.716 means that the magnitude of the influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mandiangin Batubara is 71.6% with the remaining 28.4% influenced by other variables outside the research, so there is a positive and significant influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mandiangin Batubara. Based on the results of the research conducted, the results of the first linear regression analysis prove that the physical work environment has an effect on employee performance, which means that H1 is accepted. The second result proves that work discipline affects employee performance, which means that H2 is accepted. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance and Physical Work Environment

A hospital is an institution that provides medical services and is responsible for providing treatment, treatment, and efforts for healing and health for patients, as well as organizing healthy living education in the community. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of nurses at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang. In this study, the object studied was nurses at the Tiara Fatrin Mother and Child Hospital in Palembang, totaling 50 people and different characteristics including 38 women and 12 men. This study used a saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is known that in the simultaneous test results (F) the variables of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of nurses have a positive and significant effect with a calculated F value obtained of 78.518 while the table F value is 3.20 with a significant level of 0.000 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis of the R2 determination variables for variables X1 and X2, it has a positive and significant effect on Y at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang, this can be proven based on table 4.12 R Square values of 0.770 or 77%. It can be concluded that the variables X1 and X2 affect the variable Y.

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of perceptions of organizational support, training, self-concept and communication, individually or collectively, on the employees' effectiveness of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency. The research method used in this study is quantitative, using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test and reliability test—analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formula, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The study's results explain that perceptions of organizational support have no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees in Muara Enim Regency. Training has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency Staff. Self-concept has no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees of Muara Enim Regency. Communication has no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency. Perceptions of organizational support, training, self-concept and communication have no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees of Muara Enim Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research population is all customers at the Immune Cafe in Palopo City. With the incidental sampling technique, a sample of 30 people was selected. This study uses a quantitative approach and inferential statistical analysis. The data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by providing instruments in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis with two independent variables, namely price and product quality, and one dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction. The results showed that price and product quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. As for partially, price has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, while product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This shows that the product quality variable is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction than the price variable

This study uses causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 80 people using a random sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that service rates (X1) have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) as evidenced by the t-value of 7.167 > the t-table value of 1.991, so the first hypothesis is proven. The results of the t-test also show that there is a significant influence of location (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) with a t count of 3,908 > t-table value of 1,991, so the second hypothesis is proven. The results of the t-test also show that there is a significant effect of service quality (X3) on customer loyalty (Y) with a t count of 8.881 > t-table value of 1.991, so the third hypothesis is proven. The results of the f test show that service rates (X1), location (X2), and service quality (X3) have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) with a calculated f value of 130.309 > f table value of 3.11 so that the fourth hypothesis is proven. The results of the coefficient of determination test can be seen as the value of the coefficient of determination or R Square of 0.772 or equal to 77.2%. This figure means that the Service Rate (X1), Location (X2), and Service Quality (X3) variables have an influential contribution to the Customer Loyalty variable (Y) of 77.2%, while the remaining 22.8% is influenced by other variables. This study did not examine promotion, studio atmosphere, and so on

This study aims to determine the effect of CRM on customer satisfaction, the effect of CRM on customer loyalty, and the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Resto Padang in Palembang City. As many as 100 customers obtained the quantitative research method by sampling using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the CRM study had a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction counting (24,037) > t-table (1.96) with P-Values (0.000) values < 0.05. The customer satisfaction statistical test results significantly affect customer loyalty (t-value=8,459) > t-table=1,984). The CRM statistical test does not significantly affect customer loyalty. This is clearly seen with the calculation result (0.296) < t-table (1.96) with P-Values (0.767) > 0.05. Consumer satisfaction statistics test significantly affects customer loyalty.

This paper aims to understand the effects of oil price fluctuations on the real economy and prices, using an ARDL model with quarterly data from 2007 to 2021. The results will help policy makers and economic actors to better understand the transmission mechanisms of oil price fluctuations on the economy and prices, which is important for oil-dependent economies like Morocco. The question is to what extent do oil price fluctuations affect the real economy and price levels in oil import-dependent countries, with a particular focus on the case of Morocco?. The results of the study show that the impact of economic variables on price levels depends on the duration. In the short run, economic growth has a limited inflationary effect, oil price fluctuations have a significant inflationary impact, the nominal exchange rate does not have a significant impact and the openness of the economy does not have a significant impact. In the long run, oil price fluctuations, the real effective exchange rate, and the rate of economic openness have a significant inflationary effect, while economic growth also has an inflationary effect. The competitiveness of the Moroccan economy is important for the stability of price levels in the long run

Given the lack of importance of the influence of facilities and infrastructure on community satisfaction, village officials must further improve existing facilities and infrastructure in the village so that people are satisfied with existing facilities. Village Governments and City Governments should focus more on improving the quality of services through the completeness of facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to reveal the facilities and infrastructure both partially and simultaneously which have a strong influence on community satisfaction in Durian Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency and to find out what the percentage is. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, while the variables studied are facilities and infrastructure (X1), public services (X2) and community satisfaction (Y). The population that the author examined was all the people in Durian Village, Pantai pumpkin District, Deli Serdang Regency. According to data from employees who work there, the population is 4300 people. So the sample used in this study was 98 people. The technique used uses sampling with accidental techniques. The variables of facilities and infrastructure (X1) and public services (X2) are able to contribute to the influence of the community satisfaction variable by 15.2% while the remaining 84.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusions above, the authors provide suggestions considering the lack of significance of the effect of the facilities and infrastructure variables on community satisfaction, the village apparatus must further improve the existing facilities and infrastructure in the village so that the community feels satisfied with the facilities and infrastructure they have. The Village Government and City Government should focus more on improve service quality through complete facilities and infrastructure

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work stress and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Perisai Bintang Sakti. The theory used in this study is related to work stress, organizational culture and employee performance. This study used a type of quantitative research with data collection using a questionnaire. The total population in this study is 50 employees with a saturated sample technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used data quality tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, F tests and the coefficient of determination. From the results of tests conducted partially work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect, and simultaneously work stress and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance. This research suggests that companies always organize and pay attention to the level of employee work stress by holding joint entertainment such as joint karaoke can reduce work stress due to the workload provided, it is necessary to establish good cooperation with employees and division heads with the aim that more monitoring of employee activities can run well.
