Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending (CORE) learning model to the mathematical problem solving ability of VIII grade students in the even semester of Bandar Nusantara Middle School in 2016/2017 school year. The sample used in this study is class VIII A as an experimental class totaling 34 students and VIII C as a control class of 32 students. The instrument in this study used an essay test of 5 items that were first tested for validity and reliability. Based on the analysis of the t-tes statistical data it is produced that thit = 3.42 from the distribution table at the level of 5% known tdaf = 2.00. It was proven thit> tdaf so that it was concluded that there was an effect of the application of the Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending (CORE) learning model to the mathematical problem solving ability of students of class VIII Even Semester SMP Nusantara Bandar Lampung in the 2016/2017 school year ".

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning group to group exchange and LKPD on mathematical communication skills. The study was conducted in the first semester of the academic year 2019/2020 at SMAN 2 Metro. The population in this study is the students grade XI IPA at SMAN 2 Metro in the academic year 2019/2020. Data were collected using two classes derived from the experimental class and control class. Samples were selected through purposive random sampling technique. The study design is a post-test only design. Based on the results of research and discussion can be concluded that there are significant cooperative learning group to group exchange and LKPD on mathematical communication skills among students of class XI IPA in the first semester of SMAN 2 Metro.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Brain Based Learning on the ability to solve mathematical problems of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 34 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2017/2018. Learning is carried out on two classes, one class as an experimental class in learning using the Brain Based Learning model, and one class as a control class where in the learning process applying a conventional system. Where the experimental class was sampled in class VIII H, amounting to 35 students, and the control class was class VIII G, amounting to 33 students. Hypothesis testing uses the average two similarity test (ttes). From the results of testing the hypothesis obtained thit = 4.40. From tebel t distribution at a significant level of 5% it is known thit = t (1 - ½α) = 2.00 meaning thit> tdat is 4.40> 2.00 so it can be concluded that there is an influence on the application of the Brain Based Learning learning model to the problem solving ability mathematics students, especially in class VIII SMP Negeri 34 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract: The research was carried out based on problems in the form of low students' mathematical problem solving abilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the Make a Match type of cooperative learning model on the mathematical problem solving ability of seventh grade students of SMP. Research using quasi-experimental methods. The research population is all grade VII students of SMP Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. Samples were taken as many as 2 classes, namely class VII.6 as an experimental class totaling 30 students, and class VII.7 as a control class totaling 29 students. The sample was taken using the Cluster Random Sampling technique with a lottery procedure. This technique is carried out, because remembering that each of the eighth grade at SMP Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung has the same average ability. The students' mathematical problem solving abilities were measured by tests in the form of a description of 5 questions. Hypothesis testing using t-test with a value of = 8,72. From the distribution table t at a significant level of 5%, it is known that means which is 8.72>2.00, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of cooperative learning models Make a Match type to the mathematical problem solving ability of VII grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract: This study aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of students of class VIII Odd Semester SMP Negeri 36 Bandar Lampungusing audio visual media. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were students of class VIII-H of SMP Negeri 36 Bandar Lampung, with 35 students. The study was conducted in three cycles. The research data were obtained from observations of student mathematics learning activities as well as student mathematics learning achievement test items. The results of this study indicate that learning mathematics by using audio visual media can improve the activities and learning outcomes of students of class VIII Odd Semester SMP Negeri 36 Bandar Lampung. This is reinforced by the results of observations in class that show the average percentage of students' mathematics learning activities in the first cycle is 40% in the least active criteria while in the second cycle increases to 75% are in the active criteria and in the third cycle increases to 97 % on very active criteria. Then also supported by the percentage of student graduation that is increasing from 0% in the first cycle, 51% in the second cycle and 89% in the third cycle. Thus it can be concluded that by using audio-visual media can improve the activities and learning outcomes of students of class VIII Odd Semester SMP Negeri 36 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low ability to solve mathematical problems. The formulation of the problem in this study is Is the ability to solve math problems of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau after applying the Missouri Mathematics Project model with the Inquiry method in the good category ?. This type of research is in the form of quasi-experimental conducted without the comparison group. The population is all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau in the academic year 2019/2020 with a total of 375 students. As a sample is class VIII 1 with 36 students taken at random. Data collection is carried out by using a descriptive test technique. The collected data were analyzed using t-test at the level of confidence α = 0.05. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the mathematics problem solving ability of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau after following the Missouri Mathematics Project model with Inquiry method is in good category. The average value of the ability to solve problems after being given a treatment of 75.39, the percentage of the number of students with good and very good categories amounted to 77.78%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of applying the discovery method to the mathematics learning outcomes of Grade VIII students of SMP Tri Sukses Natar even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The independent variable in this study is the discovery method and the dependent variable in this study is the mathematics learning outcomes. This research was conducted in eight meetings in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. All students of class VIII of SMP Tri Sukses Natar totaling 102 students became the population in this study. The sampling technique used in this study is cluster random sampling technique. The sample used in this study is class VIII A as an experimental class and class VIII B as a control class. The discovery method is applied in the learning process of the experimental class, whereas conventional learning is applied in the control class. Data collection in this study used a test technique. The instrument used in the form of essay questions consisted of ten items that had to be done by students at the end of the learning process. Based on the results of calculations and discussions, it can be concluded that there is an influence on the application of the discovery method to the mathematics learning outcomes of VIII grade students of SMP Tri Sukses Natar even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year.

The problems that were examined in this research pertaining to less account of the results that students are learning mathematics. The purpose of this research is to find the learning strategy guide prediction for the students learn math ability of class VIII of SMP UTAMA 3 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2018/2019. The research uses experimental methods to the population in this research is all students ability of class VIII of SMP UTAMA 3 Bandar Lampung, its consisting of 3 class to the total number of 83 students, The sample was taken two classes viii-b class as a class the experiment apply prediction guide strategy And viii-c class as a class control a conventional learning. Sample taken using a technique clusters of random sampling. To know mathematics students writer test in the form of an essay as many as 10 the first has been tested validity and reliability. The testing of hypotheses on this research using formulas t-hit. The results of the testing of hypotheses using formulas statistic t-hit = 9,40 obtained the t. From table distribution t on significant standard known t = 5 % = 2,00 then so which means the average learning outcomes mathematics students who use prediction guide strategy be higher than the average learning outcomes mathematics students who use conventional kind of classroom From the above it can be concluded guide prediction that strategy can and have had a positive impact of the results of learn math.

The problem studied in this study is the low ability to solve mathematical problems, therefore the study aims to determine the effect of the Practice Rehearsal Pairs learning strategy on the mathematical problem solving ability of students of the VIII Even Semester SMP Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. Research using experimental methods. The population in the study were all students of class VIII Al-Azhar 3 Middle School Bandar Lampung consisting of 7 classes with a total of 251 students, while the sample was taken 2 classes namely class VIII C as an experimental class totaling 32, and class VIII C as a control class amounting to 34. The sample was taken using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. To find out the ability to solve mathematical problems students are measured by tests. Hypothesis testing uses t-test with a value of t = 12,62. From the distribution table t at a significant level of 5%, it is known that t = = 2,00 means t > t , so it can be concluded that "There is an influence of the Practice Rehearsal Pairs learning strategy on the mathematical problem solving ability of students of class VIII Even Semester Al-Azhar 3 Middle School in Bandar Lampung 2018/2019 Academic Year".

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the learning model of circuit learning to the learning outcomes of class VII first semester students of SMP Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2019/2020. This research is a quasi-experimental study using two classes as the experimental class and the control class. The population in this study was all students of class VII SMP Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung as many as 278 students divided into seven classes. The sample in this study was determined using cluster random sampling technique. Class VII D as an experimental class and class VII F as a control class. The instrument used in this study was in the form of essay test questions. Based on the results of research and discussion, the circuit learning model affects the learning outcomes of Grade VII students of SMP Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. These effects can be seen from the differences in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class.
