Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini berjudul “Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dan Digital Marketing bagi pemuda Noelbaki Kabupaten Kupang”, yang dilakukan dengan melibatkan mitra utama yaitu para pemuda di Desa Noelbaki. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan digital marketing, agar para pemuda mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang kegiatan wirausaha dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam mengembangkan kegiatan wirausaha mereka. Penggunaan metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi mitra dengan target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah mitra dapat memiliki pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan bagaimana mereka dapat menggunakan teknologi digital dalam berwirausaha. Hal ini dikarenakan, para pemuda di Desa Noelbaki sebagian besar adalah mereka yang sudah melek teknologi namun pemanfaataannya masih bersifat sebatas untuk hiburan, main game online, dan sosial media. Padahal jika mereka dapat memanfaatkan teknologi ini secara maksimal maka dapat menjadi sebagai sumber pendapatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini langsung direspon oleh pemuda yang hadir dengan membuat rencana usaha dengan memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang ada di sekitar mereka. Mereka juga memilih sosial media sebagai salah satu media digital marketing sebagai media promosi usaha mereka. Kata Kunci: pemuda; kewirausahaan; pemasaran digital; teknologi; noelbaki ABSTRACTThe title of the Community Service Activity (PKM) is "Entrepreneurship and Digital Marketing Training for youth in Noelbaki village, in Kupang Regency". This activity aims to provide a training of entrepreneurship and digital marketing for young people in Noelbaki village so they can have knowledge about entrepreneurial and how to utilize digital technology to help them in developing their entrepreneurial activities. The method used in this community service activity was lectures, discussions, training and mentoring for partners. The output target of this PKM is that the young people in Noelbaki can have understanding and knowledge about entrepreneurship and how they can use digital technology in entrepreneurship. This is because, most of the youth in Noelbaki Village are those who are already literate in technology but their use is still limited to entertainment, playing online games, and social media. Even if they can take full advantage of this technology, it can become a source of income. The results of this activity were immediately responded to by the youth who attended by making a business plan by utilizing the resources around them. Abstract

Porter adalah  sebutan bagi orang yang membantu membawa barang bawaan para pelaku perjalanan ketika tiba di bandara, pelabuhan, stasiun maupun terminal serta di pos-pos lintas batas. Keberadaan Porter sangat membantu masyarakat ketika berlibur atau berwisata. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Porter kepada masyarakat seperti yang terjadi pada para Porter di PLBN Motaain baik untuk para pelintas batas negara Indonesia – Timor Lesta dan sebaliknya maupun untuk para wisatawan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini ialah untuk memberdayakan dan mendampingi  para Porter di PLBN Motaain untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan mereka kepada masyarakat. Metode pemberdayaan yang ditempuh ialah melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan dan simulasi pelayanan yang baik kepada para tamu. Demi mengdukung kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan maka langkah lain yang ditempuh ialah dengan membuat sebuah sistem pelayanan yang rapih dan professional seperti system antrian atau Shift selain itu para Porter juga akan diberikan seragam dan tanda pengenal.Target kegiatan ini meningkatnya keberdayaan para Porter yang terlihat dalam meningkatnya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan serta kepuasan para pengguna jasa Porter yang akan diukur 1 bulan setelah kegiatan program pemberdayaan ini dilakukan. Pemberdayaan ini diberikan kepada kurang lebih 40an PORTER yang hadir dan berlangsung selama 2 jam. Penekanan dalam pemberdayaan ini diberikan pada kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi unsur Bukti Fisik,Kehandalan, Ketanggapan, Jaminan dan Empathi yang dikemas dalam teori, simulasi dan praktek pelayanan.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate the prediction of raw material inventory, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), safety stock, and reorder point in support of the continuity production process at a fence manufacturer, CV. Moderen Arsiteknis in Kupang city. Data were analyzed from records of the period 2013–2017 that consist of the annual demand of a product in quantity per unit of time (D), product order cost (S), unit cost (C), holding cost per unit as a fraction of product cost (H), and lead time (L). It is calculated from the forecasting of raw material demand and then computed the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), safety stock, and reorder point for the next 3 years (2018-2020). The computation of demand forecasts, EOQ, safety stock, and reorder points is intended to smooth the continuity of the production process, reduce the risk of raw material shortages, and minimize the ordering cost and holding cost in CV. Abstract

The agricultural sector is one sector that plays a role in economic development in Indonesia. One of the sub-sectors in agriculture is the livestock sub-sector where the activities are in the form of livestock commodity management. In fulfilling consumer demand, the form of regulation in the meat supply chain also aims to benefit the links involved. Therefore, there is a need for approach to the supply chain system in the form of an approach to find out the product flow, financial flow, information flow, because this will affect the decision making of the existing chain. The snowball sampling technique was used for sampling the links involved in the beef supply chain in Kupang City. The method used in this research is to use the survey method. The survey phase was carried out to collect primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews and filling out questionnaires by respondents. Secondary data was obtained from the relevant agencies in this study, namely the Kupang City RPH and other related sources. There are 3 results in this study, including 1) Product Flow Based.2) Financial Flow based on 3) Information Flow.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen hubungan pelanggan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Kupang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden yang menjadi pelanggan pada PDAM Kota Kupang dengan menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode analisis Importence Perfomance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen hubungan pelanggan belum sesuai dengan harapan para pelanggan, oleh karena itu PDAM perlu meningkatkan hubungannya dengan pelanggan. Berdasarkan diagram kartesius manajemen hubungan pelanggan pada PDAM Kota Kupang, item pelayanan yang termasuk dalam prioritas utama dan harus ditingkatkan kinerjanya yaitu tentang respon terhadap keluhan pelanggan, profesionalisme dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan serta pemasangan jaringan atau sambungan pada rumah pelanggan. Abstract

Queuing is a waiting line of units that require services from one or more service facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of motor cycle line services and the optimal number of fuel refilling facilities at Oebobo Gas Station (SPBU). This is a quantitative research and the analytical method used is the queuing theory analysis applied to Oebobo Gas Station. The results of the research shown that the highest average of motorcycles arrival at 08.00-09.00 with 271 motorcycles arrival and the lowest at 16.00-17.00 with 154 motorcycles arrival and average level of service 199 motorcycles / hour. The optimal number of facilities at the Oebobo Gas Station (SPBU) is 3 lines at 08.00-10.00 and 2 lines at 16.00-20.00. Keywords: Queuing Theory, Service Performance, Gas Station

Abstract

In terms of purchasing decisions in teenage consumers there are many factors that influence it, namely personal factors such as age, lifestyle, personality, and comfort that can influence a consumer in terms of making purchasing decisions. This study aims to find out partially and simultaneously the influence of age, lifestyle, personality, and comfort on the decision to purchase Vans shoes in Kupang City. This type of research is a survey with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on teenage consumers in Kupang City with a total sample of 100 respondents who are consumers of adolescents aged 15-24 years in Kupang City. While data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Variables used include age (X1), lifestyle (X2), personality (X3), comfort (X4) and purchasing decisions (Y). The data analysis used was multiple linear regression (OLS) with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study showed that the variables age (X1) and personality (X3) partially influenced positive and significant impact on the decisions to purchase Vans shoes in Kupang City, while lifestyle variables (X2) and comfort (X4) partially had an insignificant effect on the decisions to purchase Vans shoes in Kupang City. Furthermore, variable age, lifestyle, personality, and comfort simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Vans shoes in Kupang City. The amount of independent variable influence is 53.2% and the remaining 46.8% is explained by other variables. Keywords: Age, Lifestyle, Personality, Comfort, and Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada Mebel Pesona Jepara di kota kupang. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode EOQ, persediaan pengaman (Safety Stock), titik pesan kembali (Reorder Point) dan peramalan persediaan bahan baku. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan Economic Order Quantity tahun 2018 sebanyak 587 lembar dengan frekuensi 5 pemesanan kali dalam setahun, pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 621 lembar dengan frekuensi 6 kali pemesanan dalam setahun, pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 742 lembar dengan frekuensi 7 kali pemesanan dalam setahun. Menurut perhitungan Safety Stock tahun 2018 sebanyak 64 lembar, tahun 2019 sebanyak 88 lembar, tahun 2020 sebanyak 100 lembar, Reorder Point tahun 2018 sebanyak 128 lembar, tahun 2019 sebanyak 176 lembar, tahun 2020 sebanyak 200 lembar. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode EOQ lebih efisien. Dan penelitian tersebut menyarankan informasi yang tepat tentang jumlah pengadaan bahan baku menggunakan EOQ, perusahaan perlu memantau keselamatan stock bahan baku dan menentukan waktu yang tepat untuk memesan bahan baku menggunakan metode Reorder Point terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. Abstract

Layout is an important decision that determines the efficiency of a long-term operation, which will be the basis for determining operating costs, if the decision is not made correctly in determining the layout it can hamper the production process. Besides that, it can lead to waste of costs. CV. Matahari is one of the industries producing drinking water in glass and gallon packaging under the brand MTH. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of layout, effectiveness and efficiency used by CV. Matahari. This study uses the From To Chart method, Activity Relationship Chart and Activity Relationship Diagram. The object observed in this study, namely the production process of bottled drinking water from CV. Matahari. The type of layout used by CV. Matahari is the product layout. The results of the analysis of these three methods were obtained, the distance from the borehole to the finished product is 547 meters with a movement time of 1141 seconds, and the total cost of moving the material is Rp. 2965 after being analyzed so that you get a change in layout with a distance of 542 meters, with a time of 1010.83 seconds, at a cost of Rp. 2642, so as to save costs, shorten distances and save time. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan supermarket Dutalia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dutalia Supermarket dengan jumlah sampel 35 orang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, dan untuk pengumpulan data di lapangan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Metode uji yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dutalia Supermarket. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional, Generasi Milenial, Kinerja Karyawan.
