Abstract

Bisnis waralaba merupakan peluang bisnis yang masih menjanjikan saat ini, sehingga membutuhkan penangan keuangan yang baik untuk mengurangi permsalahan kesalahan transaksi dan keterbatasan akses. EBillToko adalah sistem keuangan toko kelontong yang dikembangkan dengan mengolah transaksi penjualan yang terhubung ke server database. Dengan sebuah sistem terintegrasi, semua pendapatan dari penjualan toko dapat dipantau secara real-time. Perancangan sistem dibuat dengan mengimplementasikan arsitektur RESTFul API dan keamanan token akses. REST API dikembangkan dengan teknologi VUE.JS dan Laravel. Prototipe dikembangkan di atas server database menggunakan tujuh tabel. untuk REST API yang dibuat terdapat satu titik akhir yang dibuat. Eksperimen ditetapkan dengan menguji akses aplikasi dengan white box dan black box testing. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan Implementasi VUE.JS dan Laravel memiliki kinerja baik dengan token akses JASON WEB TOKEN (JWT), dan implementasi Laravel sebagai REST Server dan VUE.JS sebagai REST Client memiliki interpherabilitas yang baik. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi pada model akses data dengan REST API yang berbeda dengan pemrograman database umumnya. Pemrograman REST API memberikan keleluasaan akses ke platform lain karena mendukung interpherabilitas yang baik.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini menuntut perusahaan untuk melakukan inovasi dan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan yang ingin semua serba praktis, mudah dan cepat. Tren digitalisasi ini juga mempengaruhi sektor perbankan, di Indonesia saat ini sudah mulai marak dengan bank digital. Karena memanfaatkan sistem digital, maka bank digital dapat memangkas biaya operasional, sehingga bank digital berlomba untuk menarik nasabah dengan cara menawarkan bunga yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan bunga simpanan pada Bank Konvensional. Bank digital merupakan hal yang baru, dimana nasabah dapat melakukan kegiatan perbankan di sebuah aplikasi. Ada beberapa faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi seseorang dalam mengadopsi teknologi baru, Technology Acceptance Model digunakan untuk meneliti proses adopsi tersebut. Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) dipilih untuk mengidentifikasi konstruks dan mengidentifikasi variabel moderasi yang mempengaruhi nasabah untuk adopsi bank digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan pada periode Agustus-September 2023, total responden yang didapatkan sebanyak 184 orang, responden merupakan nasabah bank digital di Indonesia. Setelah dilakukan pengujian hasilnya dari 8 hipotesis terdapat 5 hipotesis yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Adopsi bank digital yaitu H8 (Return), H7 (Habit), H6 (Price Value), H3 (Social Influence) dan H5 (Hedonic Motivation), sedangkan H1 (Performance Expectancy), H2 (Effort Expectancy) dan H4 (Facilitating Condition) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Adopsi bank digital. Variabel yang paling signifikan berpengaruh terhadap adopsi bank digital adalah variabel return, hal ini berarti bahwa nasabah sangat dipengaruhi oleh keuntungan yang didapatkan dari layanan bank digital. Abstract

Mata Air Purba adalah perusahaan swasta yang bisnisnya bergerak di bidang penjualan air bersih. Perusahaan ini mengalami perkembangan pesat dengan bertambahnya jumlah pelanggan dan daerah pengiriman air bersih setiap bulannya. Kesulitan dalam proses merekap dokumen pemesanan yang banyak, menjadi latar belakang untuk membangun sistem informasi yang dapat menyimpan data secara baik dan aman dalam jumlah besar. Pengembangan sistem penjualan menjadi sistem informasi penjualan mempergunakan metode System / Software Development Life Cycle tipe Waterfall dan pengumpulan datanya dengan cara observasi, wawancara, serta studi literasi. Tipe Waterfall terdiri dari empat tahap pengembangan,yaitu : analisa, perancangan, pembuatan kode program, dan pengujian. Pada tahap perancangan, peneliti mempergunakan Unified Modelling Language dan Entity Relationship Diagram dalam pembuatan basis data serta sistem berorientasi objeknya. Perancangan layar antar muka pun dibuat agar mudah digunakan oleh pengguna sistem informasi saat melakukan transaksi. Form Input dan Form Output digunakan untuk memasukkan data dari pengguna sistem dan menghasilkan beberapa bentuk laporan yang dibutuhkan. Sistem Informasi penjualan air bersih ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman Java, berbasiskan website sehingga pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan melalui daring dimanapun mereka berada. Sistem informasi penjualan air curah ini juga menghasilkan beberapa laporan penjualan yang bersifat akurat serta terbaru sehingga dapat dipergunakan oleh pihak manajemen perusahaan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Prodeskel is a site-based application and used as an information center for data related to Villages and Subdistricts. All villages and sub-districts in Indonesia use Prodeskel, so the large number of users of Prodeskel causes frequent errors in application which give rise to complaints from users, likewise the city of Palembang, to overcome this problem it’s necessary to improve the quality of Prodeskel through user experience. Therefore, this study analyzes user experience on Prodeskel using three methods, namely, SUS, UEQ and Heart Metrics. SUS method can be used easily and helps in evaluating a system,UEQ provides analysis tools that are accurate and easy to interpret, and Heart Metrics can easily identify goals and success of the application. Dapil 4-6 of Palembang City became the research location because this area was easy to cover, by distributing questionnaire forms via WhatsApp to users, with a total of 45 respondents. SUS, the calculation results obtained a total score of 65. UEQ obtained an average value of >0.8, which means variables had positive values. Meanwhile, Heart Metrics, it was found that there were two variables that had a high level of usefulness, namely engagement and retention, while the other three variables had a very high level of usefulness. Based on the analysis results, obstacles received by users in using this application are the level of active use and ease of application. With this research, it’is hoped that in quality of the application will be improved so that there will be no complaints from users.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem dibutuhkan dalam sebuah organisasi dengan harapan terjadi peningkatan sistem yang baru dari kinerja performance sistem dan waktu sistem yang lebih efektif. Sistem yang dikembangkan adalah sistem pelaporan kegiatan pilar-pilar sosial pada Dinas Sosial. Adapun tujuan pegembangan sistem pelaporan elektronik ini adalah membina pilar, memonitoring kegiatan pilar terkait biaya dan mengevaluasi kegiatan pilar. Metode penelitian pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Agile Scrum. Agile scrum dipilih karena mudah menyesuaikan kondisi perubahan dan dapat selesai dengan target waktu yang ada. Kebutuhan sistem dari pengembangan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan pengumpulan data yang diperlukan melalui observasi, wawancara.dan studi pustaka. Aplikasi E-reporting diuji menggunakan black box testing. Umpan balik yang dihasilkan didokumentasikan untuk memperbaiki kekurangan aplikasi. Harapannya aplikasi ini dapat menyediakan dan menampilkan data terkini sehingga memudahkan pihak Dinas Sosial dalam pengambilan kebijakan mengenai pilar-pilar sosial agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan sosial kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Tutoring Salsabila (Tutoring) is a business that operates in the field of informal education. In this tutoring system, the attendance system and payroll for tutors is still done manually, namely in the attendance system the tutors come and then fill in the attendance list on the attendance sheet form that has been provided. The salary is calculated according to the number of attendance accumulated in one week. The problems that often occur in mentor payroll are that tutors forget the number of meetings because they forgot to fill in attendance, often experience errors because there are differences in attendance data between tutors and the admin section, and it takes a long time to process and search for the data. Method used to design this tutoring payroll system uses data collection consisting of observation, interviews and literature study. Then for analysis, use PIECES. Meanwhile, the system development method uses Rapid Application Development. In designing the system design, use case diagrams and prototype designs are used. This research focuses on the tutor payroll system and the aim of this research is to make it easier for admins to calculate salaries, find out payroll reports, and tutors can also get pay slips and payroll notifications. It is hoped that the results of this research can help tutors and using the payroll system, making it easier for tutors to input attendance and salary receipts, it is hoped that it will also make it easier for tutors to report, and in real time.

Abstract

Factors that influence student graduation to complete studies at university include academic grades, activeness in organizations, school origin, motivation, and busyness in work. This study aims to determine the factors that influence student graduation rates. Based on the calculation results using the C4.5 algorithm, it turns out that the cumulative achievement index (GPA) factor, high school origin, active organization, active student activity unit (UKM), already working and motivation affect student graduation rates both on-time and not. Based on testing using a confusion matrix, accuracy results of more than 70% were obtained, which means that with the C4.5 algorithm, the resulting model can predict well whether students can graduate on time or not with these factors

Abstract

LMS AFDAL is a learning system that is applied within the scope of SMPIT Al-Fityan School Gowa. This LMS is used to facilitate modern learning. Evaluation of the AFDAL LMS is the first step to assess whether the LMS is well received or not by users. There are many approaches that can be taken in evaluating, one of which is usability evaluation. This study aims to determine the level of usability based on the System Usability Scale method with five variables, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction with 10 statements as a measure of quality in terms of the usability of the LMS. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires using google form to 306 respondents consisting of teachers and students via whatsapp. Data processing uses IBM SPSS V26 and Microsoft Excel 2019. The results of the validity and reliability tests are declared valid and reliable. The results of the SUS test show that the final SUS value of 306 respondents' responses is 64.6, according to the rules of SUS interpretation that the score is 64.6 for the Acceptability Ranges level, namely Marginal (quite acceptable), the Grade Scale results in terms of user acceptance levels are included in the C- level, and Adjectives The rating is included in the OK category. These results indicate that the AFDAL LMS is quite accepted by its users, but this figure is quite low so that some improvements are needed to make it even better.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direction of research in the analysis of mixed data types. The world is currently filled with increasingly diverse data, especially in terms of data types, which are not only numerical or categorical but can be both (mixed). In Data Mining, the analysis of mixed data poses significant challenges because numerical and categorical data exhibit different properties. The research methodology employed in this study utilizes the PICOC framework (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome, Context) to collect and review relevant literature. The primary findings from this comprehensive literature survey reveal that a majority of the research related to mixed data is published in reputable journals Q1, indicating sustained interest in the topic of mixed data analysis. Clustering models emerge as the most frequently used models in the field of mixed data analysis. However, it's noteworthy that accuracy metrics remain the predominant evaluation benchmark, often leading to comparisons with the ideal clustered data. The management of mixed data typically involves normalization techniques, specifically normalizing the scale to amalgamate the two types of data. The conclusion drawn from the results of the literature review is the necessity to develop unlabeled mixed data, encompassing both the model and metrics required to assess the outcomes. Additionally, this research emphasizes the significance of a comprehensive development model, ranging from feature selection to evaluation models. Therefore, the analysis of mixed data types remains a field with ample opportunities for exploration and potential innovation. This potential is particularly evident in the areas of dynamic model development and the ability to handle structured and extensive data.

Abstract

The supplier selection process is an important thing in the procurement of products and services. Decision Support System (SPK) designed, it can help select the best supplier at the Matondang Rice Store, and is expected to be able to provide recommendations for selection results that can be accepted by shop owners, based on the criteria that have been applied. The owner shop doesn’t have a criterion weight value so it is difficult to determine the best supplier for the Matondang Rice Store where the selection is still subjectivity and not objective. The owner of the Matondang Rice Store doesn’t have a structured report where there is no supplier data report, ranking report and supplier assessment report, so it is difficult to see the value of each supplier who cooperates with the Matondang Rice Store. SPK was created that can solve these problems. Researchers determined the use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for weighting criteria values and used the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine the final result in the form of alternative supplier rankings. This research through the AHP method produces weighted values of Price, Quality of Products, Availability of Products, Service, Delivery Time, is 0.245 0.092, 0.325, 0.060, 0.278. Then through the SAW method, Patriot Missile Shop got the highest score with a number of 0.970. The Patriot Missile Shop is the best supplier according to the Matondang Rice Store. This SPK can provide recommendations for selected suppliers more objectively for rice shop owners.
