This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method obtained through an online questionnaire made with Google Forms. The analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS. Samples were chosen using the purposive sampling method so that the total sample size was 270 people. The results of this study proved that financial knowledge, financial attitude, and internal locus of control had a significant effect on financial management behavior. Abstract

The study's overarching goal is to shed light on the connections between technical progress, the success of Pakistani SMEs, and broadening access to financial services. The survey was administered to 212 different SMEs through an online system. Experts in various fields will be selected at random. Statistical tools such as correlation tests, reliability analyses, regression analyses, and moderation analyses will be utilized to investigate the information gathered. Having many financial options available to them increases the likelihood of success for small and medium-sized businesses (also known as SMEs). The favorable correlation between digital finance and productivity, financial inclusion, and economic development was tempered by the degree to which small and medium-sized firms were receptive to embracing new technology. Financial inclusion and digital banking are more beneficial to technologically innovative SMEs than to less adaptable rivals. This is because SMEs are the most open to using cutting-edge tools. Based on our findings, we conclude that politicians and financial institutions need to advocate for increased financial inclusion and digital banking, while small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) should emphasize technological adaptation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on banking liquidity in Indonesia. This study used data samples from 25 banks in Indonesia listed on the stock exchange from 2016 Q1 – 2021 Q4. Data collection for 6 years was chosen to determine banking trends before and during the pandemic. The research method used was regression panel data using the independent variable non-performing loan ratio and the dependent variable loan-to-deposit ratio to measure bank liquidity. The period before the COVID-19 pandemic (2016 Q1 - 2020 Q1) and after the COVID-19 pandemic (2020 Q2 - 2021 Q4) used dummy variables. The result was that the ratio of non-performing loans affected bank liquidity during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is due to the disruption of bank cash inflow because many debtors have difficulty fulfilling obligations to the bank. Keywords: Banking Liquidity; Credit Risk; Non-Performing Loans

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify students' interest in and understanding of the probability topic in the Statistics courses after engaging in a demonstration learning session using the Pro-Gear innovation. The research methodology used is a descriptive and experimental method. A total of 42 first-semester Diploma in Marketing students were separated into two equal groups, A and B. Group A experienced demonstration learning that utilized Pro-Gear innovation, while Group B experienced conventional learning that lacked Pro-Gear innovation. The average score from the End of Chapter (EOC) evaluation of both groups was used to assess student understanding. The level of interest of students is analyzed using the survey form distributed to Group A, which went through demonstration learning using Pro-Gear innovation. Based on the average EOC score analysis, group A had a higher average score than group B. The average difference in EOC score is 7.7%. This shows that the level of understanding of a group of students who utilize Pro-Gear innovation is more advanced than that of a group that does not use Pro-Gear innovation. Meanwhile, the survey form analysis reveals a high average mean value for the eight items investigated. Thus, demonstration learning using the Pro-Gear innovation can enhance the understanding and interest of students in the probability topic. Keywords: Demonstration; Innovation; Probability

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of lifestyle and reference groups on e-cigarette consumer purchasing decisions in Kupang City. Convenience sampling was employed as the sampling strategy and the questionnaire was utilized to obtain the data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to identify the changes of independent variables on the dependent variable in the data analysis. The hypothesis test was performed to test the effect of the significance of independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings of this study indicate that lifestyle has no positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of e-cigarettes, reference groups have a positive and significant impact on e-cigarette purchasing decisions, and lifestyle and reference groups simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of e-cigarettes in Kupang city. It is suggested to study further other consumer behavior personal factors such as job and economic conditions that might moderate or mediate the relationship between lifestyle or reference groups toward consumers' purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to calculate the prediction of raw material inventory, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), safety stock, and reorder point in support of the continuity production process at a fence manufacturer, CV. Moderen Arsiteknis in Kupang city. Data were analyzed from records of the period 2013–2017 that consist of the annual demand of a product in quantity per unit of time (D), product order cost (S), unit cost (C), holding cost per unit as a fraction of product cost (H), and lead time (L). It is calculated from the forecasting of raw material demand and then computed the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), safety stock, and reorder point for the next 3 years (2018-2020). The computation of demand forecasts, EOQ, safety stock, and reorder points is intended to smooth the continuity of the production process, reduce the risk of raw material shortages, and minimize the ordering cost and holding cost in CV. Modern Arsiteknis was discussed in the results section. Keywords: Forecasting; Economic Order Quantity; Safety Stock; Re-Order Point
