Abstract

The technology developed very rapidly to be able to change communication skills. The appearance of an application's user interface can be a media for how digital interaction and communication is carried out today. Android-based applications have been created and used in various fields. This research was conducted on the process of ordering food with the scale of the canteen area of each faculty at Duta Bangsa University Surakarta where the process is currently still conventional which requires customers or students to come to the canteen.The research aims to design an e-canteen Duta Bangsa application as an android-based digital communication media. The research method uses Research and Development (R&D) with Blackbox Testing on the system and the SUS (System Usability Scale) method used in usability measurements. The results that have been achieved in this study are the prototype of the Duta Bangsa e-Canteen application with 3 user level access rights, namely admin, canteen branches, and customers. The percentage of user satisfaction based on the Likert scale is 85,33% of 30 respondents. This shows that the applicationcan provide easeof communication and transactions between canteen brances and customers or users of the application. Food ordering can now be done virtually through an application interfaceas a result of advancein digital communication technology.

Abstract

Museum Monpera Palembang adalah sebuah museum yang memiliki koleksi foto-foto pahlawan nasional Indonesia. Koleksi foto tersebut memiliki nilai historis dan makna yang mendalam bagi masyarakat Indonesia, tetapi beberapa di antaranya sudah terlihat samar dan kabur sehingga informasi yang tergambar menjadi tidak jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode klasterisasi pixel yang digabungkan dengan metode K-Means pada aplikasi Augmented Reality untuk melakukan pengujian kualitas citra pada koleksi foto pahlawan museum Monpera. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma K-Means yang merupakan salah satu algoritma partitional yang didasarkan pada penentuan jumlah awal kelompok dengan mendefinisikan nilai centroid awalnya. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality berbasis Android untuk memberikan pengalaman interaktif kepada pengunjung museum. Hasil pengujian citra menggunakan metode K-Means menunjukkan data evaluasi yang melibatkan Silhouette Score, Calinski-Harabasz, dan Dunn Index. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode K-Means belum mampu meningkatkan kualitas citra hasil klasterisasi pixel, tetapi penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan aplikasi AR dan memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami dan mengatasi tantangan dalam mempertahankan integritas visual dari koleksi foto pahlawan nasional Indonesia melalui pengembangan teknik pengolahan citra yang lebih efektif dan inovatif menggunakan metode Clustering pixel dan K-Means dalam konteks Augmented Reality.

Abstract

Batik, as a symbol of Indonesian culture, has become an everyday lifestyle and is not only limited to ceremonial occasions. In the era of globalization, the advancement of batik making has integrated its presence in various aspects of life, including in casual and informal clothing choices. E-commerce, such as Shopee Mall, provides a means for consumers to purchase batik without leaving the comfort of their homes or workplaces. Nonetheless, online shopping carries higher risks and uncertainties, emphasizing the importance of building consumer trust. Customer reviews, as a valuable source of information, are key in helping consumers make purchasing decisions. This research applies the Naïve Bayes method to classify customer reviews related to batik clothes from five sellers at Shopee Mall. Based on the results of the research and discussion carried out, it is concluded that in classifying customer reviews regarding the sale of batik clothes, using the Naive Bayes method on data from 5 sellers, where each seller has 350 reviews from Shopee Mall, the highest accuracy value is achieved by the seller Batik Prakasa, with an accuracy value of 81.90%, precision 81.90%, and recall 100%. Meanwhile, the most positive words were achieved by Batik Kanaya 1 seller, with a total of 520 positive words and 156 negative words, and achieved an accuracy of 77.19%, precision of 77.19%, and recall of 100%.

Abstract

17 Tangerang Junior High School is one of the first high schools that prioritizes the management of good relationships to increase the satisfaction of optimal service between the school and the parents of students. However, there is a problem faced by 17 Tangerang Junior High School that the delivery of school information is still manual with the use of letters of instruction and it is not effective to handle parents' complaints related to the services provided by the school. In solving the problem, one of the information technology approaches is to create an Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) website with the Enhance phase. The study was designed using the waterfall method. The system is generated using PHP, HTML, CSS, Visual Studios Code and Node.js as programming languages and on database design using MySQL. The result of this research is an e-CRM system that can improve the information service in 17 Tangerang Junior High School which can be used by the parents of students to learn information quickly, making it easier for the school, especially the classmaster, to deliver invitation letters to the students' parents as well as to communicate criticism and advice related to the service provided by the school.

Abstract

Good service and satisfaction for parents is of course very important. This includes maintaining good ties between the school and the school regarding form payment confirmation services, reminders of tuition payment due dates, consultations and complaints that provide a sense of comfort regarding school and parents. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a business method for establishing bonds with customers and the goal of improving customer service. Customer Relationship Management is used to support businesses in carrying out relationships with customers or even potential customers. Al-Hasra High School is managed by implementing management guidelines based on religion and science. The current service is still less than optimal, schools are still unable to confirm online payment forms and enter data directly, and tuition payments are often delayed due to a lack of payment reminders, and ineffective complaint handling at schools. This research was conducted to collect data at Alhasra High School, Depok City. Depending on the needs of the system being created, discussions to obtain more precise and precise data are combined with data obtained from interviews with deputy principals. Head of academic affairs and school staff who provided suggestions for problems related to the problems faced at Al Hasra High School. This research obtained an E-CRM system to improve services with parents at Al-Hasra High School, consisting of a feature for uploading proof of payment forms, bill reminders SPP payments and can see the status of SPP payments and handle complaints to increase the success of business methods and communication for these parties.

Abstract

Higher Education Service Institutions (LLDIKTI) Region IV West Java and Banten require a web-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS) that provides information about Private Universities (PTS) in West Java and Banten with a search feature that can provide recommendations for the distance of the closest PTS to the location user. Based on this, the author aims to create a WebGIS that applies the Haversine formula in the nearest PTS search feature so that it can help people who have difficulty finding information about PTS in West Java and Banten. In this case, PTS mapping uses Quantum GIS (QGIS) software which is then integrated with the mapping results on the web with Google Maps. The system development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) using the CodeIgniter 3 framework and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) including Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. The system testing in this research uses Usability Testing, with system testing by users in 3 different cities. The WebGIS created by the author succeeded in providing detailed PTS information, and the Haversine formula was successfully applied in the search feature to display search results based on recommendations for the distance of the closest PTS to the user's location. This system requires location access permission on the user's device so that the system can detect the user's location as a calculation material in determining the closest distance.

Abstract

Transformative Inventory System: Utilizing Blockchain and Laravel at PT. Mandiri Plastindo The aim of this research is to develop and execute a system. Transformative Inventory utilizes Blockchain technology and the Laravel framework at PT. Mandiri Plastindo. The problem raised is efficiency and reliability in inventory management which can be improved through the application of the latest technology. The proposed Waterfall model SDLC method involves developing a Blockchain-based system to secure and track inventory changes in a transparent and immutable manner. The Laravel framework is used to build application platforms that are user-friendly and easy to develop. A web-based application is the result of this research. allows PT. Mandiri Plastindo to efficiently manage their inventory by increasing speed, security and reliability. With Blockchain technology, inventory data can be clearly verified and cannot be manipulated, increasing trust and transparency in the inventory management process. The conclusion of this research is that implementing a transformative inventory system using Blockchain and Laravel can provide important benefits for businesses, including increased operational effectiveness, increased security of information and more openness in inventory management. The existence of an inventory system can make it easier to handle data on incoming and outgoing goods. Apart from that, it can speed up searching for stock and making stock reports. In addition, you can attach accurate stock reports. As a result, companies can optimize their business processes and achieve better overall performance

Abstract

The web-based church congregation information system has become a modern solution that makes it easier for churches to manage congregation data and church activities more efficiently and organized. This research reviews the implementation of the church congregation information system in HKBP Cikarang City which previously used manual methods with notebooks. The main problem faced is the limitations of manually managing congregational data which often results in inaccurate data and operational inefficiencies. By implementing a web-based information system using the Waterfall method, this research aims to increase the efficiency and accuracy of congregation data management. The research results show that the information system developed is able to increase the accuracy of congregational data and reduce data management time by up to 60%, while increasing data accessibility for church administrators. These findings provide support that the implementation of a web-based information system can provide an effective solution to overcome the challenges of managing congregational data faced by HKBP Cikarang City. This system can be adapted and applied to other churches that have similar needs, thereby increasing the efficiency and accuracy of congregation data management in various churches.

Abstract

The era of industry 4.0 and society 5.0 is a social and economic alteration whose activities are gradually being integrated into technology which continues to be developed with the hope that information can be easily accessed effectively and efficiently according to needs. However, technological developments put pressure on the economy to continue to update the technological facilities it has. Cooperatives are an alternative for their members to improve their economy by taking out loans because the interest rates are quite low. Difficulty determining whether or not giving a loan is appropriate and subjectivity is often found in decision making that occurs at the Fatmawati Hospital Sejahtera Cooperative, there is a need for a decision support system using a simple additive weighting method that can bring about precise, accurate and efficient decisions in terms of time, through several alternatives. obtained from processing data and information with the results of a weighted sum resulting from the performance rating for each alternative contained in the criteria. In its implementation, the decision support system is quite valid and reliable by managers as can be seen from the TAM test results with an average perceived ease of use result of 0.971 in the validity test and 0.979 in the reliability test, as well as an average perceived usefulness result of 0.911 in the test. validity and 0.928 in the reliability test because the test results are above the validity and reliability score of the r table (0.754).

Abstract

Non-performing loans (NPLs) are one of the main challenges faced by Baitut Tamwil Tazakka Savings and Loan Cooperative, which can potentially threaten the financial stability and health of the institution. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Random Forest algorithm in predicting NPLs in the cooperative. The CRISP-DM method is applied in this study, encompassing the stages of business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. The data used consists of 14 attributes and 190 records that have been cleaned of missing values. The modeling results show that the Random Forest algorithm can provide very high prediction accuracy, with the best accuracy reaching 94.8% on a 90:10 dataset split. Performance metrics evaluation such as AUC, CA, F1 Score, Precision, Recall, and MCC indicate very good values, signifying strong predictive performance. Confusion matrix analysis also confirms high prediction accuracy with most correct predictions in the categories of non-performing, performing, and sub-performing loans. This study confirms that the Random Forest algorithm is effective in predicting NPLs, underscores the importance of applying machine learning in credit risk management, and contributes significantly to the financial stability of the cooperative through more accurate NPL predictions.
