Corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a new disease has never been previously identified in humans. Covid-19 can be transmitted from human to human, including through coughing/sneezing (droplets). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect ofbreathing exercises for the recovery of covid-19 patients. Research method is quantitative with pre-test and post-test experimental. The sampling technique probability sampling using random sampling. Data analysis uses the SPSS with t-test statistics, kai squared with the limit of significance () used in this study is 0.1. The results of the characteristics control group as 40 respondents with a pre-test of 2.25 (SD = 0.809) and a post-test of 2.00 (SD=,816). while the characteristics control group of 40 respondents with a pre-test were 2.12 (SD = .686), after breathing exercises were 1.05 (SD = .221). The Paired Samples Test results is that mean value is different between the average before and after being given early mobilization, the statistical value is p = 0.000 (p <0.1), there is an effect of breathing exercises for the recovery of covid-19 patients

The application of patient safety culture is one of the hospital's efforts in keeping patients from experiencing unexpected events. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design research design using a variant-based VB-SEM, PLS (Partial Least Square), aimed at analyzing influences that can improve the cultural values of patient safety in hospitals. The study used a saturated sample of 77 people (room nurse staff and pharmacy). The results of this study showed that there was a positive influence on the role of the head of the unit on the culture of patient safety, the negative influence of workload on patient safety culture, the positive influence of the implementation of nurse-pharmacy handovers on patient safety culture, the positive influence of the role of the head of the unit on the implementation of nurse-pharmacy handovers.positive influence of the role of the head of the unit on the patient safety culture through the implementation of nurse-pharmacy handover as an intervening variable, where the results of tstatistic>ttabel and probability (pvalue) measurements 0,000<0.05, and there is no negative influence of workload on the implementation of nurse-pharmacy handovers, and there is no negative influence of workload on patient safety culture through the implementation of nurse-pharmacy handovers as intervening variables where results are tstatistics0.05. Based on the results of the study, the implications in this study show the influence of the role of the head of the unit on the culture of patient safety through the implementation of handovers as planners, organizing, military, directing and supervision in the implementation of effective and efficient handovers to improve patient safety in hospitals

The results of the analysis showed that the p value for drug monitoring is p = 0.049, drug counseling is p = 0.018 and the identification of MRPs is p = 0.000. All p values are smaller than = 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect between drug monitoring, drug counseling and identification of MRPs on the implementation of patient safety. Suggestions from this study for hospitals to further improve the quality of nursing services related to patient safety in accordance with national patient safety guidelines.

Low retention of healthcare workers may contribute to a negative impact on the performance and effectiveness of the service industry, which is caused by several major factors including compensation provided by industry that does not meet employee expectations, and there is no stipulated compensation for overtime work in the form of incentives or bonuses. Furthermore, the organizational commitment of the healthcare workers is still considered low, due to the service industry’s operations which have only been running for one year. This study intended to provide empirical evidence of the effect of compensation and motivation on retention of healthcare workers mediated by organizational commitment. This study utilized quantitative methods with the type of causality study. The data in this study were sourced from primary data. Individual analysis subjects consisted of all healthcare workers with a service period of more than one year. Path analysis data analysis was used in this study. The results of the study indicated that compensation, motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the retention of healthcare workers with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Furthermore, compensation and motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Moreover, ccompensation, motivation and organizational commitment contributed to a positive and significant effect on the retention of healthcare workers. Findings of the study indicated that the direct effect of compensation and motivation on the retention of healthcare workers was greater than that mediated by organizational commitment

UV rays can have a negative impact on human skin if exposed for too long (BPOM, 2009). The lack of knowledge and the low level of use of sunscreen in adolescents so that better and more optimal education is needed. Therefore, to get an overview of this, research is needed on Knowledge of Attitudes and Behaviors of Adolescents Aged 15-18 Years Against the Use of Sunscreen at the Yannas Husada Health Vocational School in the Bangkalan area. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 63 respondents. The data obtained were then performed with univariate analysis using IBM SPSS software and chi square test. The results of the univariate analysis showed that as many as (4.8%) of respondents had a good level of knowledge, (47.6%) had a fairly good knowledge and (47.6%) had a poor knowledge of the use of sunscreen. Then as many as (3.17%) respondents have a good attitude, (50.79%) have a fairly good attitude and (46.03%) have a bad attitude towards the use of sunscreen. Then (0%) respondents have good behavior, (30.2%) have quite good behavior and (69.8%) have bad behavior towards the use of sunscreen. The chi square test shows that all variables have a value of more than 0.05 so there is no relationship between them. Teenagers or students of Yannas Husada Health Vocational School have a fairly good level of knowledge, attitude and behavior towards the use of sunscreen

Thyroid cancer is the most common type of endocrine cancer. Thyroid cancer begins with the formation of nodule in the thyroid gland. Thyroid nodule is frequently discovered incidentally during physical examination and by anatomic or functional imaging (incidentaloma). The aim of thyroid scintigraphy in the evaluation of thyroid nodule is to determine the functional status of the thyroid nodule which will impact its management options. The risk of malignancy is low in a functional thyroid nodule. A 65-year-old woman was admitted with complaints of shortness of breath, difficulty in swallowing, and low voice. On physical examination, a nodule was found in the inferior part of the left thyroid gland with a size of approximately 4 cm. Multiple lymphadenopathies was also palpable in the bilateral jugular and supraclavicular areas. Ultrasound imaging showed an image of thyroiditis, then the thyroid scintigraphy and SPECT/CT was done using radiopharmaceutical Tc-99m Pertechnetate which showed an image of a functional nodule that was pressing against the trachea. Histopathological examination using fine needle aspiration biopsy with ultrasound guidance yielded papillary thyroid carcinoma. The risk of malignancy in functional nodule is very low but we should aware of malignancy if the assessment of risk stratification is high. Integrated planar and SPECT/CT of thyroid scintigraphy has an incremental value to predict thyroid cancer in patient who have a high risk of malignancy.
